I ordered an arrival test Day 2, but did not receive a reference number, which I needed for a Passenger Locator Form. I sent many emails and tried to call but was on hold more than 30 minutes, and gave up. I continued to send them emails. Finally they replied with a suggestion to check my spam. Of course I checked it before and I sent another 5 emails, then asked to cancel my order. Finally I got a confirmation of cancellation but didn't receive a refund. After a week I contacted them again 3 times, and they finally arranged my refund, only after my request. I am very disappointed about the service, and the design of their website made it very difficult to choose the right test. Finally I ordered the test from another clinic - Regenerative Wellbeing, and I received the reference code in a few seconds. My test arrived by 1st class post, even before I returned home. It's a shame I had to experience the stress of buying from IQ Doctor and I did not know of Regenerative Wellbeing in the beginning.

Day 2 Test received as expected on return to UK - completed and submitted in correct time frame - sample tracked and confirmed as received at lab and signed for. We then waited 8 days for results which weren't forthcoming. Chased by e-mail hinting that IQ were reneging on their completion of the contracted service which may result in seeking a refund in full if results weren't received imminently. The position was then reversed suggesting that we had not completed all the parts of our registration (we had actually with the exception of requesting collection by courier). We were provided with details to follow a link to access the form and to fill in the complete registration form which once submitted provided a very short NEGATIVE result page. So job done then - I have stressed that clearer instructions with the packages may help in the future since we were not in isolation with our experience.

Ordered 2 tests one for me and one for my husband. Only one of the tests had an instruction leaflet which was illegible. My test was missing the bar code which had to be put on the outside of the return packaging. We hand write all the information on. I registered both tests at the same time and both tests were collected and acknowledged by the laboratory. My husband had his results but I had to chase mine and was told 3 times had to register so all in all I registered 4 times before finally receiving my negative certificate. I would not recommend this company. Really bad service and to charge both of us £10 for collection at the same time was a disgrace. I only used them for the conveyor doing the test at home but will never do so again. they are not fit for purpose.

I've managed to call them once and it seems like my phone has been blocked so that I can't call them anymore. It's day 8 now and I haven't received my PCR test result for my second day. I know for my 8th I will probably never receive it too. Horrible horrible company. We live in a time of COVID where we need to know results and not knowing causes more stress not only for the individuals but for families and friends around them. Shows that all the company cares about is their money, same as the customer services. Please do yourselves a favour and listen to the bad reviews. I wish I never chose this company. I will never choose it again. Better pay a bit more but be with a decent company than a wreck like this.

Very prompt initial delivery. The website and the kit are reasonably easy to use, and the kit has good instructions. Some things are a bit unclear at first - such as the fact that your confirmation of having ordered the 2 day test (in our case) comes in the form of an alphanumeric code rather than is certificate or whatever. Test results arrived after 5 days after posting in my case (a day sooner in my wife's case) but this was blamed on the postal service. The results arrived very quickly after our kits were ostensibly received by IQ Doctor. Chatline communications were good (though not instant) and the entire package was good value compared with competitors. Would certainly use again.

Service is ok, but consistently annoying about the same things. I’ve used them maybe 8 times, seems that as the Covid testing has increased they are unable to keep up. Most issues are around timing of delivery/test result or the barcode not matching up to their online registration. The call center staff are ok, but always takes ~3 attempts and 30minutes to get through (I’ve just been cut off for the second time as I write this), and although they recommend to email that doesn’t really work when turnaround needs to be within an hour or two for logistics. Overall, poor and I’m going to stop using this provider. Plenty others out there

After reading some of earlier reviews I was very skeptical and I wasn't sure if I'm brave enough to use their services:) I've dialed their number just to check on how things are arranged. I was lucky to speak with someone who provided all the information that I needed. I followed the advice, I ordered the kit before 4pm and I received it next day. I used their Drop Box service and received the result just one day before my flight. I’m very happy with their service. If they had any customer service issues in the past, it seems that now it is sorted.

100% agree with everyone below saying to find another company from which to order a home testing kit. Likewise to many others, despite them claiming to have short timeframe in which you will get your results back, I received an email stating now results are taking on average 48 hours from receipt. Wasn't able to even track the supposed 24 hour tracked delivery for 2 days, so completely missed the window I needed my test results. AVOID if you have any sort of deadline within about a week of being tested.

Do not use their service! I ordered a test 2 and test 8 kit, as the regulations changed when I was away, I asked for a refund for test 8 as I did not need to do it anymore. That when they showed their true colours and that they are only there for the money and rip off customers. They refused to give me a refund and did not care at all about the unopened test 8 box. What am I suppose to do with it, to bin it? Disgraceful, we don't need this type of behaviour in such of a difficult time.

good experience. very supportive and fast customer service via chat. we ordered the day2 lateral flow test. got it in 1 day with fast mail service, timing and package was ok. easy instructions (never done a self swab test before). not 5 stars because: as already mentioned in other comments, you only can purchase 1 test per time and pay for delivery every time. we never received test results but we found it on our profiles on their web page.

Not fit to handle such important work. Sent my kit off a week ago, didn't receive the result, then had to chase them to be told that in the small print of one of the several emails, you have to register the test separately, even though have used several other companies with no such requirement before. Then found out their website form is old and doesn't work and have to wait for them to send me the right link to fill in. Absolute shambles.

Terrible service. Ordered day 2 test kit only to be now day number 8 with no test results. Came to visit my brother with my mom and we've no had the chance to leave the flat to avoid the big fine or passing it to someone else. Phone number helpline doesn't work, messenger chat unseen for over 24h and no reply to my email. Terrible service and unreliable. My flight back is tomorrow and we've no seen anything. Used them for a COVID test required for travel, did everything according to their instructions using the Royal Mail delivery by 1pm label included in their box. After spending an hour on the phone on the day of travel, they let us know our results will not be back on time and they will NOT be providing a refund!! Completely useless, poor customer service, misleading information - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Don't waste your money.

Paid for guaranteed delivery by 12pm Sunday which arrived at 5pm although it was supposed to arrive at 12pm Saturday. This meant tests were sent off late so moved flights a day later so we would still be within 72 hour period. When tests eventually arrive to the lab they tell us they have lost them which is now resulting in us missing our flight tomorrow. Would not recommend!!

Do not use this service. Denied getting sample eventhough track and trace identified it being delivered to lab. Finally another full 24 hours they said they received it. No one will answer phone, goes straight to music, takes ages to get someone to answer on chat. Missed my flight due to this and now they are refusing to refund. Again I would advise, do not use this service.

Ordered PCR tests from these guys and I thought the service was excellent. Had queries which they answered on a Saturday night via their online chat. Got our results back within the required timeframe even though they were sent over New year's with all its bank holidays. With their cheap prices I will definitely be using again

The kit arrived promptly which is why I'm giving them 1 star. The test was sent off 2 days ago, no confirmation of receipt, no results (which were supposed to be available within 24th of sending) , customer services not responding. Go to Boots, more expensive but solid service. These guys aren't worth the bother. Avoid

Fraudulent company taking advantage of people. I purchase 2 kits of day 2 and day 8 back in August and only received the result for one of the day 2. As a result of this I had to quarantine for longer and lots another holiday including flights and hotel! They are also now refusing to give me a refund! DO NOT USE

DO not use this company! They are just a rip-off agent for Day 2 tests. Expensive just so you can get the booking reference to complete the passenger locator form. They never sent me the results and the customer service is non existent. Total waste of money and time ripping people off. Disgusting.

Do not trust this service. It is a con. I have been waiting for over 4 weeks for my PCR test results that cost £88.99. When I emailed them to complain, I got sucked into an automated email loop. The customer service is non existent. If I could score less than 1 star I would. Buyer beware!

Test arrived fast. Only there was no instructions in the packet to register the test. Waiting for days to receive results back. Had to go back through emails to see one small line at the bottom to register the test. Phone numbers don’t answer. Would not recommend

I ordered Pantoprazole 40mg for a long term issue with heartburn and indigestion, they arrived in a few days and I am taking one each day first thing in the morning at least 30 mins prior to eating. I have not suffered with either since. Happy days

Well it’s not rocket science! Fill in a questionnaire truthfully, no point lying. Pick and buy your product. These guys dispatch promptly and Royal Mail help by delivering promptly as well. Works for me and I will definitely be back to buy again.
