Read a story about what happened to this young boy he was attacked by a group of people him and he's friends came to this store for help as he was pouring of blood and his face allcut up .they was all scared and the staff at this branch should be utterly disgusted with themselves to tell them to get out they wanted help and u left them and told them to get out Ur store and to call police themselves. U have a pharmacy in your store which could of helped. U all need to be disaplinef as that's not customer service .they were only kids .

Great local boots for kingstanding. Ideal for all your health needs and quick to get your perceptions done. It's a shame that the hygiene standards doesn't follow suit. There's a female member of staff that works on the till that always seems to be coughing every time I go in. Coughs right in to here hand and then with the same hand gives you your item, change and receipt... only went in there for paracetamol and almost came out with bloody Swine flu. Sort it out boots

They av a selection of reasonable priced items & they will order items in wat they dt av in stock & they can get the item/items delivered 2 a boots near 2 where u live 4u 2 collect the next day, i no this because the Erdington boots did this 4 me b4 xmas. Gd service & for prescription's.

Basic boots, went in for a mask and they didn't have any, asked for advice regarding wearing masks and they couldn't answer me. Nice people just basic for a boots. Would expect more knowledge from staff. The pharmacist was out for lunch but still this was my experience.

first time customer for them getting my prescription ,brilliant Sam is getting it sorted with my doctors so i can get my pills all together instead of different dates ,they will text me when they are due ,great service

Just read a story about a child who was injured in the area and came into store looking for help and was made to leave and wait outside. Not the best really is it as a an establishment in the local community

You won't find a huge choice of products in here but if you're after an item or two you'll possibly just about be lucky. It can be a bit expensive as well on some items.

Not a great range of products but it is only a very small store. You can order for click & collect but there is a charge, which i think is outrageous.

I visit here more for the convenience than anything else. Sometimes you wait too long to be served but the staff are friendly.

Friendly , helpful staff & quite a big store . On one level so easy for disabled people to enter / exit . But no parking .

Nice employees. Pharmacy very helpful. Will always sort make phone calls to sort prescriptions there and then.
