The folks at this pharmacy are consistently rude. Today was the last straw, I walked in at 6pm, said hello to the assistant behind the counter who did not respond, handed my scripts in and went to look at another item. He called me back for my scripts so I went and got them then went back to choose the additional item I was after. As I walked towards the counter a clearly irritated man, one of the pharmacists, asked me in a very annoyed tone if I needed help. I said no I was just grabbing what I came for and he replied "Well, we are closed, closed at 6pm". This was at 6:04pm and the doors were not locked and nobody told me they were closed when i walked in. He had a go at me after I'd spent $70. I honestly thought they closed at 7pm and if they displayed their opening hours clearly or locked their doors when they are closed this would not be an issue. I won't go back there again, they are not the cheapest, not the best range and regularly rude.

I have been going to this pharmacy for over 10 years, Terry and Trent are fantastic but the pharmacist on duty tonight was a little overwhelmed 2/3/23 as he was quite busy all of a sudden. We ended up having a dispute over a script, turned out in one way he was right so I apologised, in turn he started to yell at me and told me that I was abusive to him but believe me it was the other way around. The thing that is wrong with this pharmacy is that Chemist King change their pharmacists way to often.Sorry Terry and Trent but the pharmacist on duty tonight is not equipped to handle the clients on his own.

NOT RECOMMENDED My visit to this chemist/store has only left me shocked, offended and very disappointed. Not just one but numerous members of staff there did nothing more than provide me with a true showing and experience of ‘Customer Service’ and respect at it’s lowest and worst. Appalling unnecessary questioning and scrutiny/judgement by them with zero consideration for any discretion & personal privacy.. which only caused upset, embarrassment and bad anxiety. Will not be going back.

One star is too much. Will never return there. Pharmacist argued with me over a dispensing mistake. I was ten tablets short. She argued with me for about 10 mins. I even rang back to make a formal complaint and she continued to argue with me. We all make mistakes and no harm was caused apart from me being 10 tablets short but why couldn't she admit to making the mistake . I told her I will never return and she was extremely rude and didn't care.

Most robotic response I’ve ever received. No compassion or sensitivity training. Given they are now working with GP’s to provide health service and assistance this is the most disgusting service I’ve ever encountered, I will not returning ever. Trent and Vivienne should not be in the business of healthcare. This is the most toxic and miserable environment I’ve ever seen. All staff are depressed because Vivian is awful. Poor Trent.

Found it pretty poor re service, had to wait 45 min for prescription whilst 10 other people who came after were served first. Finally approached counter asked for medicine...sitting there! Got home...they hadn't given me repeats! Called had to go pick up. Apparently there was a printer problem...I dont think so....everyo everyone else got theirs no problems. So over an hour and a half of faffing around. Won't be going back.

Female pharmacist (short, asian) is the rudest I have ever come across. Her treatment of customers and patients is disgraceful. I am in this chemist regularly and have been for years, but this staff member is horrid. I suggest if she doesn't like her job or dealing with people then move on. Think of how this treatment effects people already in a bad way and unwell. Thumbs down.

Always helpful. Open late. Cheerful cashiers and knowledgeable pharmacists. Answered questions and never had a problem there. Not sure what all the other reviews are talking about. I've been coming here for years and no complaints about anything except that corner of the room where my mobile signal loses internet when I'm waiting hahaha. But thankfully rarely waiting long.

I'm a regular customer there but wow that Vivan is a poor worker and rude some guy pushed in but she still filled his script first.. Angry and nasty. Plenty of other chemist around or did you forget that..You guys are great during the day but those late night pharmacist are damm clueless. Be careful you don't loose your customer base. Pleasant, Happy and friendly staff, well presented and will go the extra mile for anyone. Being so involves with Morphett Vale Family Practice is also a big plus, as for Trent Milligen (or what ever his name is) have a look at this clowns reviews and you will see 99% are negative the guys obviously a bit of a sook when he doesn't get his own way lol

they dont reply to emails, put a script in for ozempic last year and even though australia has had shipment in, no one has bothered to fill my script yet, lady on phone was rude an told me i could be waiting years yet other people are gettin it in so many states just not me. im thinking of taking things further

Recently bought a knee brace but when I got home realized it would fit me, I didn't try it on. Went to return the product and exchange it for one that fitted. All I got was no exchanges, read the sign!! $54 and can't exchange it, was rude too. Never going there again, bad customer service...

Went today to this store to get some cream for painful joint. Show the lady my medical exemption for mask from my GP. Didn't accept it. Only from Sa health. Put the product down and went out of that horrible place. I will never go back there. eBay is cheaper. Their loss.

Chemist King @ Morphett Vale are rude, condescending and will not give you the correct information that you should be given in regards to your medication and other important information. I have seen this happen to others on numerous occasions

I went to get a cold drink and a treat and turned around and it looked like I was getting mocked and judged because I went there to get a drink. Felt very uncomfortable and upset. Will never return here again.

Strange experience. I went in for some otc allergy relief. Had to give my name, address, phone number and DOB. What? I left after waiting ten minutes and went to the pharmacy at Hackham. Won’t go back..

My family have been going to Chemist King Morphett Vale for many years. The staff have always friendly, helpful, courteous and respectful. Prescription medications priced better than other pharmacies.

Got our booster shots done yesterday. Staff we VERY friendly and helpful. Appointments were run as scheduled and we were grateful for the fast and friendly service. Thanks again, Jarret

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, with the notable exception of the female proprietor. She has been consistently condescending and, at times, just plain rude.

I have been attending the chemist for over 30 years, the service then and now is wonderful, sincere service. Thankyou ladies and gentlemen.

There is nothing they don't stock. Very helpful staff. Prescriptions are keenly priced. This isn't our local pharmacy but worth the effort.

This isn't our local chemist but I make the trek here often. The prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly.
