A really great location - my family has stayed here for years! Cabins about 200 metres from the beach and heaps of caravan and camping spots. The sunsets in January are AMAZING. Walking to the Brighton Jetty for Copenhagen ice creams is a fun activity. The whole site includes: - Campers kitchen - TV room with couches - Kids activity room (with daily kids crafts and activities - like rock painting and scavenger hunts) - Arcade room (table tennis, two player car racing game, claw game) - pay to play - DVD hire + WiFi (have to pay for both) - Small shop with ice creams/slushies/coffee - Two large toilet blocks (for campers - all cabins have toilets too) - Large laundry block - Two playgrounds - BBQs There are so many things to do here. It’s located right near many shops and great food places. Kids can ride bikes and scooters and hire canoes. Stand up paddle board hire is also available nearby. You can go snorkelling, look for crabs in the rocky part of the beach, and play cricket in nearby parks. There’s a great lookout just above the caravan park with amazing views. Looks really great at sunset time and kids love looking at the interest rock sculpture at the top. Some of our favourite games to play are 44 home, Sardines, card games and board games around the campsites. But the best activity of all is swimming and sitting on the beach, which feels like your own little beach while you’re staying at the caravan park. The beach doesn’t usually get too crowded, especially down near the caravan park. The only negative is the rising prices.

As we walked in the scent of freshness and cleanliness hit us both ..actually surprised us both ..nice floor plan ... easy to get around in plus i didnt hear any noise ..
Walkability
Beautiful walking trails plus you have the beach to walk along on and if you have your dog with you it is an excellent exercise trail for the both of you
Noteworthy details
This caravan park is right next door to the brighton surl life saving club ..but far more note worthy is the fact ..1 .its on the beach ..and ..2. It is secluded by higher cliffs that give the park seclusion privacy and quietness

The park is beautiful, well kept and clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The facilities are well maintained. Being near the beach is great in summer for swimming. During the colder months it is still nice to walk along the beach. Being close to restaurants and hotel is a bonus as they are walking distance.(Book in advance. They get booked out quickly) Recommended the

Lovely park close to the beach (just a pathway between!) And a lovely beach it is. Clean and very safe with the life saving club next door. Amenities are so clean and a credit to the cleaners Games room is quite good for those with children Hot and cold water was working no issues at all. A cafe available close by we didnt stop by. Bbq's are clean and they even provide clean up provisions. . So handy. Local jetty provided is with dinner for most of our nights Super friendly reception staff Totally recommend this park to anyone heading through Adelaide or wanting a sweet easy getaway. Pet friendly (plenty of people with pooches) Non vax friendly ❤. . The gem of all gems. We had internet and free wifi Noticed a few people struggle getting onto their sites however once manoeuvring was tackled all good times from there seems like no one wanted to leave. We didnt find the locals or passer throughs anything other than pleasant We stayed a week, paid a little more than we would normally budget for so check this prior. Thanks so much. Oh and. . Wheel chair friendly!

We stayed at the Brighton Beachfront Holiday Park in a powered caravan site for two weeks. The grass was lovely and green, the site was clean and easy to use. The showers were really hot and lovely and clean. The laundry room was easy to use and quite cheap, and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, we even borrowed a ladder to fix something on our caravan. The beach is in walking distance and there is a food truck in the public carpark which has nice food for takeaway. There is a great cycle/walkway at the front of the park, next to the beach front. Watching the sun go down every day was awesome over the beach. Its only 10 minutes from the Westfield Marion shopping center too. The park is very quiet and family/pet friendly. Will be back again in the warmer months. Regards Sue and Michael Houston Perth, WA

Great Location, right next to the beach. Friendly service. Stayed here on a couple of occasions with my partner and family and would stay here again. Late checkouts available. 5 mins from supermarkets by car. Neat and tidy kitchen. Some sites are a tight squeeze for larger vehicles. Beds aren't the best in budget cabins but they are tidy. The surf life saving club and yacht club are located next to the park. That could be a good or bad thing when they have a late night function. They have two main toilets which they close both of them at the same time for cleaning. It would much better and thoughtful service to the customers to stagger the cleaning. Some of the tent sites are directly in front of the cabins as can be seen by the attached photo. Prices are OK. Overall a great place to stay.

  • Anne Vete

This place was recommended to me and it was the best! A very well kept caravan park in the best location( walk out of your sea view cabin and you are on the board walk and on the beach)! Very friendly staff and the locals are so lovely! Lots of dogs at the beach early mornings and late afternoons, so entertaining! At low tide you can see the rock pools. Great facilities and the accommodation was clean, 2 a/C, fan in each room. Good size kitchen and fridge. Coin operated washing machines and dryers. Great communal entertainment area, mini golf, filtered water and ice available at reception. The list goes on...

I Booked this cabin because the write up said it had oceanviews. The oceanview was what we were looking forward too the most. HOW WRONG. All we are looking at are large caravans directly in front of us . The cabin is right at the back and is raised a little but all we can see is the huge caravan and the tree tops behind the caravan. I find the write up misleading and am very disappointed. If I look to the left I get a glimpse of the ocean. It is definitely not an oeanview. I could have stayed somewhere else for the money spent. I won't be back. I will say that the cabin is lovely and if you had a caravan that would be good because they have prime positions. I am just disappointed with the oceanview.

We travelled from Melbourne to Adelaide late September 2016. We arrived after dark on a Tuesday night and were greatly impressed by the warm reception we received by the staff member who just happened to be locking up as we arrived. She was veery helpful in locating our cabin, giving help in finding a meal that late at night and just all round gracious and friendly. Our cabin was clean new and very pleasantly decorated. It was well insulated and warm; it was still the tail end of winter really, and had all we needed for the next few days. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a warm friendly and comfortable cabin to stay in for a few days. We will return!

  • Lisa Sugrue

Great Park, so close to beach, clean amenities, beautiflul sunsets, sunrises, great fish & chips , location A+ for beach life. Dog friendly, and on the beach till 10am can run your dog free off lead which is awesome Negative was the tight squeeze for parking the van, we have a twin axle 20ft , the narrow one way rds, reversing which is doable (just) if others parking their tow vehicles dont encroach on the rd, just to say we were there in the busy period ( Easter) so to be expected, your skills will be put on show. So half hr maybe of stress and then you will forget as the setting is perfect, happy safe travelling!!

We had a large family reunion at the caravan park recently. We booked quite a few of the cabins which varied in size and ammenity. The cost of the cabins was quite reasonable when compared to alternate accommodation. The staff were very helpful and allowed us the exclusive use of a communal kitchen and dining area. The park is situated on the beach and is quite well layed out with very good shared amenities. The park is also quite close to a Surf Life Saving Club and the Brighton Hotel. Shops are a few kilometres away, however basic necessities can be purchased at the park.

  • Mikaela Caffrey

Very rude and discriminating. This caravan park advertises they are dog friendly and were happy to take a booking from me until they asked what breed my dogs were, I said they are small staffy crosses, I was then told they don't accept that breed of dog. When I asked why she told me she doesn't make the rules and I asked to speak to someone who does and she said no managers were working right now. I said that's really unfair when you haven't even met my dogs they are the friendliest little girls and love all people and other dogs! So rude. Don't waste your time with them.

  • Nicole Marchment

Impossibly tight spaces and roads for a large van, particularly at the furthest end of the park. The poorest designed powered sites we've seen. We stayed a week and had drug users in tents and all sorts showing up, screaming at each other and their poor dog. On booking we were told nice grass site, it was sand and dirt. Best thing about the park is location to dog friendly beaches, small children's playground and the little fish and chip van (expensive but nice food) near the carpark. Would not stay again, really unpleasant locals coming and going. Such a shame.

  • Brian Cox

Great location, neat and tidying park though it is quite tight, especially for larger Caravans. My single biggest gripe is their refusal to refund in full a deposit paid on a site with 3 MONTHS notice. I can understand fees to be paid if canceled with short notice. To be fair they offered a credit for 12 months but that is absolutely no use to us. Seems like 2 bites of the cherry to me, our deposit plus payment from the booking they are certain to get in our place. Common decency has been lost to the almighty dollar.

Have stayed here many times over 28 years in a caravan. Recently sold and pleased to know they have dog friendly cabins. A bit apprehensive as we had had a few negative experiences in other pet friendly accommodation. We needn't have worried as the cabin was very clean, fresh and everything there for our comfort. A few more power points or a powerboard in the main area would've been handy but a small thing compared to the overall positive experience. Thanks again folks, Meredith, Janette and Arki xxx

5+ campsite. Amazing location, park was very well maintained and facilities were amazing. Loved the modern camp kitchen, and the 2km walk along the ocean front to the pier was great. Kids loved the free mini golf. Would recommend. The photo was the view from our van window. The surf club bistro next door was also great food and views of the sun sets.

Lovely caravan park. Stayed in a Seabreeze Villa. Lovely modern accomodation with plenty of space. Park has wonderful facilities. Would have loved slightly better access to the Villa from the front. Another set of stairs or ramp for the pram would have been great and we found having the grass camping sites right out off the front deck and window off putting. Will be back but may choose a different style of accomodation next time. Thankyou for having us. Overall highly recommend.

  • Leo zLeo

Loved it, everything is new and kept very tidy, kitchen with gas stoves, oven, kettle toaster etc. even a TV. Showers next to the kitchen area better than the other ones and have warmer water, BBQs outside of both shower/toilet blocks. It's right on the beach and walking distance to the pier and plenty of bars and restaurants between the two of them. Every camping spot had lots of room and grass. Very friendly and helpful staff. I'll definitely come back

  • R B

Great location unfortunately that's the only positive, like others say it's a rat race to get in and out of. Sites are very tight with hardly any room to back in and out of (19ft van) One of the days our power was out & the duration the playground was under repairs, this was not advised to us at the time we booked so the kids was disappointed. Wont be staying there again

Stayed in pet friendly cabin. Old and basic but had everything we needed. Most important very clean. Lovely to have our 15 yr old dog inside with us. Lovely beach great sea views. Cafe just outside gate is excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Booking in was easy. Cabin was ready on our arrival. Caravan Park is a credit to all the staff. We will definitely be back and hopefully for a longer stay. Thankyou we enjoyed our stay.

  • Ollie Ramshaw

Good park, fantastic location right on the beach, friendly staff, very clean and new amenities, plenty of things to do for the kids and lovely stroll along beach to coffee shops and Surf Club and Yacht Club. Only downside, some very tight spaces for bigger caravans, only the premium sites really suit a 7 meter plus van. Most people we saw had to drive around 2/3 times just to get in. Other than that fab place and would stay again.

  • Ray

Top spot. Right on the beach. Dog friendly. Surf Club is an easy stone throw away. There's a coffee van at the front gate. The amenities are spotless. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Pun intended. The SeaCliff Hotel has great food and is not far along the board walk. There is also a Mad Paws pet sitter on the other side of Brighton Road. Train station is just up the road too. Marion Shopping Centre is about 3kms away.

  • Beverley Higgins

Nice Park, nice view, good facilities. NO INTERNET!!! However, Premium site doesn't guarantee absolute seafront, disappointed as our site was on a very steep slope. No Internet for six days, come on Brighton get into this century. How's a traveller supposed to plan their next trip without contact with the outside world. Not good enough. $45 per night I expected more. You were the most expensive site we have ever visited

  • Barry Roberts

Caravan Park - great location pleasant park, good facilities. Downside - was there for a full week never had a decent shower, the water would just suddenly cut off no water, then it would come back cold, then vary from hot to cold. Very frustrating. Staff had plumbers there but they didn't achieve much. Needs complete overhaul. One of main reasons we go to a CP is a decent hot shower. Disappointed

Fantastic situation, clean and friendly helpful ladies on the front desk. Caravan spots down the end where we were parked were slightly small for our 20.6 caravan, but nice and quiet. Towards the entrance the lots were bigger. The surf club down the end where we were parked had the most stunning views on the deck of sunset. Well worth a visit up there for a wine and to watch the view. Well worth the stay.

  • Brad Wittmer

Such a great family friendly caravan park. Stayed in 2 of their cabins (budget and seaside), both had air-conditioning and linen is provided. Park staff are friendly and very helpful but also didn't bother us at all during our stay. Communal toilets and showers are brand new and cleaned regularly. There's a food/coffee van at one end of the beach and several options for drinks/food at the other end.

  • Four Amber Lights

Booked a wonderful cabin, arrived late at night, had helpful instructions on how to get in. Met 2 very lovely hospitality inspired ladies at reception Karen and Jackie. Had a wonderful stay in a wonderful park. Spectacular water view apartment number 12. Spotlessly clean like really good . Great heater , comfy lounge and bed . Well maintained park . Really recommend it. Will Defi go back.

  • Craig Punch

Fantastic park right next to bike track and beach. Excellent facilities, reasonably level sites, 3 different rates and positions. Manager and staff very friendly and helpful. Surf club next door to park offers meals and drinks, 10% off if staying in park. Fish and chips and coffee available next to entrance to park Cabins also available, again at varying price levels. Highly reccomend

  • Simon Hoskin

Positives- Great location with good facilities. Negatives - only some of the premium powered sites are premium, others are no better than ordinary sites. Staff wouldn't act on drivers speeding around park even with plenty of kids around. Would not honour special offer in their website as in their words " we don't have too as we are so busy". All up still a good spot for a few days.

  • Kel BQ

Two weeks on a powered site and even though it’s been horrid weather and a lockdown, this is a brilliant park. Very clean facilities, fab showers, good camp kitchen and friendly helpful staff. 10 min walk to train to city, waterfront walking/cycling paths, takeaway food truck at one end of park and life saver club cafe/restaurant at the other. I would definitely stay here again.

The caravan sight is standard but the surrounding area is the real selling point. Wouldn't recommend the cabins here though. They're just a carved out shipping containers that use to be a budget family accommodation by the looks of it. They just chucked a nice vanity in the bathroom and a fridge to try to repackage the product. Staff were meh.

  • Brad Dunn (Brad)

We just finished a 2 week parkup and weather aside it was a terrific park... the sites a big enough for van, awning and truck... but the reversing can be a bit tough because the entrance tracks are a bit thin... that said the staff were helpful and friendly... with modern new bathrooms... and right on the beach... so do yourself a favour

  • Aaron Ong (Pongy)

Facilities are still like new and clean. Beautiful spot right in front of the beach. The new mini golf course was an extra to keep the kids entertained and the hiring of the pedal go karts. Great location and Oceans Fish & Chips next door for some yummy fish and chips. Just a great location and decent sized camping grounds.

  • leanne beech

Lovely park. Fantastic position right on the Seacliff beach. Great walkway and bike track from the park upto brighton jetty. Close to railway station to go into Adelaide. Only 30mins on the train. Great facilities, lovely and clean. Only negative. Road is very narrow. Very tight and difficult to park caravan into position.

  • Gumsan

This place is excellent. It has the best ever facilities I've ever seen in a camp site. The difference compared to some parks we've been to is like chalk and cheese. I hadn't intended to go to this site, I was heading for another but we were tired so choose the nearest to where we were. I'm glad we did change our minds.

  • Kelsey Attwell

This was our second time to Brighton Beachfront Holiday Park, both times were amazing. Clean & modern facilities. Super fun kids club, beautiful green grass, coffee shops & fish and chips at your door. The most amazing sunset views from the beach. We travelled 8 hours just stay here and can't wait to come back!

  • FOR357

Good location about 15 mins walk to the shops along the beach with some great bites to eat! Amenities are great although the key code is a pain though I can understand why it is in place. Being right on that beautiful beach you can easily go for a nice swim then have a hot shower definitely worth a visit.

  • nat NKey60

Enjoyed our 2 night stay on powered site. Amenities & laundry block very clean & up to date facilities. Beach very short walk no matter what site or cabin you may have. Playground for children & good social walking and exercise tracks very close. Walk to club or pub for drinks and/or food. Would recommend.

  • sandra broderick

Loved this park. Oceanfront sites with dogs off lead beach between 8am and 10 am daily. Modern amenities. With a public bike and footpath between park and the ocean. Great for people watching, park run Saturday mornings. Close to surf club and great fish and chip cafe next to site. Didn't want to leave.

  • Elly Hood

Beautiful Park right on the beachfront & walking distance to quite a few eating places. But for a council park the uneven sites & narrow roads made it very difficult & stressful to get onsite. We had to ask people to move their cars as well. Park should be upgraded to cater for the caravans of today.

  • Mary Dollins

A bit steep ($42 for two people powered site since they said they "didn't have unpowered") but the toilets, showers, and kitchen were spotless and modern. The beach is right there and the sunset was spectacular. You can also walk up the boardwalk to Brighton Jetty to see people fishing for squid.

The Brighton Caravan Park SA is a beautifully located Park, right on the beach front next to Seacliff. The management are excellent, the visitors awesome and the park has many families that have been coming for in excess of 20+ years, so it's almost one massive family reunion.

Great location. If there was a few more things for smaller kids to do (eg jumping pillow etc) and a 2nd camp kitchen. I would have given a 4. Over all it is a very nice place to stay. Right on the beach. Close to cafes etc on Jetty Rd, Brighton. Very well kept.

  • Jessica

Ideal location for beach goers. Very modern clean facilities. Limited parking space for guests or any additional cars you want near site. A bit of a dower for our trip was the restriction of dog numbers allowed per site (only 2). To me this seems a silly rule.

A lovely grassed park right next to the beach, fantastic facilities, friendly staff in reception. Very well layed out caravan and camping sites at 3 different pricing levels of which I thought were reasonable. Cabins also available.

Best caravan park in Adelaide. Friendly and helpful staff and stunning and child friendly beach. Water is waist deep for about 50m from the shore and there is a great mix of sand and rockpools for snorkeling, swimming and canoeing.

Nice clean park. Good caravan sites. Within metres of the beach. Toilet block and Camo kitchen appear new and clean. A small playground for kids. The only downside is limited activities at the park but the beach is its main focus

Haven't actually stayed here, but took a trip down to enjoy the scenery whilst eating out on some great fish and chips and an ice coffee from Oceans, right next to the caravan park. Thanks Cameron the food was great!

A very well equipped park with a variety of different sites (all powered). The toilets and common areas are clean and well maintained. The park is very quiet at night. We've stayed here 3 times and always loved it.

Great park with spacious sites at the beach front. Very clean facilities. The beach is better than Bondi and the Gold Coast with crystal clear water. Walk/bike track goes for miles toward Glenelg. We will be back

Great spot nice clean facilities. Stayed in the budget cabin. Cabin was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable. Our Little cook top didnt work but we were to next to the bbq so we just used that.

Best location for a holiday park in the whole of Adelaide. It's LITERALLY on the beach. Perfect for all ages, from toddlers to elderly amd everyone in between. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

We had a super time here, great location, right on the beach good food in the local pub. Lovely staff. Really good facilities, showers, toilets, games room and BBQ. Can't wait to go again.

A nice & quiet holiday park right on the beach, within walking distance to the local pubs & cafe's. The sites are spacious and well looked after, but the internal roads are a bit narrow.

  • Ralph Graham

Site was difficult to reverse caravan into (park was full) but aside from that we had a great stay. Bathrooms are fantastic, close to beach, train station, city etc. Staff are friendly.

Wonderful place. Great beach ..cabin was nice and clean. Only thing for me was the mattress and pillows very hard. But I will add I'm 66 and have a bad back it my suit most people.

Bit tricky to get to. Just follow your Google maps. However once there it's really nice. Good facilities. The grandson loved the games. So close to the beach! Really good.

What a location. A very busy park. Has cafe's etc nearby and a great pub at Seaclifd. Park office is busy so getting information is a slow process , long wait.
