OMG I can not believe I let someone drag me out on Christmas Eve. He went one way an I headed to Burlingtons thinking about a new shirt for Christmas dinner with the Fam. Bahahaha No and hell no. This place was so busy. I immediately noticed the line to check out was all the way around, almost back to the entrance. I thought... OMG don't tell me we have to check out ourselves here to! But you don't. All registers were open an busy . This place was a mad house. It was also really messy. But, Guess What? Just says a lot about the store that people like shopping there. They had some cute stuff too. I was really proud of the employees. They just took it like it was another day. I asked 2 different ones a question an they were so sweet an kind. Thanks ladies. Glad work didn't ruin your day.

Went in to look around for earbuds and shoes. Then went and looked at a few other places. You know, shopping? When I went back to Burlington, the security guard gave me the 5th degree. Asking why I was there earlier, why I came back etc. After buying something (standing in line for 20 minutes because 1 cashier was checking people out while another worker stood there folding clothes with a long line) the security guard stopped me and again started questioning me. Asking if I'm done shopping there for the day? Am I coming back again? That's outside of his job description and borders on harassment. That, along with the line leads me to believe that it's a poorly managed store.

I love this store! Always so clean! The staff is good as well. Although I would like to bring to the managers attention that this store was understaffed when I visited 3 days ago. The cashier was overwhelmed as she was the only one up front and the supervisor kept coming up to the front to grab items but refused to help this poor girl on the register. The customers were getting a little flustered and she tried to assure that she was going to get help but the supervisor lady never helped her. So I would suggest more cashiers than only one so customers wait time isn’t 15-20 mins to check out. Other than that this store is GREAT!

*Sigh* I love Burlington but not this one. Unorganized, and the employees seem to have no idea of what their job responsibility is. How is it possible for TWO employees to work at one register and still lose a package of socks, that I paid for. And it wasn’t due to the complicated of many bags, I only had one. After asking Loss Prevention “Why there is only one register open with a thirty person line?” The response I got was “There isn’t any employee responsible enough to check out a waiting customer.” Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

My first review was from a year ago..a year later and I’m back to update that this is still a negative one star store. If I have to leave the store to use the restroom, just know that I will not be returning. I have tried to go TWICE this week and every time I’ve tried they’ve closed early. They need to update their hours on Google because I’m driving 20 minutes out of my way for this store to be closed at 7pm on a Thursday. And when I got there it said they closed at 7pm but their doors were already locked at 6:45pm

I can't believe I had never visited this location! I had to leave before I kept buying things. Their prices are amazing and the variety is insane. It's also very clean and organized. The baby/toddler/children selection is huge as well as the men and women clothing. They have a TON of shoes for all ages too! Don't forget the house decor and kitchen must-haves! Fitting rooms are still closed but just keep your receipts in case your clothes don't fit the way you want them too. Can't wait to go back!

This Burlington had a grand selection of items. The cashier was extremely nice. The only reason I gave them four stars was because the line was long, but besides that I found what I was looking for. I visited the store the weekend prior to Christmas and that’s most likely why it was so busy. I came in looking for a holiday themed shirt for a Christmas work party, and I found exactly what I was looking for and I was able to spend only $15 to get the shirt and a new pair of work pants.

Horrible store and experience! This store is a HOT MESS! Messy and unorganized. Waiting to check out took over 30 minutes, and unfortunately I had to come back the next day, to return something. Same ridiculous waiting time. Asked employees near the entrance if they could open up another register? (Only 2 open each time I was there) They just looked at me. Not sure if they were security, or what they were actually doing?! Don't shop here. Especially with the holidays coming up.

I realize there are shortages of inventory because of covid, so this is not necessarily a complaint, it's meant to be informative. In comparison, the shelves are actually quite bare. There were only two cashier's and I felt really bad for them because they were working as fast as they could with a line of about 20 people. I visited the store at 12:00 noon on a Tuesday afternoon.

EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Store doesn't close til 10 PM n was hollering at the customers to get to her register bc she was tired and ready to leave @ 9:45PM. Apparently I wasn't going fast enough to the front and was asking a lady hatefully where I was. She chose this line of work, it comes with the territory. Maybe she just needs to find a different job!!

Hi, the Burlington,, in Bellevue Tennessee I didn’t like the way the manager didn’t help the coworkers out when it was a long line for layaway. I had to ask her to please! help her employee out to get the lines moving. The manager name is Mikel and she shouldn’t be a manager for Burlington,. She has a nasty attitude towards customers with her outrageous colors.

This store is an okay version of Burlington. It is slightly messy compared to Bellevue Burlington. They have closed the public restrooms, which makes it virtually impossible to shop with toddlers. Engagement with security (only employee I could find on floor) was unhelpful and disappointing. I will just take the extra drive to Bellevue for a better experience.

The selection is nice. The store is organized and the people are helpful if you're looking for an item. The downside is they only had ONE cashier. I stood in line 35 minutes to check out. The young lady at the register was very, very, kind and thank me for being patience and that is why I gave them 3 stars instead of 1.

This could really be a nice place, just need people in here that care. And I’m not just speaking about the associates. Customers! Stop stealing! Put things back where you got them! The reason why we can’t have nice things here in Madison, is because people don’t want to take the time to do what’s right!

Sucks that I spend so much and can’t even use the restroom even just to wash my hands from the dusty racks…and the employee is rude when she was talking to us assuming that we don’t speak English.. our family spend so much every week not going anymore… Racist!!!!! Also the store is so messy…!!!

I really wanted to shop at this new location, but after witnessing the manner in which the store manager Jay communicates with both his staff and customers, I simply can't justify spending my money here. Remember this folks, go where you are celebrated, not where you are tolerated.

This store has not been here for ling and probably will not last with the way they are running this store. The fitting room is always closed and according to the cashier today its been close since she started. The racks are empty it just looks sad. CLOSE THE STORE!

The store is very nice and clean. Great finds low prices. But...was waiting in line for 25 minutes. I would recommend them open up more than 2 lanes when the store is full of customers.

Was greeted by a smiling emplyee that welcomed us into the stoor. The floors are nice and clean. Not a large selection for young men or mens clothes. The fitting room was closed.

I got a few items that was satisfied with something special because I normally don't get too shot have a store that has my size so yes Burlington was fantastic.

Good prices but you’re not allowed to use the restroom and you cannot use the fitting room. Keep your expectations and standards low when you shop here.

They don't have a restroom you can use. It was very hot in there and small was to cluttered you could barely move and shop

Changing rooms are open now but the bathrooms are closed! It's terrible especially if you have an emergency or young kids.
