I don’t normally fill out these surveys but Nancy (the manager) and Matt went so far above and beyond to help me, I had to fill it out. I wish all cvs employees were as helpful and kind as them. I needed to print some photos for my small business and had printed ahead. They didn’t come out great so nancy and Matt helped me to print a different resolution so they looked better. Thank you both so much! It was also Matt’s first day so we learned together. Even though he was new, he was not frazzled or nervous at all. He utilized his resources (Nancy) and they got me in and out with ease! Thank you both so much! Alex

DON'T COME HERE!! Came to get a Covid test, I reached in their rusty ill-maintained box and it dropped and damaged my car! And of course, CVS said they're not responsible for the damage. Only offered to cover $500 for a $1k quote. This is so ridiculous! No one should go to a pharmacy and then be liable for damages from CVS's not taking care of their property. I repeat, save your time and go else where!

Pharmacy staff are very professional and speedy in my experience. The overall store selection is decent but small. CVS photo hasn't been the best here at this location. I've had a lot of problems, so I usually opt to use the photo services at the downtown Willow Glen location instead.

Courteous , helpful staff and very easy to work with to reschedule prescription pickups or add refills etc. The store has a decent collection of household items ( cleaning , kitchen etc) and is very well maintained. My go to pharmacy every single time!!!!

The phamacy is great . Waiting not Long . Both the pharmacist and the pharmacy staff are courteous and responsive The drive-through feature to pick up medicine is especially outstanding The automated phone system to reach pharmacy is convenient

Michael and Apryl are always very helpful and patient with me when I shop in their store. I really enjoy talking with them. They are always so willing to help me in any way they can. They make my shopping experience very enjoyable.

Pharmacy staff is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Wait is reasonable and pricing for me is wonderful. Lobby staff works diligently to serve all customers and with a smile.

Just to remind myself that they open much later than other places and close for lunch. Wish there was a way to edit just the pharmacy hours.

Worst CVS I've ever seen in my life. They are not helping in any way. They answered my questions ! Look at the Google. Nothing than worst

Good local CVS. A little small as far as CVS stores go, good service and covers the essentials of a drugstore.

Employees in both the pharmacy and main store are helpful, welcoming and competent.

Due to the curfew their posted hours may not be correct.

Very helpful employees assisted us to test COVID.

Love the staff! Always so welcoming and helpful!
