The waiting time for any transaction is unacceptably long. I understand that they cannot hire people and they are short staffed, but the service nonetheless is poor. The staff is not even apologetic for the long wait time as if it is not their problem. If my insurance did not mandate Walgreens, I would never be here .

Don’t trust anything they tell you on the phone. Two people there told me they had a specific item in stock. Drove over there and looked for it, of course they didn’t carry it. Then was chastised that I didn’t know what I was talking about. Don’t waste an hour of your life on them.
