Went for a quick movie the other night. Haven't been here in a while and we stopped going to this location because it was getting run down and staff attitude. Looks newer now but the service remains very poor. Lots of people in line to buy tickets with 1 employee dealing with a woman and her coupons and counting her change. We actually left the line to purchase our tickets at the machine by the front door it was that slow! 4 people in line at the popcorn stand with 5 employees laughing and talking at the end of the counter. Then when they finally came out to give service they said all cash registers were closed except for the one at the end. How about a sign that says which register to go to? Oh wait, with 5 of you standing around, just maybe you could open another register!! Or again maybe you could change the film previews to state turn off your cell phones AND TAKE YOUR FEET OFF THE BACK OF PEOPLES CHAIRS. 2 stars for the clean bathrooms. Too bad it's the only cinema at this end of town because myself and 6 friends would have went somewhere else! That's what happens when kids run your business for you. You would think that with all the staff on hand the 21h30 showing would have much better service.

It’s a modern theatre., no one to sell you tickets just machines, to me I prefer some human connection whenever possible so I’m sure the make enough money to pay employees but that’s the way of the word. They had a little arcade corner to keep the kids busy for the 7 minute we had to wait since being bored now is illegal lol. Lots of parking since it’s attached to a strip mall.

Despite many complains, the selection of movies in original version isn't great. There is always one or two movie available in the original version (english) and it depends of the day of the week. Usually it's the first big bluckbuster. Also, bathrooms are often dirty. Staff is always friendly.

Reserve your tickets in advance, and arrive 15 minutes in advance. Please respect the people who want to see the movie and turn off your cell phone. If you do not speak English, do not reserve an English function. Thank you. The place offers different snack options. The personnel is very kind.

Third tome we go there, 30 min before the movie. Every time we got to the cashier and he tell us that there is no place left. Last time we even went in the middle of the day... Still no place? I guess I'll stay home and listen on my tv. The ticket is overpriced and we can't even get in?

It's a very big, clean cinema complex. It's probably the best choice for people who want to watch movies in English. There are several restaurants around the theatre. The only disadvantage is that it isn't central, so using public transportation to get there isn't convenient.

We should sue them for trying to make us deaf! What the hell! Even with my fingers plunged very deep in my ears, that was still hurting! Maybe I developed some very superhuman abilities and I don't know? 90 dB is a by-law limit in several countries, when here?

Hadn't been there for a few years,the popcorn is as good as it's ever been! Also,the D-box seats sure give you a ride when you're watching an action movie! (Like,go in a D-box seat if you want to watch the new DragonBall movie, it's quite thrilling!)

It has the latest movies both in English and French. Good selection of snacks and meals. Tuesday is the best day to go, super cheap. The seats in the cinema are a little rundown from yeara of wear, but sound quality and screens are really good.

Nice fully loaded place to see the latest movies, VF or VOSTFR. You get food (from cold to hot and soft to spicy), entertainment (games for groups, for couples and alternate play), lots of bathrooms space. You get big space on chairs, huge

Nice theater, but most movies are in french and the tickets can be very expensive! To watch a movie in english make sure you see V.O.A next to the title and if you don't want to pay 18$ for a ticket, don't watch an ultra avx / 3D movie!

Its the best cinema you can go to. Its very very big and you have the choice to watch in english or french on most movie. There is an arcade in it and its really fun to go with friends. You also have a lot of choice for food

Great place to go see a movie, lots of projections happening at the same time. Seating is getting a bit old and uncomfortable but very clean place. D-Box seating is a great option to have for an action movie!

It’s ok but I don’t like the standard 3D technology they use, gives me a headache. Haven’t tried the ultraAVX as they don’t seem to put the English movies in these theatres. Food way over priced.

Chairs cramped. The audio in the cinema I visited was very poor and the speakers seemed damaged. I left before the movie began because I did not wish a great movie ruined by a terrible cinema.

Great cinema and good selection of movie. There's a restaurant inside if you want to eat, and the popcorn is awesome . The only reason to come on Ancienne-lorette, other than my job.

Stander movie theather, bad administration (get angry with employe in front of public) bad food. At least, the seats are clean. They have French and English movie but bad schedules.

Decent cinema, could use a small update as the projector quality is rather mid, 3D movies will give you a headache, stick to imax. Arcade machines are often out of order x.x

Unlike every other cineplex theatre I've ever been to, this one charged me for a new drink instead of offering free refills. The drinks are already overpriced as is.

Great to have the option of watching a movie in English! As with all theatres though, almost beyond the means of some families to afford to actually go.

My favorite movie theater in Quebec city, they have regular, DBOX and UltraAVX . The only thing I could complain about it's the over salted popcorn :(

The movie theatre was ok, the snacks are extremely expensive... a bootle of water is 4$ cad. The restrooms are not cleaned as often as they should.

Great movie and great employees. There were not a lot of people, so very calm. The only thing is that the toilets smelled like the sewer.

Went to watch super Mario in 3d with our lil angel girl & it was great but there was no 3d & 30$ for 2,definitively not worth that much.

Lovley place, the only problem is that the majority of the titles are not in the original language. But they still deserve the 5 star.

It was insanely busy. However, the service was friendly. And everything else was about what you should expect at a theatre.

No VIP offering (yet), but the rest is up to Cineplex standard. For the area it's decent. However Brossard is way better.

Ambiant experience....... Saw how to train your dragon 2 kids really liked the movie with lots of pop-corn and ice cream.

Cinema desperately needs refurbishment. Sound was bad screen was bad. Coke didn't taste like it supposed to.

Expensive, flashy, more or less convenient. Mostly cleanish. Obsessed with making all projections in 3d.

The 2 meters safety measures were respected while we were in the theater. Everyone kept their masks.
