I had high hopes, however last time i used the med drive through there was a car full of people doing lab work in front of myself and 5 other cars that we all had to wait roughly 30 minutes behind, in the drive through because of this one car full of people doing this. You are supposed to go inside for tbis type of service but they still just let them do it. When i pulled up he had me wait 10 more minutes because he had to clean up the biohazard mess from it all before he could spend 45 seconds with me to hand me my meds. The kicker is I just went in there around 2:45 on September 24th yesterday and she tried to give me someone elses medication!!! I told them I dont know what this medication is, she seemed incredibly confused and it turns out it was because she looked up the entirely wrong person and tried to give me their medication instead!!! Also, the entire time she had a terribke attitude acting like i was the one who was wrong....really??? IM PRETTY SURE I KNOW WHAT MEDICATION I AM TAKING!!!!! Something like this is not only ILLEGAL, it is also DETRIMENTAL IF AN ELDERLY PERSON DOESNT REALIZE AND GETS HANDED THENWRONG MEDS AND THEY TAKE THEM!!! HOW IS THIS OK?!!!!!!!! WHO OWNS THIS PLACE? GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR MEDICATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO POTENTIALLY GET SOMEONE ELSES MEDICATION AND GET SERIOUSLY HURT FROM TAKING THE WRONG MEDICATION!!!!!!!! Every day it also seems like this stores review star rating keeps dropping....tells you simething!!!

I went in to get my prescriptions(They have drive-thru service too.) and ended up shopping for awhile. The store looks clean, their selection of merchandise was enormous and the customer service was impeccable. The best part of it all was meeting Rich, the store manager. He went above and beyond to help me find items and even served me their delicious ice cream! If Rite Aid could clone him, they would never have any upset customers again. He certainly knows how to do his job. I was impressed by his willingness to stop what he was doing, in order to help me. Kudos to Rite Aid for having excellent personnel like Rich! I live in Campbell and there are closer stores to me but it's so worth it, to go out of my way, just to talk with Rich, as he made my day! Thanks for having great people like him!!!

I went there last year to purchase an item. Since I do not use my wellness card and do much shopping here the cashier asked for my phone number. While finishing placing my phone number on the keypad the cashier called another customer to another check stand and left me and attended to that customer. What she should have done was waiting for me to finish inputting my phone number which took a second and since she has already waited on me, instead of calling this other customer and waiting on her and leaving me she could have called for another cashier to take care of that customer and finish checking me out. This store so infamous for giving bad customer service. And also the prices are higher than CVS. Walgreens are merging with Rite Aid. I will stick to CVS.

There is a reason why Rite Aid is being taking over by Walgreen and CVS across the country. They just don't know how to serve their customers! I came in trying to fill in my prescription and take a flu shot. However, the pharmacist on the counter said I had to contact my hospital to transfer my prescription to Rite Aid. It was stupid, confirmed by my hospital pharmacist and Walgreen. On top of that her attitude is like I'm owning her money or something and there were only 2 customers beside me. I got annoyed and stopped by Walgreens down the street to get my prescription filled and a free flu shot. Just know that you have BETTER options rather than a run down Rite Aid with terrible customer services!

They stay open until 12 am everyday except Sundays, it closes at 11pm. I enjoy visiting this Rite Aid, all the employees are friendly and helpful. Even when the lines are long they manage to keep the line flowing by having a cashier working 2 cashier boxes. The store is always clean and the shelves are stocked, I always find what I am looking for. This location also has an ice cream parlor. There is plenty of parking and it is handicap accessible, they have automatic sliding doors. My only suggestion to the store would be to show some love on the outside . It could use a good power washing.

I went to rite aid cause I wanted to buy some antibacterial gel. I was there from 7am till 8:15am . An employee told me to go Monday morning at 8 cause that is when the new shipments come in. I kept asking for the gel and all the employees kept saying we don't have any. I saw an employee walk away with medical gloves, she did not see me. I realized that rite aid employees keep the gel for themselves. How do you hire people like this? Bad customer service. They must be the same people hoarding the toilet paper.

Extremely Bad customer service. Provide incorrect prescription twice.Eventhough I informed the pharmacy staff to cancel one of my mom’s medications, yet they still refill it. I have to drive back to return the med, yet they act like this is my problem and not even want to return my copayment until I ask for it. Will transfer all the med to different pharmacy.

I came to pick up my prescription I was told was not ready because it was over 100 dollars I said okay no problem they say Please come back 2 hours later Which I did only to get the same Answer oh we did not made the prescription because is over 100 dollars so upsetting Now I am waiting again for them to make it My god this people

People are harsh. Excellent customer service throughout entire store. Pharmacist (by the name of Tu) was crying on the phone because she could not help the person that was on the phone with her trying to get meds. You dont see that very much these days. These workers care. This is why I support rite aid.

I picked up the order at this pharmacy they Miscounted my Mexamethasone I didn’t have enough medicine it’s making my face still swollen when I call they try to get away the pharmacist Who work here did not take responsibility this is important medicine it might cause trouble if they will get sued

They seem to do there best, reducing a long line. Shelf are always stocked. Never needed assistant with anything here but see tons of workers around if I ever needed. The only negative would be, there more expensive then Walgreens and CVS but since it's closer, oh well....

It's a worse pharmacy I've ever seen. They called me to pick up the medicine an hour before. When I showed up, I still had to wait for another 15 minutes. The service is slow and unfriendly. I would not recommend Rite Aid to anyone . I will go back to CVS.

this store has a little bit of everything you will ever need. Adriana was very helpful pointing out where the magic markers were. also picked up some seeds to plant in my garden. an awesome, clean store with helpful staff.

If your 80 years old and shop here be prepared to shuffle through your purse or wallet to show ID just to buy cough syrup. This place lacks common sense and is run by clearly unskilled help.
