Bad, bad, bad. Showed up shortly after 8:00 PM on a Sunday with 4 people in the waiting area and 1 person ahead of me in line. At 8:52 PM I was finally called up to the desk by Michael who asked whether or not I was dropping off or picking up. I asked Michael if I would be able to pick up my prescription at this location even though it had been called into a different Walgreens. He informed me that normally I would, however, because they were going to be closing shortly, that would no longer be an option. When I informed him that I had already waited 45 minutes in line just to ask the question, he stated, "We are closing soon. You will be able to pick it up tomorrow." No apologies. Nothing. I will be switching to a pharmacy that is a little bit more forthcoming regarding its hours if business. I have been with Walgreens for years. VERY disappointed.

So I call the store. The manager Karen which I don't believe wad the manager tells me corporate said customers can't use the restroom. I then ask why the next closest store let's customers use the restroom. Then she says it's a store rule. So I ask why did just you lie to me. She states well if you want to take it that way. I don't know any other way to take it. Then she says she has to go because it was busy. Then I tell her there are 4 people in the store you are not busy. Then she proceeds to say well you can call corporate. So obviously there is no repercussions for associates in this location to lie to there customers. It took an hour and forty five minutes to fill a liquid prescription that the other Walgreens said should have been done by the time I got over to this one. Beware when you come to this location.

I found out that I didn't have to wait till end of September, I had to go back to the emergency and get another perscription two times I had to go back to the emergency and tell them they denied me, I finally got the truth and September 14th I will get my perscription NOT the end of September there are 30 days in the month of September . The staff are rude with nasty attitude .

The personnel is awful, unqualified and have absolutely no knowledge of anything beyond the selling grocery. I made a web order with delivery to this shop. They promised 3 business day delivery. After a week the tracking service displayed that order arrived and the customer service of the online orders confirmed it. Since I work till 7pm, I visited this place on my way to home. Surprisingly, nobody in the shop knows what is web order, where the delivered item is kept and even how to check the if it is here. The one thing I was told - call manager who works 8am-4pm and ask where is my item. Why this place is advertised as 24hr pharmacy if it becomes the grocery shop after 5pm?

The only reason I am rating this Walgreens so low is because of the boy working at night here who is incredibly rude. I’m not sure if it is because he is insanely obese (and he must get made fun of on the regular because people are probably so put off by the way he looks) that he is so rude or maybe he was just cursed with a nasty personality to match his looks. But Walgreens really doesn’t need to balance counter the polite and helpful staff by hiring that monstrosity. Seriously Walgreens if someone treats a customer so poorly they feel they need to write a whole review based on that one experience then it might be something you want to look into.

When i chose this pharmacy to pick up my medicine, i didnt know how it could have such a low rating but now i do. Horrible service. I was supposed to pick up a drug refill here but i find out somehow they signed me up for mail order even though i explicitly stated not to (they also dont have an address to ship it to nor did they ever send the medicine). When i called, they told me to talk to my insurance, claiming this was something my insurance signed up for. They didnt even give me a number for their customer service rep. Because of this, i am now without my medicine and have to go chasing through a system for a mistake on their end.

Every other Walgreens I’ve ever been to has had great, fast customer service, and a clean looking store. This one not so much. The store looks very run down, the wait time on the phone for pharmacy is always about 15 mins, and it takes them hours to fill one medication. Also, if there’s a problem with filling your prescription (they don’t have th medication or your insurance doesn’t cover it) they will not call you and notify you. You will end up waiting all day and then have to call in, wait forever to get someone on the phone, then find out the hard way.

Worst service at the pharmacy. Has to call twice first time I was on hold for 8 mins then got disconnected. Had to call back, put on hold for another 5. Tanya answered both times and both times she placed me hold when I told her I needed to update my insurance. She was so annoyed I was calling to update my insurance over the phone. She told me next time just bring it in rudely. I dont see why I would have to bring it when it's much easier to do it over the phone. I will be transferring my prescriptions out.

Called to ask a photo related question, and heard them pick up the phone and hang it up. Called again, was connected to a different department, and asked my question; they answered cordially and all seemed well. Walked two miles to get there and have a photo taken, just to have them inform me in person that their camera was broken. Between that, the strangely out of place displays, and the isles of empty shelves, I think this location is on death's door.

This Pharmacy is terrible! I tried to speak to them and was put on hold for twenty minutes before I finally gave up! I called to speak to the store manager and was put on hold for ten minutes! He said he would go over and tell them to take my call. I was on hold for ten minutes then, just hung up! I’m fed up with them! If they are that busy, I don’t trust their ability to fill prescriptions correctly! Beware of this place!

Booked an appointment for covid booster shot at 7:30pm and ended up waiting for an hour to finally get it at 8:30pm. There's no one waiting in front of us. It took super long for them to do all the paperwork and they gave me both receipts for covid and flu shot which I didn't ask for getting the flu shot. Then they needed to ask the manager to void the one for flu shot..... Won't come here again anymore to get shots.

Horrible experience with the photo department and I wouldn't recommend anyone getting prints or calendars here. The staff memeber in charge of the photo department wasn't doing anything to fix the problem with my order and didn't even give me an explanation why her staff couldn't complete the task on time. If a machine is down you could have the courtesy of notifying the customer by calling or leaving a voicemail.

Went in to this location for Fed Ex services. I was a little disappointed to find you they don't have the ability to print you a label here. HOWEVER... The very helpful, knowledgeable staff here made a phone call and directed me to the nearest Fed Ex office. I made it there in time to mail out my package. Thank you so much Walgreens staff. I always appreciate top notch customer service.

This has been my home Walgreens for 16 years and I appreciate their smiles and kind service in all departments from photo to pharmacy to the front of the house Keep up the great work As for the swarms of homeless people outside, there's not much you can do, our economy sucks right now so I help as much as I can to those in need and pray for them❤️

Pretty run down location that appear to be chronically short staffed. If you want proof, just take a look at the rusting and falling apart Nissan electric vehicle charger in the parking lot. Speaking of the parking lot, It’s big, but all the spaces near the entrance are really narrow. It’s a convenient location and the shelves are pretty well stocked.

The worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to! The pharmacy is understaffed, I stood in line for 20 minuets, considering the fact there was only 1 person in front of me. 20 minutes after, when it was finally my turn to get my prescription, the lady went to take care of drive through customer, although he came after me. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

I was placed on hold 3 times just trying to check on the order status of my photos that I dropped off for processing 3 weeks ago. Still have yet to talk to anyone, and there is no voicemail set up so that I can leave info to get someone to call me back. Didn't realize this simple task would take over an hour with no assistance...

The staff here is amazingly kind and helpful. I love Brie in the cosmetic department, she is so knowledgeable and makes her customers feel special. This is a hard location but the staff try really hard to deal with the homeless people that come into the store asking for help. They are exceptionally professional.

Their photo was down so I went back. I called the next day before coming to take the photo and they confirmed machine is working. I went there just to find the machine is still down. Such a waste of time and no co-ordination among staff who answers the call. Avoid this store and save your time .

In from Utah and had a cracked tooth. My old dentist when I lived in SJ called in some medication after 5pm. They were very helpful in getting it filled before they closed especially with how busy they are. Big thank you for their care, consideration and customer service toward me!!!

Made an appointment to get a covid booster shot in the pharmacy but it closed on that day and they didn't send any notification. Their staff has no help with it. Just told you that they cannot reschedule for you and try to walk in tomorrow but no guarantee to get the shot.

Received prompt service from this Walgreens after a horrific experience at another Walgreens the night before. This pharmacist helped me to get my life saving prescriptions filled quickly and gave thorough thoughtful information about each medication.

Went here to get staples for a deep cut. Bought staples, only to find out later that someone had stolen the actual staples from the box. Now they are closed, my cut is open, and I have to go back to return a box that never even had staples in it.

I never had an issue with this location. I got prompt service with Clipper card and check out, the staff is always helpful when I'm looking for specific items. I just hope it doesn't close down, that's my only concern.

Pharmacy wait can be long. You will find things here which Safeway pharmacy may not carry. Pretty typical for homeless to approach you in the parking lot here. They have electric car chargers here in the parking.
