If I could put negative stars I would as 1 star is giving them far too much credit than deserved. Absolutely shocking service and complete lack of intelligence from staff. Ordered a repeat prescription and they ordered the wrong brand of medication. They ordered in the more expensive brand and told me it was up to me to go back to the doctors and get them to redo the prescription with the different name so they wouldn’t lose money and was refused my medication on these grounds!!! Complete incompetence and prescriptions also sit with them for days. It isn’t until you go in to collect that they order the medication for the next day. Ive never come across such a joke of an excuse for a pharmacy.

Never before have I encountered such a poor patient care services. Every time my wife ir I go to collect prescription, we discover that some items are missing and that the explanation is that "they haven't made the order for it." We then have to remind them to make the order, which adds another 5 to 7 working days to the wait for the prescription to be available because the supplier gets the order from somewhere far! Some patients simply cannot hold out for that long. A poor elderly woman was waiting for her prescription today when she discovered that her "aspirin and needles have not been ordered and will be ordered on Monday"!! The phone line is practically always "busy"!

Very angry, after being hung up on twice I had to go to the pharmacy on the off chance that my prescription wasnt there. After the Phone line was engaged for over an hour ( after staff hung up twice ) I arrived and seen all 4 staff were standing round talking amongst themselves and I tried the phone again while standing in the shop to see nobody was on the phone but it had been taken off the hook to avoid customers getting through. This is the second time I've confronted them about taking the phone off the hook and they basically said I was lieing about what I had seen. I wish I'd have recorded them and the conversation. Very unhappy and they are so unprofessional.

Useless pharmacy if I could give it a 0 I would! DON'T make this your preferred pharmacy when the doctors want to send your prescription over! I've been waiting since Friday for my son's medication and it is now Wednesday and still nothing! Monday I went they said they will order it and it should come by the evening so I went Tuesday to collect it for them to then tell me they will order it and send it to my house. Still haven't received it so I called again today and still nothing. Useless pharmacy useless service and what's worse is you can never get through to them on the phone when it's needed! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Absolutely appalling service. There has been a few times when they’ve got things wrong and when queried you get an attitude for just asking a question and they actually argue with you. No professionalism at all. You have to wait far too long for your prescriptions when you go to collect. I also have a relative who use these too and have their medication delivered and the driver has on many accessions left their medication at the front door which is not acceptable, anyone could take them! I shall not be using them ever again and I will be advising my relative to go elsewhere also. Avoid at all costs!!

I used this pharmacy for approx 12 months but things didn't get any better. One of my medications was prescribed weekly, it was taking me 2 - 3 visits a week to collect it because it was NEVER it in stock. Thats nearly 12 visits a month. It was always someone else's fault, they never took any responsibility. I asked them to order a month's worth and hold it so that I didn't have to worry about being without it - which happened several times - but they never did. I've been going to A+ pharmacy next door for 3 months now and I haven't had ANY problems. I'll NEVER use Richmond Pharmacy again.

Worst pharmacy in delivering medication. My medication was sent over to the pharmacy 2 weeks ago and I still haven't recieved it. Upon calling the pharmacy, a women showed me attitude by saying why didn't I collect it when I was told it was delivered in the first place. Left me chasing my GP to ask where my medication was. Noticed that the customer service is only good when you collect the prescription. Used this service for years, but now I think this pharmacy can't handle the pressure and don't have the compassion to meet patients needs. Won't be using again !!!!

absolutely ridiculous pharmacy said they will deliver baby meds xmas eve and they didn't now it's bank holiday they are closed. I also called on the day of delivery to be told driver is en route still i never received my child's meds. I get it their are overworked ppl etc but for god sake ppl elderly, young old are suffering and we can't even get basic essentials for them. I went on Xmas eve to pik it up but they said its delivery service when it comes to meds i prefer collecting it myself!! This pharmacy is a joke. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give zero stars then I would. The worse place ever and I dont understand how its still open. If you cant commit to the correct deliveries then stop taking on more patients. Its simple!!! I got told on 4 occasions that somone would be with me before 9pm. Waited in and no one came. Then they delivered it on a random day which i missed. To then get told they would put it on collection only, due to missed deliveries. My kids waited 10 days for their prescription Someone shut this place down please!!!

Don’t believe their opening hours. Was sent my prescription by the out of hours service on nhs111 to this pharmacy… opening hours are meant to be 8am-11pm. We travelled 5 miles from our home and reached them at 20:50 - they were shut!!! I’ve also been contacting them the next morning after 8am…. And no one’s answering the phone. So their opening hours are not at all accurate! So frustrating when you’re really Ill and running around trying to get medication with no luck in the end. Extremely disappointing

Not very reliable. Frequently say they haven’t my prescription although Gp advise it has been sent through ‍♀️ Hard to get through on the phone. Constantly engaged. And you stand waiting for ages to collect your prescription when they finally do find it. Once or twice I can accept due to whatever circumstances. But this is a regular occurrence . However this is not reflection on the staff who work there. They are very pleasant and helpful ….. the place just needs affective management

This pharmacy is very unprofessional they are so bad that I shall not be using them again, when they delivered my medication I didn't receive all of it there was no note to say it was short or when I would receive the remaining medicine, after trying to phone them they delivered the rest of my perception and that was short I had to go there to see them so they promised to deliver the remaining the next day, 3 a temps, good luck with trying to phone them.

waited over 24 hours for a prescription to be delivered - tried to telephone but the line was constantly busy and before anyone says well why didn't you go and get it - last time I walked over a mile to get there only to be told it was out for delivery - if I had been able to get through on the phone I could have saved myself over a 2 mile round trip! Not a massive problem when its just a repeat but when its antibiotics for an infection its not good

Didgusting asian men running this pharmacy. They should employee mature people. Left a prescription for something private, was told it will be delivered the next morning. 3 days later i went to this pharmacy to collect the item myself and the young boys standing behind the count,1 lost the prescription 2 looking at my record laughing at the item needed for what, disgusting behaviour as im sure they have moms and sister's and daughters at home.

I wish there was a zero star option. Unprofessional and confused staff. Simple 5 minutes prescription pick up process turn into half an hour wait because no one knows where the meds are every time. A widley available medicine was still out of stock after 5 days since doctor prescribed and no one was bothered to re-order. I'm going to request my GP to change pharmacy. Not recommended at all.

The worst service ever and the worst staff. They sent the wrong medicine to my elderly mother, and something bad could happen to her. This mistake was made over and over again, and you also have to ask for your medicine as if you are a beggar, and they do not give you easily, and they steal your medicine and only spend some of it .. I recommend avoiding this pharmacy

handed my prescription in. they said they would deliver. ended up going in as i have heard nothing but they refused to give my medication even though it was there fault because they had kept my prescription for so long it had expired.all of a sudden no one remembers taking my prescription even though it was in there hand and they gave it me back expired. Poor service. Needed urgent medication for family member, NHS 111 sent to Richmond pharmacy as open. I arrived within 30 mins of prescription being generated. Pharmacy closed, despite an advertised closing time of 11pm yet prescription had been downloaded, meaning it was tricky to get reissued. Why download a prescription if you know you can’t fulfil? Poor.

Promised to deliver my prescription but they never do had to go in to find out whats going on told me they need to order it said ok but still waited for it called up to say i havent recived the medications said will call but never did had to go in again. AVOID THIS PHARMACY THEY TRY BEING SWEET AND NICE BUT THE SERVICE IS BAD.......

They are so kind.i had to get meds and dressings from here when I had just left the hospital late on the night I was so embarrassed as my dressings started to leak. They quickly reassured me.took dressings off the shelf for me to use. I had no money on me this wasn't made into a problem . I was served quickly. Very professional.

Hi Everyone I'm on a regular medication which I take every month and Richmond pharmacy never give my medication on time and when they give me I will get half of my medication and when I'm ringing them they are not answering the phone. Anyone using this pharmacy should move to another As I have moved to Lloyds Thank you

Useless people working at this pharmacy,it says open on Google ,was calling to know if an urgent prescription ready but they were not picking calls,I walk into pharmacy while I was still calling and phone was ringing and staff never bothered about it. Please sort your staff if you want to be improved.

Very bad customer service, only gave me half of my medication and after 4 days said they no longer provide it, I was left with an uncompleted course of medication. Staff were not understanding at all they are frauds. No ethics or morals, this chemist is a disgrace.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ZERO COMMUNICATION!!! I was informed 3 days ago that my prescription would be delivered but it has not happened. I have tried calling the pharmacy 5+ times daily with no answer. Ridiculous when i have no life saving inhalers left!

Children screaming in the background every time I call, and they put me on hold for over 6 minutes and hung up the phone. If you need emergency prescription, all I can say is good luck. They are unprofessional. Use any other pharmacy in Birmingham.

They changed my elderly parents nomination to their pharmacy without their consent. This created huge problems for their future prescriptions. They lied about having done this, same thing happened to others that I know of. Wouldn’t go there ever.

If you dont want you items to be delivered then this is the pharmacy for you, then when you make your way to collect it because they have only one driver according to the staff they say it's been sent out so wasting everyone's time for no reason.

I found that although they have a lot of staff there they seem 2 take a long time 2 serve u the staff seem more interested in chatting amongst themselves than taking interest in their customers. That's y I've decided 2 use the chemist next door.

ALTER YOUR WEBSITE my husband was prescribed pain killers from 111 doctor to be picked up from Richmond pharmacy because of the opening times 8am to 11pm but 8pm closed and 8am closed meanwhile husband was in agony all night

They always say they haven't received a prescription, only to deliver it a few days later. A+ pharmacy a few doors away are so much better. More friendly, pharmacy is clean and always have your prescription ready.

Excellent customer service. The telephone was answered promptly and the query was answered. The emergency prescription was ready in minutes on a Sunday. Amazing opening hours. Will use this Pharmacy again. Thanks

Very Poor Customer Service. I went in for the Free Diebetic Test they only do on weekday. They don't have any signs to say what times and days they do the testing. Just a waste of time.
