I’ve been a long time lover of Central Cinema, don’t get me wrong. However, there’s been some recent changes that made my last visit less enjoyable. They have a reduced menu than they did previously. Pizzas are the only main course meals I guess, everything else food is labeled as small meals and they are definitely small portions. At least the popcorn is the same. No longer have themed cocktails for shows, simply frozen margarita. Overall, the food, except the popcorn, was not as good tasting or looking as before. Also, they’ve switched to an online ordering system on your phone instead of having servers come take your order. I understand how this might be helpful but the QR code didn’t work 100% of the time and since everyone was on their phones trying to order the cellular service was inhibited and was much slower. Similarly, the servers were always charismatic, funny, and friendly people who were very kind if there was a mistake with your order. Not only did our food and drinks take well over 30 minutes to get to us but there were mistakes and servers were rarely out on the floor and available to help. I used to come to Central for the food, the service, the atmosphere, and the shows but the only thing that really remains is the atmosphere/shows now. Sad to see this happen but I guess all good things come to an end. Will still come here but only for the popcorn and the movies.

We recently hosted a fundraiser at Central Cinema, and were blown away by how supportive and helpful the owners and staff were! Not only did they do all the work of securing the rights to the film we wanted to show, but they had brilliant ideas for ways we could make the event extra-special and raise a lot of money while we were at it. The staff were incredible during the event as well -- not only attentive to our guests, but they seemed truly interested in our work and several of them made personal donations to our cause as well! Plus, holy cow, the food is amazing! And I loved the specialty cocktail of the night as well (in fact, I loved it twice -- if I hadn't been in charge of all the public speaking of the night, I would've totally loved it a third time too). All in all, one of the best experiences we've had doing a fundraiser -- in was a cinch to put together with all the help from the Central Cinema crew, and it was a blast for everyone who came. If you're looking for a great venue for a party or event, LOOK NO FURTHER! And thank you, Central Cinema! You're the best!

I love everything about this place. From the titled to the schedule to the service. It's almost a perfect neighborhood theater. Even their tips-included model is something I can stand by. But a cauliflower wings dish that costs $8 and literally only has 4 pieces of cauliflower with some ranch? Really? And a pint of local pale ale that's $10? Is this a sports arena? If the film tickets were cheap I'd consider paying exorbitant prices on food and drink, but it's just incredible that the costs are that much. I would highly recommend saying directly that the $8 dish is for four pieces of cooked cauliflower that can be eaten in two minutes. And I'd highly recommend the beer was advertised as just a standard local beer. Would keep people from forking their money on that and focusing on the films themselves.

I've been to Central Cinema a lot over the years I've lived in Seattle. This past Friday I went to see Wild at Heart and it was decent but I don't feel like it was what I was used to. The service, while good, was slow and I feel like our server wasn't around as often as I would have liked. I had the cheese curds and I thought they were greasy, but that might have been on me as they are cheese and they were deep fried. They have changed over to the "living wage" model, which I don't mind too too much, as it means I don't have to tip anymore. Sometimes though it does mean that service does suffer. Maybe this is what happened here, it's really hard to tell. Either way, I'll be back before I leave the country for good. Second run films have always been my favorite and the staff are friendly!

This is a great place for a fun night out! They show movies in a wide range of genres--check the schedule. Depending on the movie, the audience may participate or sing along, or not. Your mileage may vary. The staff is helpful and courteous and the bench seating is comfortable. The food is delicious! They serve great coffee, a nice selection of adult beverages and their fresh buttered popcorn is fantastic! Although it's tempting to fill up on the tasty entrees, you won't regret saving room for dessert. Parking always seems a little limited, so if you're coming in from the suburbs, consider utilizing a park and ride, taking a bus into Seattle and then either catching a local transfer and walking a short distance or grabbing a cab/lyft. I recommend it for a fun date night.

Not your normal theater! Very clean, incredibly friendly staff, and above average foods and drinks. Everything has a fresh local Kind of flare and still simple enough for a movie. Vegan options, custom drinks that are film specific, wide assortment of snacks and entrees. Excellent place for a date night or dinner and movie all in one! Cheap ticket prices as well and food and drinks on par and below what id expect at a theater. Service was also awesome! Only little gripe is while I love the seating setup I wish I could recline, or have the option to move from only upright position. Cinnebarre while corporate and cheesy has ideal seating for dinner and movie. This place hands down way better overall and love the cool theme nights and old school movie offerings!

Recently came here for the first time since pre-COVID, for the (amazingly good deal) 2-for-1 Tuesdays. Still as great as always - actually, even better now that they're TIPLESS!! One of the few businesses I've seen in this city (or this country, for that matter) that rolls tips into prices and gives BETTER WAGES for their employees instead of putting it on customers to pay a chunk of their employees' pay with tips and automatic service charges. This is how it should be everywhere. MAD respect to Central Cinema for having the decency and forward-thinking to do this while most other businesses in the US continue to disappoint in this area. Will be sure to return here not just for the awesome movies and venue, but for their great business practices!!

I’ve been a fan of this place for years, and last night, my wife and I went back for the first time since the pandemic. It was a great experience watching one of our favorite movies on the big screen. BUT - a fair warning: the menu is vastly different these days, offering only small bites, drinks, and candy. The website also doesn’t seem to work on mobile, so we had no way of knowing beforehand. Hopefully the change is only for a short time and this dinner theatre starts serving dinner again soon. But it was a massive bummer for us last night, and we had a hangry argument about it afterward. Thanks, Central Cinema! Now my wife hates me!

I’m in love with small independent theaters, and I really want to enjoy this place more. The movie selection is great, a lot of older movies with fun events scattered throughout the month. The food was good, good beer selection, and the video/sound quality was perfectly adequate. My biggest gripe was the seating. The bench or regular seats are unbelievably uncomfortable, they must tailor to the college crowd who don’t mind it. I had to leave 3/4 of the way through because my back hurt so much. I did sit in the back section so it’s very possible that the front section was a little comfier. Just get there early! Good date night spot.

This place is so unique and fabulous I can't stand it! Took my 13 year old to see My Friend Totoro this afternoon and it was a Two for Tuesday special- so I only paid $12 for both of us! Only three or four other groups in the theater. We ordered buttered popcorn- gourmet style $5.50 (plenty to share) and a French press coffee $4 and bag of Gummies for $3.50. The service was speedy and pleasant - only problem was I couldn't sort out how to leave a tip for our server? Or do they include gratuity in the sales price? Either way, I do hope our server was compensated properly - if not I'm happy to pop by and leave a tip this week!

Good selection of vintage, classic, cult, and indie films. Seems like they run the same two films for a few days, they offer four time slots each day, two for each film. They have food and drink options, but the food wasn’t great. My pretzel was hard, and my friend said her garlic knots were still frozen in the middle... the seating is okay, it’s a leather booth type seating that mimics a couch with a small table in front you for your food and drinks. I found it a bit distracting when the waitress would come in during the film. Cute place though, excellent neighborhood and averagely priced for tickets, food, and drinks.

Absolutely top tier. Seattle has no idea how good they have it with Central Cinema. The personal touch from management/ownership, delicious and broad menu, and casual atmosphere make a terrific contrast to Drafthouse viewing. We saw Re-Animator here and as they were showing a movie attendees were obviously already familiar with, there was room for quiet comments & laughs among friends. This showing was essentially a highly curated living room experience with delicious food (get those fried risotto bites you won't regret it) and a great classic film. 11/10, can't wait to go back

  • Margo Jodyne Dills

We went here for a special showing of Roma. It's a fabulous Little Theater tucked into a residential area off of the main Street. My only real complaint is the difficulty parking, but that may have been due to the special event that we attended. After a little investigation I found out that they offbeat and old movies. The main attraction is the restaurant. We had a taste of the food and it was fantastic. Great sandwiches pizzas salads and appetizers. The food is reasonable and the movies are cheap. I can't wait to go back here again.

  • mark kihara

Haven't been back in a bit and this place is better than ever. Ordered a pizza (one sausage, one gluten free with mushrooms) and it was exceptionally good! The chef was particularly attentive - after we ordered a gluten free pizza with field roast they pointed out that the field roast wasn't gluten free. Nice save!! They changed our order and all was good. They've upgraded their covid safety mechanisms with some UV lights that help keep you protected. Outstanding! I'm already checking the calendar and can't wait to go back again.

I love this cinema! It provides such a private and cozy space. Watching a movie here is like being in a home theater. This cinema is such a great pick over the one downtown. Whether you want a date night or a family night, you can expect a good time. The prices are great also. I mean a drink and popcorn for 6-7 dollars, you can’t beat that. I viewed Tim Burton’s Batman for my first time here. I’ll definitely be back. It’s tucked away but the cleanliness and decorations are beyond standards. It’s the perfect place to go.

  • J M

Hasn't been the same since a mass staff walkout last September, and subsequent installment of a new app based ordering system. It's a struggle to order anything once the movie starts without annoying everyone with a bright phone screen let alone entering your credit card info, and you no longer get the pleasant little interactions with staff that truly made it feel like part of the community. I rarely purchase food there now as the inconvenience of the new ordering system far outweighs the meager portions of popcorn.

  • Michelle Phanthavong

So far been here once and plan to go again! Food is a little over priced for what it is but they do cheap movies so they gotta make some money somewhere. Hahah that being said, don’t order the cheese bread because it was like 4 small pieces for 8-9 dollars. Weird sized booths so seating got full fast and hard to save seats if your whole team isn’t there so be aware. Great atmosphere though and who doesn’t love drinking a beer and watching a classic! Will definitely go again when I see a flick I want to see there!

  • Cayce C

Really cool little place. Seating in the lobby area and theater is cozy and compact. Decent section of alcohol and drinks, served in the theater right to your seat. I saw Ghost in the Shell here and loved it. I'd seen it before, as a kid on an early generation iPod touch, so getting the full projection was amazing. I had a drink and cauliflower wings - very tasty. I'm looking forward to having a dog in a blanket the next time I'm here. The menu says the workers are getting a living wage so I hope that's true.

  • Keejaa Wachowicz-Ramgotra (Keej)

I work at the central Cinema so i maybe a bit biased but, i love this place! Its simple, community, and passion driven Mom and Pop business, that brings people together. You can vome here to simply watch a movie, or enjoy a drink in the cafe space! Or watch movie and drink and eat at the same time!!! How many places can still say that now a days? Honestly! Not many! Its important for our social culture to keep going to our local theaters to enjoy our historical entertainment :) for fun for fun!!

  • andy luley

The food was delicious and prompt, the movie was great (we most recently watched Ratatouille, although i've been here several times), the overall experience has always been top notch! The food and drink selections is wide and interesting including "traditional" movie fare of popcorn and candy as well as dinner food, beer, and cocktails, and we were able to get a closed captioning device for one of our party. The service is very good and friendly, as well as being unobtrusive during the movie.

  • Natalia Koss Vallejo

I always have a great time here. The ladt time was for their stand-up comedy night and it didn't disappoint. I bought a bunch of David Bowie pins from their wonderfully bizarre vending machine. Only down side was the smoked almonds i ordered were horrible - soggy, chewy, and bitter like they been soaked in fake smoke flavoring. I've had other good food here in the past though, so I'll let this one slide. Overall this is a super fun place to go for movies and events!

  • Ben Staadecker

I think if you're looking for a novelty experience this is a good fun time, but overall I had an Eh experience. The seats weren't that comfortable, they had some booths which were more comfortable but only one was in optimal viewing the others were either too close or the side view which is okay. Ordered food and drinks, and they were sub par. Fries came out cold, overfilled the drinks with ice, and it was difficult to get the attention of the server to help.

  • Jessica Renae

The 90's Singalong was an absolute delight! Like better than I had even imagined it would be--after only hearing good things. The servers, curation of the music videos, and MC were all top-notch! And the food and drinks were lovely, as well. (I still can't get over how gracefully the servers took orders and delivered food and drinks in the dark- what!) It was such a fun evening, thank you! Will be back many times over, I'm sure.

  • Marcus Woodard

We really enjoyed watching Return of the Jedi there. Good vibe and food. Only thing that really killed the vibe was the noisy kids in the back, the parents wouldn't get them under control. I would like to see Central Cinema put up signage or a warning on the screen before the movie starts to be quiet or get kicked out of the theater type scenrio. Not fair to the other 20+ people in there when parents won't keep their kids quiet.

  • mike meyers

I love this place. It's part nostalgia, part adult indulgence and part childlike whimsy. Where else can you go and watch ET or Never Ending Story while having a beer and maybe enjoying some food? They have happy hour deals along with happy hour themed days. I love their cartoon segments. Special sin-along days are just pure fun as well. If you haven't yet been, try it for the pure joy of reliving some of those days gone by.

  • Ronnie Taylor

It’s a movie theater where you can order meals and drinks! There are vegan options. I’m not sure what the capacity of the theater is like. Maybe it can hold up to 50 people or so. It’s not uncommon for a show to sell out. It’s a great place to go on a date or with a group of friends. Or solo, if you’re into that. Sometimes there are even fun events at this place. The 80s sing-along was quite memorable. ;)

  • Ivy Antunes

Went to one of the more event-style showings, had a really good time. We ordered snacks and got given the wrong kind but they quickly replaced it with the right one at no charge, awesome service & the theater doesn't do tips and pays their employees a living wage. Definitely will come back! Lots of street parking and close to a good brewery if you have time to kill before your movie. Affordable tickets.

  • Erin Phair

Great independent theatre. Food and beverages served to your seat. I recommend the fries. Staff and most attendees mask and give distance. Made us feel very safe. Kid friendly. Took my LO there for Muppets Christmas as her first in-theatre movie when she was just 1. Sat by the door and was able to duck out to the lobby for a break easily when she got fussy. Intermission also very helpful.

  • Lem Walk

Jeez, I didn't know what to expect visiting this movie theater showing old movies. I went to see Spirited Away and I wasn't prepared for the homely atmosphere at all! Amazing, I'd never seen such a nice little theater. Food's expensive, but that's to be expected. The atmosphere was so nice in the theater, staff were so familiar and kind, not to mention the seating was restaurant like.

  • Deborah East

We had a great time at the Michael Jackson vs Prince sing along. Great and fun crowd. Lots of dancing. The drink were good too. This was a fun venue. It’s a revamped older theater that sells food and drinks for the movie. The seats in this theater are different than most; they are separate bench seats with a table in front. I would definitely attend another event at Central Cinema.

  • Chris Lagueux

It's my favorite place in all of Seattle. A true independent theater playing fun older movies, shlock, b movies, and classics. They have fun events as well! On top of all of it, they serve great food, drinks, and the price is fair. Every single employee is willing to chat with you about movies and knows their stuff! This is a true gem, keeping this neighborhood alive and unique.

  • Katie

I love the quirky movie selections and fun vibe of this place! Been several times, and it's a definite favorite. Small venue, so sometimes service is slow, but staff always are really nice. Great happy hour prices, decent food, pretty comfy seating. Draft beer, coffee, cider, wine, cocktails, soft drinks -- literally something for everyone. Get there early for the best spots!

  • Joshua Curry

This is not a regular cinema style theater - it is more grounded with a single theater room; however, it is really cool and they play old movies so just check their website to see what is playing and check it out :) definitely worth going at least once to see how you like it!! We had a bachelor party there and played video games. Super fun, very cool, and polite staff :)

  • Cameron Skaggs

This theater consistently chooses great movies. The booths and tables are spacious to eat comfortably. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. My drink was good and arrived quickly after ordering. The picture and sound quality was excellent. Parking isn't great here, so leave a little early. But it's worth it for this top tier movie theater.

  • Heidi Turnquist

Super Fun, Small, interactive Theatre. They play a variety of Cult classics, and are very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend the "Hecklevision" screenings, so much fun! And a good selection of Snack options delivered to your table, so you don't miss a second. Suitable for Vegans. Bring a friend or make a new one while you're there!

  • Steven G

This theater is great for old movies. The theater itself is a pretty good size and the food selection is good. The cost of the tickets are usually around 5 dollars a ticket which is not bad. The sound is really good and they even have intermission which personally I miss in normal movie theaters. I highly recommend this place.

  • Gloria Law

Best place ever! Drinks are wonderful, food is outstanding! Cheese curds! Bbq cauliflower! Amazing pizza! Great beer selection. Such a gem of a place, it’s me and my husband’s go to date night spot and has been for 15 years. This place is just the gold standard of community friendly Capitol Hill spots. Never leave us.❤️

  • Michele Barutha

I've been here a couple times and it's fantastic. They consistently offer a quality variety of movies. Getting to see A Nightmare Before Christmas in theaters made my holiday season. Ticket prices are generally very reasonable. They have a full menu, the garlic knots are awesome. Sometimes the service can be a little slow.

  • Rahul Zende

Good place to host a proper trivia night, they serve popcorn and drinks to participants. A decent system is in place to enable displays of questions, complete with microphones and music in the background. The seating is decent too, got half the area covered with couches and benches, rest are tables with chairs around 'em.

  • RC Archive

Central Cinema provides an excellent dine-in movie experience with retro atmosphere and classic films. They have a friendly staff, who are tipless thanks to Central Cinema paying them a living wage, so KUDOS to them! I went here for a Greg Sestero feature following a meet-and-greet. The experience was amazing!!

  • Alison

We are so lucky to have this incredible treasure in our own neighborhood. We've been a dozen or so times and always have a great time. From Princess Bride to The Big Lebowski to Stand By Me to Sixteen Candles it's always a good time. The food isn't amazing but it's good and the booze selections are decent. Go!

  • Chris Crooker

Not that I would want this, but there really should be a line down the block with all of us pining to get a seat in this gem. Pizza was great (the crust!), side dishes and drink menus were extra smart. Every neighborhood would be a better place with a spot like this to call your auxiliary living room.

  • Conor Garside

My biggest gripe at "dinner+movie" theaters is that many leave the lights partway on. Central Cinema does not, allowing you to fully escape into the film while being around film lovers enjoying food and drink at great prices. Wholeheartedly recommend, whether it's a one-off film or trivia night.

  • Kim Miner

Awesome place! Nostalgia city, we saw The Goonies and the whole room was alive with it. They had great food served while you watch, and a solid drinks menu with beer, cider, cocktails, and wine. 2-person booth seating, so large groups will have to split up. Love this spot, will be back!

  • Alex DeLeon

I have to admit, I hadn't even heard of this place before a work outing that brought me here. They really ought to advertise more... what a great concept! We all had a blast, and the food/beer was pretty good. I'd love to come back for a trivia night, it looks like a great venue for it.

  • Megan Vogel

Neat place! We saw Blade Runner at a special showing, and the space was great - intimate, comfy, etc. The food was delicious, too - we got a bottle of wine, popcorn with butter, olives, and a creme brulee. I loved that they had an intermission a.k.a. a well-timed bathroom break. :)

  • Elyse Alegria

This place is so cool! I'm definitely coming back. Date nights here are perfect. It's really neat to have food and drinks served while watching a movie on a big screen. The movies change each week (I think) which makes the selection very rounded out and sometimes very interesting.

  • Shawndelle J

Always a fun time. Shows are cool. Drinks and good are good. Last time we went, they advertised a blended pineapple drink. It came on the rocks. When asked, was told it was too hot. Just take it off specials menu or warn us or comp it off bill. Either way I still love this place.

  • David Witt

Great service. Fun venue. Some people may be put off by the vampires hanging out by the entrance, but everyone seemed to understand that we shouldn't invite them in. One of them did try to spoil Clue for me, but the joke's on them. I had cotton in my ears the whole time.

  • Mason Ogden

Loved it! Everyone was very chill and friendly. Drink list was good. Movie was a bit loud, but to be fair I was sitting near the front row. Would definitely recommend. They also found something I left behind and put it aside for me in the lost and found, which was kind.

  • Sarah H Morris

This theater and space is wonderful. I’ve been for a few events and always have a great time. The popcorn is wildly delicious. The beers are pricey but well worth the investment. The staff have always been courteous and friendly to us. I will be a regular for sure!

  • Liz Burton

"Science and a Movie" was fantastic!!! The speaker was awesome (very informative, but easy to understand) and the service was great without being distracting. Good food and beverage selections. I'm definitely looking forward to more events at Central Cinema!

  • Kevin j

Semi comfortable booth seating, very friendly staff, good movies. You can eat dinner here if you want, there's beer, soda, popcorn, pizza, burger etc. It's a little difficult to eat during the movie as it's very dark in front of you. I'm excited to go back !

  • Don L

I went to a private birthday party here. The space is comfortable, the staff are very friendly, and the food was quite good. They show a great selection of movies interspersed with some old cartoons (think "Ben and Jerry") and clips from classic movies.

  • Alex Vranas

This neighborhood cinema consistently shows great movies across many decades of motion pictures, and serves delicious food and drinks, ordered from your phone and delivered to your table. Highly recommended as a date night, or a night out with friends.

  • Rilyn Jewett

Good food options, incredibly friendly staff, very cute local theater. Not sure if they do this but maybe doing a public voting poll for a movie once a month or every other month could be fun and switch up the line-up. I want to come here all the time

  • M Sigurd Hall

How can't you love Central Cinema? They play amazing movies and have dinner service too. We've seen two Indiana Jones movies, Goonies, and many more. Sure, these movies aren't new, but they are great, and they are great to see in the theater.

  • J. P.

This place is DOPEEEEEEE!!!! If I lived in Seattle I would be a regular. It was a mix between the new dine in theatres and a drive-in. Huge menu of food, snacks, and adult drinks. Great setup and crystal clear retro movies on a huge screen.

  • Gretchen Fowler

Fun atmosphere, friendly staff, and I like the selection of movies they show. The food is pretty sub-par, however. I keep trying it because I want to like it, and am disappointed every time. I tried the calazone on two occasions, and both

  • Beth Anderson

Central Cinema is always amazing. I've never had anything but a fantastic experience there. Big ups to them for handling huge crowds and a lot of last minute changes when I brought my scout group - and doing so with grace and good cheer.

  • Jordan Whitley

Everything you could want from a theater that shows one movie at a time (only one screen). They show classics! I just watched Casablanca. And that have good food options for a theater, far beyond what you might normally expect (think

  • Sergi Mola

Nice place, great atmosphere and awesome service. I wasn't sure how people would behave, but they were quiet (or even quieter) than a regular cinema. The "vintage" trailers and short features before the movie were a nice addition too.

  • Tyler Akidau

Best movie theater in Seattle. If you have kids, don't miss Cartoon Happy Hour on Thursday afternoons. Great food and drink too be had while your children gaze like zombies at free old school cartoons. Good times. Awesome staff, too.

  • Madison Swain-Bowden

Amazing movie selection and viewing experience! Good selection of alcohol. The food is generally okay, it's not terribly high quality and a little pricey for what it is. Their popcorn is great though - which is what really matters!

  • Christy True

Very cool small theater with table seating. Food was really good with several veggie options. We just got appetizers - servings are a little on the small side. Because of the food service,it’s a little noisier than other theaters.

  • Jevon

Great atmosphere, especially for trivia. Very tasty appetizers and pizza. Other entrees have been hit or miss. Solid happy hour menu for food. Limited beer selection but usually one or two solid choices (Georgetown, Elysian, etc).

  • Avery Hittle

This cinema has some amazing food. Like seriously everything I've had is good. As a relatively tall person, one of the key things a theater needs to have is seats that aren't unfomfortable. These seats do the job just fine.

  • Jim ORourke

We're had great food (gnocchi and peas, philly cheese steaks) and drinks and enjoyed some hard to find movies. The wait staff was attentive and fun. The seating was comfortable. We will definitely be back. You should go too!

  • Greg Simpson

This place is always showing classic movies from the 70s to the 2000s. Saw Indiana Jones here a while back. Food is a little pricey but tastes good. Drinks are strong-ish. Overall it makes for a fun night at the movies.

  • Mark Mark

watching the nightmare before christmas, sitting at our own separate section / table, in great company, while snacking on a pizza and popcorn and fried cheese curds… life could be so wonderful.

  • lunarennui

Cozy, great for friendly gatherings or smaller groups. The menu and drinks are terrific, and the staff is too! Vegan/ dietary requirements aren't a problem, either. Can't wait to go again!

  • Mark Statler

Awesome setup with padded benches and tables. Not so big that you can't comfortably sit in the front row. I had popcorn a pretzel and margarita. All were awesome! I'll definitely be back.

  • Jeffrey Simonson

Friendly staff. Selection of vegetarian and vegan food. Nice drinks. Art house type films. Good projection and sound system. Clean theatre. What else could a cinephile ever want ;)

  • Mack Beveridge

Best theatre with excellent movies! I love Baron von Terror nights. Food isn't very good though I wouldn't recommend anything except the popcorn. But overall an excellent spot.

  • Shelley Sabin

Finally made it to a screening of The Room here. I haven't laughed so hard in such a long time! Love this place, the table service during the movie, the delicious food and

  • Frank Eastman

Great place to see fun older films while having a few drinks or dinner. Comfortable and well appointed with a nice selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options.

  • T H

Such a fun spot! Great to have a place that plays old films. The staff is very kind which gives an even better experience. Seating is comfortable and the food is superb!

  • Elin Martin

Fantastic small, locally owned dine-in cinema. Amazing programming, great food & customer service, & they’ve invested in air cleaners to keep everyone safe. Love them!

  • Isaiah Kisala

Solid Atmosphere, great service staff, food is solid for price point. only issue is seating is a bit Stiff and definitely can feel the presence of the row next to you.

  • Jonny Bones

My favorite thing in Seattle. I always check to see what's playing EVERY time I'm in the city. Do yourself a favor, go to Central Cinema. You can thank me later ;)

  • Tony Hutchins

An absolutely amazing experience. Old school movies to which I can take my daughter (2 yo), good beer, excellent snacks. Do yourself a favor and go. Its worth it.

  • S.R. S.R.

Prices here have skyrocketed but all for a good cause. You can split the pizzas but they're still pretty small. Staff is really nice and patient and helpful

  • Brian Perfitt

Haven't been here. I'm not really the type to just go to a theater without knowing what's playing. It would be nice if the website said what was playing.

One of my favorite cinema in Seattle. Old classics in a little theater where you can order food and drinks. In the heart of central district !

This place is cool. Good unique movies, some classics, some obscure ones. Very Alamo Drafthouse vibes. Good food too. Very friendly staff.

Lovely cinema, with friendly welcoming staff. Watched the Empire Strikes Back accompanied by a glorious pint of beer. A gem.

Such a gem of a neighborhood movie theatre. Movie selection based on quality, not novelty, which ends up being mostly retro.
