Avoid this station. Very rude and illogical staff such as a guy called 'Zach'. Their carwash is broken for days and everyday we go there (since we have purchased a carwash card from them which was a clear mistake) they say we promise that tomorrow it's going to be fixed. Last time, the guy (Zach) did not even apologize for all the inconvenience they made. They do not even bother to say the carwash may not be available for a few days so that we do not try. They keep promising and breaking their promises. To the manager: I will never use this place for carwash or gas. This is in return to how you treat your customers.

On Sept 3rd at approx 7:30pm, their car wash totally broke off the rear windshield wiper arm of my 2013 Ford Explorer Sport. I had to walk back into the car wash and pick it up after. When I went to the attendant inside, he was nice enough to give me the card of the person I should make a complaint to. When I did so, I was offered a refund on the car wash, and nothing else. How is this good customer service? Now I have to pay to fix / install the rear wiper that your car wash broke off. Strong recommendation to everyone to NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!

This is a gas station that has a convenient store with lots of inventory and friendly staff. There is a drive-through window for Starbucks coffee there. There’s also a car wash. They offer pay at the pump service which I use all the time and have never had any troubles there. It’s a nice little service station.

Very disappointed. I drove from home to get the advertised $5 car wash. The ads are still up for all to see. When I tried to buy car washes, I was told they are no longer available. SO TAKE DOWN THE AD! AND, THE CAR WASH WAS CLOSED FOR THE DAY!

The bathroom war between the Canadian Tire Gas bar and the Starbucks will make me think twice about visiting either of these businesses again. How can either business think they benefit from locking prospective customers out of their bathrooms?

Adrianne made my Saturday morning. During COVID I've been so accustomed to customer service staff in essential services being dry, or a little cold, or fed up with their job.. it was refreshing to receive good service in a enthusiastic way.

It was our first time at the car wash. The owner has not upgraded the car wash system. It's old and rusty with no proper signage. We were stuck inside & had to back off as they have faulty equipment. The representative who had come to help

The charming young Manager is always kind and welcoming. She took the otherwise awful week I was having and in one 30 second transaction made it all go away. Thank you... Kind gestures keep customers loyal AND writing Google Reviews LoL.

Never had any problems with this place. I like that they have the option to buy a car wash next door. The convenience store has tons of stuff, and you can get a coffee at the Starbucks while you're at it.

Way to go CanTire and Mastercard. I was just harrassed by a pushy salesperson who also used anti Prime Minister sentiments when I indicated I wasn't interested to try to sell your product. Pathetic.

Went through the carwash with new car and the mirror cover broke off. The owner of the gas station was extremely helpful in rectifying the mishap. Paid for a new cover and a free carwash.

Don’t ever count on this gas bar to actually be open until 12am because I just stop at it at 11:30pm and it’s already locked and the pumps are off but they open sign is still on

Employs kids who don't know anything about all items in store, you can get on the website and look up the part faster then the employees

Pay at the pump system is too cumbersome and paying inside is slow. Car wash seems out of order more often than working.

5 cents back when you use a Cdn Tire credit card and 3 cents off on Fridays for military . Love it …
