Worst experience ever. We visited the store on May 7 this year, with some friends that came from Spain for the GFNY. They collect Rapha jerseys, so they wanted to buy the Rapha Miami jersey as they do on every city they have the opportunity. It was my first time at the famous Rapha, so I was shocked to see that the salesperson never left the counter, and didn't liked to answer any of our questions about sizing or availability. When one of my friends came to the counter to ask him directly, the sales person was giving him very vague answers, so I thought there were some communication challenges due to my friend's english level, and decided to jump into the conversation and help. The salesperson gave us an attitude, and started to acuse us of speaking loud to him (remember he never left the counter), spoke to us in a very inappropriate way, and forced us to leave... On week later we visited Rapha New work and we had the completely opposite experience, we made a nice purchase, and learned that there is not a problem with Rapha, but there is definitely a problem with Rapha Miami.

I stopped by during my recent visit to Florida. The place was small and has this industrial looking and vibe interior. I bought rapha bottles and t-shirt. The bottles are the best cycling bottles, fits my Bontrager RL bottle cage perfectly. On the other hand, the t-shirt wasn’t impressive at all. My t-shirt had a big Rapha patch on the chest and it causes skin irritation every time I wear it.

I had a shipping issue with a Rapha online order. They were being very unresponsive online. I called the Miami store and Kevin was very professional, resolved the issue for me with his colleagues online, and called me a few hours later with a resolution. This is the beauty of shopping from a website that also has storefronts. Thanks Kevin.

Absolutely amazing experience. The manager Alex was absolutely phenomenal in helping us dial down what I needed. Excellent service. I traveled all the way from Japan to buy some American sized Rapha clothing… (Legion Gear). Highly recommended for those seeking great customer service and knowledgeable experience.

Just left the store ,only one employee busy can’t even welcome me , after 20 minutes ask if he was alone and he said not .. I have been using Rafa for some time now , always online I should keeping doing it Rolando

Arrogant, aggressive sellers! well-known brand, beautiful clothes, beautiful showcase, but the staff is a disaster, the level of development at the floor level. I do not recommend this store!

DON’T buy at Rapha stores before checking out Farfetch. They sell classics like the famous shoes for something like 100 dollars less and won’t give tou money back if tou notice it.

Really excited to see a clubhouse opening in Miami. A place to pick up some kit, grab a coffee, or just watch a race. A great addition to the local scene.

If you cycle and you don’t know, just go! Best cycling apparel money can buy. Staff here are amazing too! So welcoming, not pretentious, patient. Love it.
