Th guys at Bike Tech have the most outstanding customer service. My road bike got damage during my moving and I had already gone to another bike shop and they didn’t do too much to help me. On the contrary, the employees at Bike Tech explained why it was difficult to repair my bike and provided practical options. Additionally, I had issues with the parking and they went the extra mile to help me with a problem it was not really them. I consider this the best bike shop in Miami!
