I would t particularly say this is as good as the other Century cinemas, it's actually the worst of the lot. But if you're looking to watch a movie just for the sake. Then I'd say yeah sure, why not come here. It's quite basic tbh. Not as thrilling as it's others. Thank god I didn't didn't to watch Avatar there. Would have had to watch it again at another cinema. Watched balck panther there, the movie of course was really good. But I wish i watched it at either the Acacia or Arena branch I do like the fact that their seats are not individual like the Century cinema at arena or Acacia. If you want to cozy up with your friend or partner these seats are best for that. Sometimes the AC isn't on, although the last time i was there. Thank goodness it was on. Also if you like the caramel popcorn which I do, I suggest you get there really early if any blockbuster movie is coming out, cos I can say for a fact, you won't find them, they get done faster than you can say, movie!!

Well, I like the set up of the place, and the theaters themselves, they're modern, the stairs are lined with leds, the sound quality is good, and the picture quality too... I think the pre-renovation setup of the lobby, snack desk, entrance and ticket booth was much better and ambious, it also made one feel like they were in a surreal place, and will attract more customers, because upon seeing the new entrance, I was prompted to turn back, being a frequenter of the place before metroplex was renovated... Many others share my views, and I think everyone who went there before the renovation would agree that the outside setup was much better

I loved the size of the cinema. The elevation of the seats is great. But that is just about it. The place is so dark. There are hardly any guiding lights for those that come in a few minutes late. Chances are you will fall down. The screen is also quite dark and you have to squint from time to time to enjoy the movie. The popcorn runs out quickly and they hardly make in fresh popcorn for those that love it hot. But maybe, it could be because cinemas have been closed for 2 years and this is a brand new branch for all intents and purposes. There is a lot of room for improvement in comparison to its other branch

Wakanda Forever is showing on the second day after it dropped. I went 2 hours earlier than the showing time I wanted and bought 4 VIP tickets at Metroplex and went on with my evening. Fast forward to the screening time 10PM, I checked in with my buddies and proceeded to our seats. Surprise surprise, these ninjas had double sold booked seats and there were these funny looking characters seated with seat tickets sold separately. Watch out for the ticket master. Enough said.

I love this Cinema and it's my go to for all my movie experiences. I do despise their service delivery and inability to keep time in regard to showtime. A movie will be scheduled to star at 6.30pm and it will start showing at 6.50pm or even 7.00pm. Aside from that, their services are quite ok, clean washrooms, plenty of snacks and drinke to choose from at their snack bar. The popcorn spices are the best thing about this place.

Very wide area of relaxation and movement. The cinema area is wide enough, lots of charges and well spaced so that no one blocks your view while watching. The screen is wide enough and very clear, good for people who prefer a wide visual studio. The popcorns are sourced hot and with enough salt and there are alot of areas to ease yourself, just in case. I recommend you take time to visit

Good customer service. Tasty snacks. The location is great. Ample parking space. It’s at a shopping mall so it’s easy to access other mall services. It’s location makes it easy to access public transport. You’ve got to buy 3D glasses or carry your own. Pro tip; It’s cheaper than all the other cinema places in Kampala yet it delivers equally great services. I would recommend.

The place has the biggest cinema screens in Uganda and very big halls, it is very nice place to hang out, one wouldn't regret. If you like secrecy and quiet, this is your place. With kids games, and play centre like bouncing castle, this would be ideal for your outing. It is on a mall with a shopping mart and many eateries, so worry not, you're covered

The AC wasn't working, even when I asked the staff to help koz it was too damp hot.. they acted like they didn't care. They need to separate the ticketing counter from the concessions stand so they can turn tickets out faster.. they haven't even thought of stanchion posts to help with crowd management.. must I teach you everything?

It's less crowded with lots of snacks options like popcorn , soft drinks, etc... to enjoy while watching your 2D/3D movie . The seats inside the cinema halls are comfortable with enough room to stretch your legs . They have a kids play ⏯️ area as well though not big enough .

I think it's easier to access and being with a free bigger parking lot makes everything easy where you won't worry about parking fees or security of the car. To me that matters a lot and their security personnel are so professional compared to others like those of garden city

Lots of space in the movie theater. The sound quality is not as good as the one at Acacia but it's good enough to give you the Cinema surround experience. Quite frankly, I'd happily go back to metroplex to watch a movie. The food court needs work though

They didn't play all credit scenes to Thor love and thunder, so disappointed with the service, you only had 4 bloody minutes left, but nooo, they had to turn off the projector and we didn't get to see the second credit scene.

Location is decent, booking tickets online service works efficiently, the snacks are fresh. You have to huy the 3D glasses, the movie experience is good though the sound could be better,. The seats are clean and comfortable.

Cinema is less congested and there a restaurant within the building where you can sit down and have a meal that is affordable. I loved the food at krunchix the fries and their chicken is really good and give large positions

The cinema is always noisy whenever I go there, we never get the real cinema feel because people just can’t be quiet to watch. The staff never does anything about it and we are forced to go back to the acacia branch

It's a hidden gem of theatres in Kampala comfortable seats especially the VIP ones and i personally prefer this theatre since you always get seats even if the other ones in town are fully packed.

Awesome reception and staff is friendly enough, the popcorn is awesome(if I don't mention this, then it won't make sense lol), parking is enough and the movies are so up-to-date.

Had a great experience. Watched Avatar here and it was amazing. The staff was kind and service was very good. Loved how less crowded the mall is as well. Definitely going back :)

What an experience only bomber is that they don't include the price of the VIP 3D goggles on the movie ticket even if it's the 17k plus the 8k just sell as one package.. …

The Theater is good. Seats, sound quality is also upto quality. But, some hand rests of some seats found broken. Also, sound quality can be good. Overall nothing bad there.

It's a great place to go and catch the most recent movie. Give your better half or even better yourself a treat and watch that movie blockbuster in 3D at Metroplex.

The problem is the booking system is biased. Your reservations can be given out regardless of the fact that you were given a booking identification number earlier.

It was generally okay. Though, when i was watching Thor Love and Thunder, they did not let the movie to end. They turned it off before the final credit scene.

The renovation worked out pretty well... The lights on the stairs are a nice touch. I enjoyed the movie, and the sound was pure HD.
