If you are thinking of using this pharmacy I would reconsider. I am a transplant patient. This pharmacy sent me the completely wrong immunosuppressant. When I called to find out what happened they told me they made a mistake and would wait for me to make it over before closing. I got there 4 minutes after their closing time and everyone was gone. Now I’m left without the medication that keeps me from going into complete organ failure. This is careless at best and reckless disregard for the lives of the people they should be caring for. I will be removing all of my medications from this pharmacy immediately. If you care about yourself or your loved ones - steer clear.

Lovely placer like no other, if not happy witg it go back to whatever country your from. Only here in The U.S is where People scream and cry but about their country where they do not say anything nor cry or scream but rather to jump on the water and be eaten by sharks rather than protesting crying and screaming as they so here in the U.S where everything is given to certain people from an island without even contributing nor paying one day of taxes in this country. To me is the best place in the world the home of the free.

We have been working directly with Orlando for a few months now on my son's prescriptions and I honestly couldn't be any happier. He is always so kind, understanding, prompt...really an overall class act. He is always taking care of us making the prescriptions one less thing for us to worry about. I have only had good experiences with everyone here, but Orlando deserves all the good graces from us and I hope his management team knows how lucky they truly are to have him!

Jackson Pharmacy is top of the line. They carry ever medication, under the sun. If they don't have it, they'll have it within 6 hours, or immediately early in the morning. Very great service. Great management. Great staff. They greet you with a smile. Be patient. Lots of parking. Disability parking available. Disability ramps are very visible. Please do not leave any valuables visible, in your vehicle. Make sure to lock all doors and locks.

I have been trying to transfer my medications to my local Walgreens for over a week but they will not answer. This pharmacy is so difficult to get hold of. They literally pick up the phone and slam it down or you get transferred to a mailbox that does not accept messages. Do not use this pharmacy. I am now at of medications I need it a very important because this pharmacy is so unresponsive.

After many years getting my prescription at a chain pharmacy and getting used to paying a copay, I switch to this pharmacy only to discover I don't have to pay a copay for my prescriptions. I must have wasted so much money! Anyways, I recommend this pharmacy. Great customer support, most of the time they have your medication and if they don't, they will have it for you the next day.

Marcos the pharmacist at Jackson Main has been a wonderful help for me and my family!! He has called to update me and my family on numerous occasions in regards to a matter we had about medication!! Jackson can be very tiresome to get ahold of but my goodness Marcos has been really helpful. I appreciate his efforts.

You can pick up medications same day, 1 to 5 meds can take 30 to 45 minutes while 6 or more meds can take 45 minutes to an hour depending how busy they are. One of the cons is that they do not accept Humana Medicaid, but meds are heavily discounted in comparison to other retail pharmacies like CVS and Walgreens.

Bad service, no organization at all..unbelievable! People come just for pick up And need to wait 2 hours, when the prescription is ready and you as customer called and make sure it was ready. There's not common sense at all when it become costumer service at all.
