Deze winkel werd me aangeraden omdat ik als transvrouw best wel grote voeten heb. Helaas voelde ik me gelijk opgejaagd door de klantonvriendelijke houding van de vrouwen die er werkte. Ik dacht eerst omdat ik nog kortaf reageerde want ik wilde alleen maar kijken wat voor schoenen ze hadden en wilde het uitleggen dat ik het niet zo bedoelde. Maar nadat ze zei dat je “nog niet eens hallo mag zeggen” was dit voor mij de druppel. Tenzij je zelf een chagerijn ben, zou ik deze winkel vermijden (en zeker voor trans mensen)

I was looking forward to visit this shop. I was hoping to find some boots I could buy. According to their website their shop should be open when I was there. But it was not. It was closed. I rang the bell and after a while a man who was not friendly told me that the shop was closed. I came all the way from Norway for nothing. I wonder how this store makes money when it is so rarely open and that they have so many negative reviews.

I bought a pair of shoes in this shop (even though they were definitively not customer friendly..). Very expensive shoes, and they were broken after a month!!! When I came back to complain, I receive the worst treatment ever. From being blamed until being kicked out of the shop by the old woman pushing me out. Really, worst experience in a shop ever.

I didn't buy anything because the shopkeeper was particularly unfriendly. It is not nice to behave as if opening the door to the shop and letting customers in is an unbearable burden. Also, it is customary among humans in the Netherlands to greet people. As in, good evening potential customer. And so it is one more customer for Zalando.

Had a really good visit to Big Shoe (was wondering after having read so many one star reviews here!). The same lady that other people found rude was really sweet, we chatted away, and I found exactly the shoes I wanted at a reasonable price. Very happy with my purchase and my experience.

On entering this shop yesterday, the old lady demanded i give her my shoe size! I replied that it really depends on the width of the shoe. She immediately shared a comment with the younger woman serving and clearly wanted me to leave the shop, which I did without questioning. …

Will update with Pokéstop status in the future. The styles and stock don't really change but I found my favorite pair of shoes here and if you need a large size you're used to taking what you can get.

Onvriendelijke mensen die er werken. Doe eens wat aan je klantenservice. Je voelt je ongemakkelijk en opgejaagd. Mensen kunnen beter naar Hilversum gaan. Daar weten ze tenminste wat klantenservice is

Don't waste your time. Never open and not willing to update the hours. Thoughtless owners. Nobody responds to the bell, despite a request to ring it.

Er stond dat ze vanaf elf uur open zouden zijn (aangepaste corona tijden) maar dat waren ze niet. Heel stuk voor niks gelopen met dit snikhete weer.

Winkel stond zowel op de deur als op internet op open. Toen we bij de winkel kwamen was de winkel dicht. Erg jammer voor mensen met grotere maten.
