Was here for a movie today. Dr. Strange was streaming.The tickets cost Ugx17,000 on weekends and just UGx 10,000 during week days. So what happened was that power went off for like 20 minutes and during this time that power was off the movie was never posed and neither did they rewind it when power came back. It was a little tricky following up the story line. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the servive here. Oooohhh by the way you can't book tickets online here. It's only from the ticket box office. The same goes for the seats. These are not allocated you just enter and sit anywhere you find space "shocking!!" There are no interlude breaks during the movie. So you can't have a slight break during the movie show time.

This place ain’t good for movies. Based on my experience, atleast three seats must be booked to watch the movie. Suppose only three people appear to watch the movie, so out of 40 seats; only 3 seats are booked. If only one seat is booked for a movie out of 40 seats, they will wait for 2 more people to book a seat. Or else; you alone can’t watch the movie. That’s absurd. His shows they have problems with money. The movie showcased here are also limited.

It was really awesome... More especially the pizza I bought for me and my girlfriend from Dinners Cafe... And just so you should know, that is one of the nice restaurants I have been to... And you should try it to... The restaurant is on the fifth floor close to where the gym is... And also they give free pizza when you buy one pizza only on Wednesday Saturday and Sunday too...

Had a rather bad experience here. Turns out they don't show scheduled movies when the numbers fail to meet their minimum threshold, whatever that is. Very very poor business attitude. Why bother putting up a schedule in the first place if a customer is going to show up & be turned away because 'you don't have enough people'. Simply terrible. Just lost a customer.

Movie was great. Customer service was okay. You get free 3D glasses that you return after the movie. Mine were okay - I had worried about them being scratched or something from continuous use, but that wasn't the case. And oh, the toilets in the basement, at the reception (box office) were exceptionally clean - kudos to whoever maintains them.

This place has great prices first of all. I think it's one of the cheapest cinema halls we've got. Mondays at 10k. Thursdays also at 10k. Fridays at 15k. Not sure about Wednesdays and tuesdays but I guess they're within the range. Free 3d glasses provided so there's no need to buy new ones here.

It may not be the most classy of cinemas and the seats are a tad bit stiff. But it's quiet, cheap and they do allow you to go in with your own food. I do recommend that you carry with you your own 3d glasses but if you are forgetful like be they do have glasses you can use at no charge.

Well air conditioned and given that they use a projector, it is extremely dark though that gives it a much better experience for 3D. The way to the exit is right infront of the screen casting shadows every time people walk in and out.

The place is good enough. Dark Cinema hall,comfy chairs with cup holders. Only that they use a projector stationed at the very back in that shadow cast on the screen each time someone crosses by.

A good place with good selection of movies on 3D screen though sometimes the movies are quite aged. The sound in the theatre needs to be upgraded - not sharp enough for a good movie experience

I enjoyed my time there, having both 2d and 3d movie experience, so cool I loved the fact that we were allowed to enter in free with food stuff we bought out

Great place to watch a movie and has the perfect atmosphere for a cinema hall .....plus it shows the latest movies right in time

Regardless of the ample parking space and the location, the cinema itself isn't large enough making it abit uncomfortable
