"This pharmacy is loads of epic trash"
Called into the CVS to fix an error with my prescription, and the woman currently working is so rude. She started the conversation with 'only one person is working right now' and that's it, nothing else to the sentence. And when I tried to speak she cut me off multiple times. And hung up on me before I could ask about what would follow if I cancelled my prescription or what would be best for me. She was not speaking loud enough to the phone, gave a massive attitude, and did not help with anything. I understand having a long day or an overwhelming amount of things to do but she left me annoyed and unwilling to call again to make sure my prescription was corrected. Her bad day ruined mine for a few minutes. And I still don't know what she did with my order. I hope she figures out how to better her day because the rudeness is not a favorable appearance on her.
This pharmacist is the worst. She is so rude, blatantly told us she cancelled a prescription even though it was sent in 3 days ago, and told us she wouldn’t fill the prescription until the following day, as she was busy and had other things to do- even after I explained that we were traveling the next day and the medication is for my mother in law who can’t access it abroad. She told us she canceled the prescription because she saw it was $500 worth of medication and didn’t see an insurance on file. I asked her if it was normal policy to cancel people’s prescriptions and she started cutting me off again and raising her voice like a maniac. Looks like this is her usual behavior per other reviews I just read. CVS needs to address this problem
I called to check why my prescription had not yet been not automatically refilled, as it had for the previous months. When I called, they told me it would be ready later that day. I rushed to make it before the pharmacy closes. When I get there they tell me they no longer take my insurance. On 3 separate occasions, I have called this CVS, been given a time to pick up my prescription, only to drive there, pay to park, and find out the pharmacist had some issue filling the prescription, contradicting what they told me on the phone. This CVS is extremely disorganized. I will now have a gap in my medication thanks to this pharmacist. Avoid this pharmacy if you can help it.
you know that saying - insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results? After months of this CVS inaccurately running my insurance every time I tried to get my medication, medication that was indeed covered by my insurance, I finally switched pharmacy's and received my medication today without charge within 45 minutes of the new pharmacy receiving my prescription. A few hours before this occurred, this CVS establishment had informed me through text (because them picking up the phone or calling is an impossibility) that my medication wasn't covered by my insurance and I would have to pay for my medication. My life is already better.
This pharmacy is loads of epic trash. Pharmacist is unknowledgeable and rude as they come. Was told they didn’t have something days previous, called multiple times and was given attitude and told it wasn’t in the system, then sent a text at 7:59 that the prescription was available …when the pharmacy closes at 8PM. Complete joke. Target should cancel this partnership because now I will never shop here again. CONSUMER: DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
I’m trying to get medicine and NOBODY answers the phone. I drive to the pharmacy with call still on the hold music and I see 2 ladies there which apparently don’t like to answer the phone. I speak to one of them and she says pharmacist is not there to check if medication is available. The exact reason I was calling to verify so I didn’t have to drive there for nothing.
No one answers the phone and when they do they end the call or they place you on hold and dont actually do it so you can hear all their conversations such as how old are you the male worker said 35 talking about when he wants to have kids . Theyre too busy chatting instead of doing their jobs.
Recently moved to Miami & this CVS is closest to me. When you call multiple times they just put you on hold & my Dr. Says they have sent the medication but when I go in person it’s not there & when I try to call them to see if it’s there , they just put you on hold.
Worst pharmacy! I’ve called 5 times in the matter of an hour and a half to reach someone and both pharmacist put me on hold after I’ve waited on the phone to ask one simple question for 25 mins. Don’t even bother calling.
Been on hold waiting for someone to answer for 45 min to fill a prescription in which the app said I had to call them ASAP. Been waiting on the phone so long they’re about to close and I can’t even go to the store.
I don't know who picks up the phones at the pharmacy but they are all so rude. How is it that I call to ask for information and you give me attitude? Quit if you don't like your job.
Avoid this cvs as much as possible- they are constantly running out of medications and are usually short staffed- too bad cvs cant pay their employees more to fix this problem :/
Una farmacia multirubro tienen mucha variedad de artículos aparte de los remedios recetados, muchos farmacéuticos de venta libre... compre un corta pastillas muy bueno.
DONT ORDER YOUR MEDICINE TO BE DELIVERED. they now send it through usps. It’s almost been two weeks and I still have not received my medicine.
I call 3 times this morning they put me on hold for 10 min each time never get chance to talk to anybody, they should put more employee.
Convenient since it’s inside target & next to a Starbucks :) not a good option if you mind paying $2 for parking though.
Don't plan on them answering the phone. Just waiting 33 minutes before hanging up. Pretty pitiful, even for a pharmacy.
This CVS went above and beyond to help me transfer my prescriptions!! Thank you so much for being quick & efficient!
The male pharmacist is very rude all I was trying to do is transfer my prescription. Worst customer service
There is no reason to be rude to customers who picking up there medications. Sad experience.
Pharmacist was not helpful there. Seems overwhelmed. Will not be going back there
Pharmacist is so rude when asked basic questions about prescription status
It is a very good pharmacy, the best thing is that opens 24 hours
