Stay away from Yasmin (so called manager) and Mustafa. I went to this store to return the product. Mustafa was helping me out. He started the process to refund/return the product. But he seemed to me like, he don’t know his job. He asked my receipt order number for 4 times. Every single minute he was like can I see your receipt. And my product was $997. But in the system he pulled $550 something. He was not confident in what he was doing. I knew he don’t know just wasting my time. I asked him to take help from his manager if he doesn’t know. He called in manager Yasmin. She was even wrost, horrible. If I knew he is calling her. I would have left in the beginning. Didn’t wanted to see her face. She was like her too. She didn’t know how to return the item. She only know how to exchange. When manager is useless then what you can expect from employees? She denied service right away. When I said I don’t have my credit card. And she asked why you don’t have same CC. Thats none of your business man. She don’t know her job so she was just wasting my time. I went to many different best buy stores. I always have great experience. But this store manager is next level unprofessional. She was rude and I don’t know how she became a manager. She doesn’t deserve that post. She didn’t even try to resolve the issue. Looks like she is there to just get the money not to work. Poor bestbuy wasting money on liabilities employee. Not going again here.

Visited BestBuy for a Telus cellphone plan. Initially, after a long 45-minute wait, they offered a promising deal. However, just 10 minutes later, they backtracked, citing a need to consult with Telus and a 2-hour delay. I was then asked to return the next day with no assurance of the same offer being available. Seeking resolution, I spoke with the manager, Cody. His response was unhelpful, only echoing the need to return tomorrow without guaranteeing the deal. Even after highlighting my extensive wait (over an hour by then), I received a mere apology and the customer service number. To add to the frustration, a 20-minute wait on the customer service call ended abruptly when they hung up, claiming they couldn't hear me. I am thoroughly disappointed with the level of service at BestBuy. This experience reflects a significant decline in their customer care standards. I strongly advise caution when considering this store for any telecom services.

Bad experience returning an item, Sunday, November 19, 2023 at 12:29 PM Beacon Hill Besy Buy. I returned an amiibo item, the cashier lady with short blond hair rudely asked me why I would buy something just to return it, rolled her eyes and refused to accept the return and told me to go to a different line, there were 2 lines going on and proceeded to raise her voice at me in front of other people to go behind a line. This sort of customer service is not acceptable on a best buy environment and policy. I am angry, and I will not support this location if this kind of customer service is hired. The customers in line who witnessed this eventually talked to me, making jokes just to relieve the tension.

New set up is terrible. There’s no dedicated line if you just want to make a quick purchase on the items that you can quickly grab. The people ahead of you in line could be a minute long or an hour long no one can tell. Finally someone asked me if I’m just purchasing and I said yes. She waved me down I proceed to walk to the register then someone asked her a question and the employee who waved me down proceeds to help them. I assume it was a quick question which is fine so I wait and she just proceeds to help the other person. I decided not to wait any longer so I put the item back and went to another store in the same complex and it took me less than a minute to complete the same transaction.

Very surprising the beacon hill Best Buy still operates after they give up their bigger space for H-Mart I thought they will close the beacon hill location. Last week when we go we saw there is Best Buy sign and decide to check it out. They store is mini but got everything you need since most time you can shop their online too and just pick up item at store. It showcase some of their newest tech items and phones, there is staff you can talk too and they even got a warehouse at back! Nice Best Buy you can come while you go beacon hill!

This is a -5 review. I have to return a broken mini fridge on the same day of its delivery. The store Manager and Assistant Store Leader (in black vest) said they could not accommodate the mini fridge in their shop because they got too many returns. They wanted me to take it back and bring it to Northland to do the refund, where I have to drive 7 km more. This is the most ridiculous excuse I have ever heard. When I was going to get their names, they hide their name tags. I will not shop at Best Buy ever again!!!!!!

Went in to buy a phone. Zero staff acknowledged us. Had to line up 3 times to ask a question. When ready to buy priority was given to someone who is spending more than I was even though I was first and mine would have been quick. I am buying a phone the other person is buying a TV, for which the guy had to go outside to the customers car. I understand that was probably bigger commission but please do not disregard your other clients. Sad to say that I just felt very unwelcomed at this store.

THEY DISCRIMMINATE BASED ON YOUR GENDER AND ETHNICITY. I was in line for a pick up order and then this employee straight up ignored me and proceeded to help the woman standing right behind me with her pick up order. I ended up cancelling my order worth of 500 dollars because I didn't want to give them my money. AVOID AT ALL COST.

As others have said, the store is tiny and there are only 2 people working. The line for pickup orders is huge and not moving at all. The other posts were weeks ago and there is still no improvement, so I wouldn’t plan on this changing anytime soon. I do not recommend this store.

A great little cozy small concept of Best Buy the staff was excellent and the service was quick at the checkouts. Would prefer if the timings of the store on the weekends are fixed a bit 11 AM seems a bit too late other than that everything is perfect.

I came to this store with an online promotion. I dealt with Stefanee who was very helpful and kind navigating to buy this deal in store. Thanks Stefanee! The store is much smaller than expected but the staff is more than happy to help meet your needs.

Very poor, they quoted something at the time of purchase and in the day of pickup. Change to different, I believe manager Nav was the one who needs to be trained by above him. In front of me another guy was quoted something from the isle price. Wow

It is a very tiny store with little staff. I came to pick up an item and there were literally 10 people waiting to be attended by 2 staff. Would definitely recommend a different store if you want to skip 40min waiting times. This is craziness

I went today to grab an iPad. Ally helped me out. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and personable. The entire staff was patient with me as I had payment issues. 5/5. Best Best Buy staff ever. Ally deserves a raise.

There is literally 1 person who manages the phones obviously they would have anticipated more people ok Black Friday but they have just one person. No one cares for this location.Stay away!
