Number 15: Burger king foot lettuce. The last thing you'd want in your Burger King burger is someone's foot fungus. But as it turns out, that might be what you get. A 4channer uploaded a photo anonymously to the site showcasing his feet in a plastic bin of lettuce. With the statement: "This is the lettuce you eat at Burger King." Admittedly, he had shoes on. But that's even worse. The post went live at 11:38 PM on July 16, and a mere 20 minutes later, the Burger King in question was alerted to the rogue employee. At least, I hope he's rogue. How did it happen? Well, the BK employee hadn't removed the Exif data from the uploaded photo, which suggested the culprit was somewhere in Mayfleld Heights, Ohio. This was at 11:47. Three minutes later at 11:50, the Burger King branch address was posted with wishes of happy unemployment. 5 minutes later, the news station was contacted by another 4channer. And three minutes later, at 11:58, a link was posted: BK's "Tell us about us" online forum. The foot photo, otherwise known as exhibit A, was attached. Cleveland Scene Magazine contacted the BK in question the next day. When questioned, the breakfast shift manager said "Oh, I know who that is. He's getting fired." Mystery solved, by 4chan. Now we can all go back to eating our fast food in peace.

Burger king's after-sales service is terrible. I went to buy a hamburger last Sunday and ate three small stones, which caused my teeth to break. Then I showed it to the cashier and she turned around and threw it in the garbage.She also called out a male worker ，When he came out, he didn't apologize or explain anything, he just said give me a refund. I asked him what to do about my teeth. And then Let me see the manager the next day .The next day I went to see the manager,The manager said that she could do nothing and had sent an email to the company. Now it has been 5 working days and there is no reply. If there's nothing wrong with the food,why throw it away so quickly and without my consent.

What everyone says about this restaurant is very true, this place is cheap, rude, zero management, the food is disgusting, close this place down and fix your management, and hire better staff who knows how to treat paying customers. This has to be the most disgusting burger king I have ever been to. The staff is horrendously rude, and even calls security when I asked for my receipt. The manager is by far the worst. Runs away upon conflict, and hides in the back. Allows his staff to run rampant, yelling profanity and make false accusations to paying customers. Im am disgusted at Burger King to allowing this nauseating establishment to operate.. An absolute mess.

Got re-friend french fries, disgusting Mozzarella Sticks that must have sat out 15 minutes or more, and the burger made my kid ill. Waited 30 Minutes total. Two Staff members. A Manager and Cashier. The needed a runner, at least. Cashier was doling out food, which is fine for wrapped goods but not the ice cream or deep fried products. If they think they are saving money by staffing less people, they are wrong. I watched a dozen or more people leave the line up in the time I was there. I only stayed because my son really wanted a Bacon King. He probably won't ever eat Burger King again, which sucks, because they have decent cheap burgers. I know I won't.

The front cash lady taking the orders was very nice but the coworker wearing all pink shoes was very rude to her and I may be wrong but I’m pretty sure she was trying hard not to cry. The lady accused her of wearing perfume and then complained to someone in the back while making dramatic gestures about the whole thing. Purposely trying to attract attention it seemed…. I wanted to say something but I didn’t want to make the situation worse. Maybe have a talk with your employees about causing arguments/ negative energy in the front around customers.

I was at the Jackson Square location on Saturday, March 11th well before closing and had difficulty getting a special from the app. The app even indicated that the store was closed. I spoke with a Manager, 'James' and he quickly remedied the situation satisfactorily in my favour. Thank you James! It was a great chicken sandwich with fries and pop, and I was also seeing double LOL. It was appreciated that you cared and responded accordingly. Very satisfied!

I waited forever in line, and when it was finally my turn to order, the cashier was just looking down counting money in the register. I stood there for about 20 seconds (awkwardly) until she said (still looking down) "can I help you?". I thought to myself "idk, you seem a little busy...". I ordered my whopper meal, she asked if I wanted cheese or bacon, I said no. When I got my burger it had cheese on it and I was charged extra for it. Horrible service, won't be returning. PLEASE HIRE NEW STAFF.

Please. Please. Please work on order accuracy! I'm practically begging for this! When the customer asks for "no (X)" or "hold the (X)", please make sure that it comes up on the screen, goes on the grill slip, is made according to the slip, and then goes in the correct bag. I realize this location is often busy and that your employees must put up with a lot. But this is three times in a row that I've paid $14 and ended up with something that I cannot eat, or with someone else's food...

For a fast food restaurant, nothing beats the whopper!!... the staff were young but very friendly, polite and respectful... the young man that took our order was very outgoing, which is really nice to see from a teen. Seriously, having employees that are happy to be working or where they are working, really make all the difference.

Just updating my review.Service has gone down since I started coming here 5 months ago. I usually treat myself to a whopper on Wednesday and being the only place in hamilton to get burger king, I have to go here. Service is good but every time I come here lately by the time I sit down the burger is almost cold. Its disappointing. And today I saw the girl filling the orders touching the inside of the cups. I've worked in fast food before and this is a big no no.

We ordered 2 impossible whopper combos on the last Friday. I asked for more ketchups because I know that they never add it inside our orders. The staff only gave us 3 packs of ketchup with her attitude like we were bothering her. This is the 4th time she did it to us, so we decided to speak something about this happen. I hope the owner should be considered and if you guys cannot give your customer enough sauce please let us know.

I had an issue with a different store and had contacted this store for assistance. The manager who I spoe with was EXTREMELY understanding and helpful and went so far as to replace the incorrect order from another store. This store has earned a loyal customer, whenever I will be in that area I will make it a point to order from this Burger KIng. Thank you for your service level.

Sam, Nikki, Jeff, Aiden and James. Absolutely fantastic. The leadership that Sam protested while I waited for my food was astounding! They could definitely use a raise! They communicate very effectively and was a very well oiled team. The only addition that can make an even substitute is when Toni is here. Great work guys! Used to have friendly staff that worked there. I'm a regular and lately I go in there and a loud mouthed woman will give attitude towards me and other customers for no reason. Last time i thought she was having a bad day. However she had attitude today as well. She needs to learn patience and people skills.

I’ve been here on 5 separate occassions at 9 am n they have seen me standing here waiting and will not open until roughly 930 although their hours state 9am open. I think this is extremely unprofessional I am trying to get my daughter breakfast and having dirty looks because they are not open on time. Extremely disappointing and I won’t be returning again.

Had a couple sandwich meals, mozza sticks, and the mac'n'cheese bites delivered. The sandwiches were standard fare for BK. Sticks were alright. The bites weren't so great, but that may have been more to do with my expectations. The medium fries in one meal and the large in the other had nearly the same quantity of fries which was somewhat disappointing.

so me & my husband & my son came here to eat when we were in the mall one day ordered our food was semi warm but after eating the meal i got sick & threw up before we even made it home later that night my son also ended up getting really sick.. not coming back no matter how many times they have new things to try or coupons handed out !!! tarrible!!!

This has to be the rudest burger king restaurant. The staff yelled us for asking for correction to our order. The manager was even worst, had no conflict resolution skills. He allowed his staff to yell at multiple customers, and at multiple points left the counter allowing his rude and obnoxious staff to yell profanity. Unbelievable wow...

I would have given zero stars if there was an option. The customer service is so bad that they don't even know what their menu is. We ordered sweet potato fries and they charged for it. But when they gave us the food there wasn't any sweet fries.. instead gave us regular fries. The worst service ever...

Been here a couple times to pick my partner up a burger, I haven't had Burger King in 30 years. First time I had the chicken nuggets and they were ok ($2.99 I didn't expect much), 2nd time I had a chicken sandwich which wasn't too bad. My partner loves the burgers

Ghost Pepper nugget. Not tasty. Not spicy . Underwhelming Habanero king. Disappointed 1/8 oz bacon with a 2/3 slice of jalapeno mushed into a sloppy cheese sandwich and very mild on flavor. Dash was good on delivery is why we have at least 1 star

The cashier was great she smiled but the person serving the food seemed like she wasn't happy to be there when I asked politely for a straw the person "servicing" just slammed her hand on the straw box and just said "there" and walked away

The manager is run away hiding in the back everytime there's conflict. This is unbelievable, how did he even get the position??? If I could offer a rating negative 5 stars I gladly would.

The cashier's favorite word was MAAM. She ended every sentence with MAAM. It turned my stomach. It was hilarious when the man behind me, who had long hair, was addressed as MAAM by her.
