It's one of if not the very best cinema in the Kampala metro. It is well-organised. Well spaced, great sound, great motion picture, great customer care. A great exit at the end of the movies as well, the exit gets you straight to the parking which is very well thought. The popcorn is splendid especially the caramel. The of short coming was that the bathrooms are misplaced right at the entrance and as you get in you are gassed with the stink which is bearable for those few seconds as your ticket is being verified. VIP Seats are amazing;they have cup holders and plate trays. Very comfy but no recline but it doesn't take away from the comfort in any significant way. The screen had a noticeable red glare on the bottom right due to the floor lighting but if you are into the movie or depending on seat location, you might forget it's there ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Screen quality was too contrasted but that could have been the movie The Menu.

I wish you can show *Avatar the awakening one last time tomorrow. Am so disappointed that am not going to watch it since I had planned watching it tomorrow but I was told it stopped showing. Since I was misinformed by one of your staff the last Saturday I was there that it will still be showing this all week. ‍♀️ …

So far a solid experience every time I go. The cramel popcorn has been missing the last few times, hope they re-stock it. Not much space to wait at the cinema, but arena mall has lots of space in general. Note that movie start times are when the commercials start and run quite long. Overall a good experience.

It was a full 5STAR experience for me!!! From the snacks, the customer service to the whole arrangement was superb. And the hall was moderately filled so I enjoyed my space while I was being entertained in the most spectacular way imaginable.... Had a time of my life. Will definitely be visiting again.

What I like about this Arena Mall cinema before the movie is they sell wonderful popcorn made with sugar and they are very friendly and clean instead of the theater being cold and clean and I'm sure you gonna like it especially if watch movies in vip arena cinema . …

I've been to all three branches; metroplex, acacia mall and arena mall VIP or Arena Gold. The seats, leg room and space in gold is by far the best. The cinema was sold out and yet it didn't feel that way. I'm yet to compare Arena max to arena gold but I'm already sold.

Cinemax Arena is really so cool and mostly Gold/VIP side. I don’t even have words to talk about it. Anyway there workers are really so lovely people. Whenever I go for the movie, I love to have corns with honey, it’s really so nice while watching the movie.

2 stars coz my experience wasn't good. The pop corn was stale, and the hot dogs weren't properly prepared. The worst of all was sitting in the packed hall without air conditioning it was unbearable.

At Acacia the night before, FLOWER MOON kept skipping which was odd & disappointing. At Arena the next day, the sound, picture quality & general experience was far superior & uninterrupted.

The staff or engaging and attentive to the film goers needs and inquiries. The 2D is almost as good as the 3D experience... The snacks and beverages need an update in variety though!

It's clean and welcoming, it's on the last flour making nice and quiet to enjoy the movies Lastly the service staff are supper welcoming and helpful.
