BEST MOVIE THEATER IN TOWN!! I was skeptical of a theater opening up right in the middle of the pandemic, but I am so glad that they did. The lobby is pretty much the perfect size, with a seating area, an arcade, and lots of registers for concessions. It is also one of the only theaters I've seen with Coke Freestyle machine's out for refills, which in my opinion instantly makes it a 5 star option. But not only are their concessions on point, the whole theater is the best you'll experience in town. It is extremely clean (I've never noticed trash or food anywhere before one of the dozens of showings I've seen here) and the seats are some of the most comfortable you'll sit on at a theater. And get this, the seats have built in seat warmers too!!! Like I said, this is the best experience you'll get at any theater in town. The tickets aren't overly expensive and if you join their paid rewards program you get a free ticket a month and save usually about 30% of the price by then removing the fees. My only complaint is that there aren't a lot of screens here and the selection of movies can be a little limited if there are a lot of releases at the time (majority of smaller showings, indie movies, movie event weeks, and anime showings are at their bigger Tinseltown location instead of here). If you haven't been here yet and you're a fan of movies what are you waiting on?? Take some time and treat yourself to the best movie theater experience you'll have had in ages!

I went and saw Sound of Freedom. I had a digital ticket from a 3rd party vendor, which the manager acknowledged she recognized. She also acknowledged that the seat that my ticket showed that I purchased showed sold, but because the ticket I showed her didn't have a confirmation number on it or a bar code, which I never received, she said it wasn't a valid ticket. She allowed me to go into the movie but said if anyone else claimed the seat that I would have to move. That was rather upsetting in of itself. When I went to get my drink, the 1st 3 machines were completely out of Dr. Pepper. So I had to go with another drink. Fortunately, they had a better alternative, Barq's Cream Soda. I'm disabled and the walk to the actual theater was difficult even though I had my walker. Theaters need to have something for disabled people for the farther screens. I would be able & want to go to the movies more often. When we got to the theater, it was nice and semi-easy to get to my seat. I had to park my walker next to the wheelchair area. The seats are comfy. I always have issues getting my seat in the right position because it's an awkward angle for me to reach the control. Especially since I am very plus, plus size. Other than my run-in with my manager about my ticket and the long walking, it was an awesome movie (Sound of Freedom) that EVERYONE needs to see, and comfortable seats and good popcorn and a great drink.

Last night, my wife, grandson, and I decided to visit a new movie theater nearby to watch "WISH." The total cost for our tickets, popcorn, an icee, a large drink, and nachos with cheese and jalapeños was $75.00. While I usually hesitate to visit such places due to my observations of the current generation's lack of respect and over-reliance on smartphones, this experience particularly stood out. The manager was visibly stressed, moving about frantically and even singing a song about distrusting his employees, which seemed unprofessional. This attitude seemed to influence the other staff members, who were often distracted by their phones or engaged in inappropriate conversations, regardless of the presence of children. Despite these issues, the theater itself was pleasant with comfortable seating. The popcorn, delivered to our seats, was excessively large - a smaller size would be more appropriate. A bright spot in the experience was an employee named Adia, whose professionalism and positive attitude were commendable. Imagine this Generation in public office. In conclusion, while the facility itself is nice, the overall experience was marred by the staff's conduct. I rate this theater a 2 out of 5 with points earned mainly due to Adia's service. Management should consider revising their staff training and selection to improve customer experience. Regrettably, I do not plan to return.

i loved this theater until my experience friday for the insidious movie ( 7:40 showtime; seats h11 - h14 ) . this location has been having an online issue with buying tickets for this specific movie so i ended up having to personally go to the theater earlier in the week before the actual date of the movie to buy tickets for me and my 3 other friends. we get to the theater and once we get to our seats, we see there are people in our seats. when we speak to the workers, their reasoning was that due to the system error, those that booked seats online didn’t actually book a specific seat and essentially just sat anywhere. they then told me and my friends they could sit us in the section at the VERY front ( instead of asking to see the tickets of those in our seats and moving them ) and provide us with guest passes to come see the movie again. the gesture, is great, but why wouldn’t they have moved those that didn’t actually book a specific seat when we had four tickets with actual seat numbers on them? we paid for seats at the top, not seats at the bottom.

My wife and I had been eating to go to the “new movie theater” near us. We just moved back to Jacksonville and we’re surprised to see a nice theater close to where we are living. We opted for a 12:40 mid week showing of Dr. Strange. Upon arrival, the lobby looked nice and the staff were pleasant and accommodating. Picked up some refreshments and had the same service. Then things went downhill. The hallway to the theaters had overflowing trash receptacles, trash in the floors, wrong movie names on certain theaters. The recliners were nice although the heat didn’t work on one of the seats. The heat normally would not be an issue but it was extremely cold in the theater. I have never been so cold in a movie ever! Midway through the movie trailer, the lights came on and the cleaning staff. And in and started cleaning the theater…during the trailer! The movie had started before they had finished. I had never seen that happen ever. Not sure if our family will be going back to this theater even though it is close and new.

I’ve been coming to this theatre since it’s opened and it’s always clean and the service is efficient and I’ve liked it a lot. I would have given it 5 stars, the experience with the theatre staff has always been positive. Lately, the last two times I’ve been, the security guard has been extremely aggressive and rude?? Tonight I was waiting outside the restroom for my boyfriend to get out of the bathroom and he stalks up to me and tells me they’re trying to leave and I need to go. I told him I was waiting on my boyfriend. He just kind of stood there staring at me for a minute or two until my boyfriend comes out of the bathroom, then he immediately announces that he’s out of the bathroom and it was just uncomfortable and a bad vibe and kind of a damper on the end of an otherwise good experience. I’m not saying he’s wrong for doing his job, but he could have been not weird and menacing about it. It’s not like we were loitering, we were out the doors of the building less than 5 minutes from the end of the movie.

Went to see a movie at this location recently. There was an issue with a customer that ultimately required a manager (Ms. P - not sure why a manager would require people call her by 'Ms.', but I digress). Ms. P was condescending, rude and completely unfair to her staff. This is totally unacceptable for a manager, but even more so when the high school kids that work there are making pennies to be there to deal with the public. Perhaps if she treated her staff better, my experience at this location would have been better. We won't be back thanks to Ms. P and perhaps Cinemark should take a closer look at how management treats the staff that makes the business run.

The theater we were in was small (which meant less seats so less people kinda good thing ig) so technically I think the screen was technically smaller but it was the whole wall and didn't feel smaller it looked amazing and their sound was crazy loud but clear and great. My favorite thing was the seats. You can recline with foot rest and you can change headrest tilt independently and it's got seat warmer with 3 settings. The seats also are spacious and not on top of each other. The snacks and drinks weren't as bad either. I wish we had Cinemark in Gainesville it was an amazing experience.

I was looking for a good theater, and I know this one was recently built and newer than others. I highly enjoyed the reclined seats and the heated seats, it was very cozy. Where it went wrong was when I got to my seat and the popcorn was half stale, the lady a few seats over from me was coughing the entire time.. then proceeded to throw up. That threw off my entire experience and I wish I was able to actually enjoy the movie but I either couldn't hear because the volume wasn't loud enough and there was people talking or because she was coughing. People were getting up left and right.

Nice theater and clean, however, customer service is really bad. I sat in the recliner seat and was ready to watch spiderman, but the seat didn't even recline. It was broken, I went to the front to notify them they said they couldn't do anything, I asked for a discount and they said no, I asked to move to another seat and they said they couldn't. Why should I have to pay extra money for recliner seats if it doesn't work. I could have watched it in my home. Not good service, and I usually go to this theater. Not anymore.

I'm sure they will improve over time, and they have a great stories you can see from the pictures, however the lights didn't get turned off until the first 10 minutes of the picture. I had to go out and speak to management to turn them off. Other than that the picture quality is excellent and the size of the screens feel like it wraps around you. I have not been to the XD level movies but they seem pretty cool. I ordered the membership for $10 per month which gives me one free ticket a month so it made sense.

This theatre is new to the area and I have been eager to try it. My family absolutely loved it! The layout in the reception area was very modern and the concession offered your traditional food option plus pizza, wings, and a bar for adults. We had a great experience from start to finish and would recommend this location for everyone. Keep up the good work!

Love it with the big relaxing seats! Took granddaughter and friend to see Avartar under water (not fond of these movies at my age). So I got comfortable,sinus and bronchitis; laid back and slept for 3 hrs! Felt great after the girls woke me up telling me the movie was awesome. I enjoyed it also. Got some much needed rest..... All I asked if I was snoring.

I totally enjoyed this movie. The ease of ordering not only your tickets online, but your choice of concession items was so easy. You can totally skip the long lines and get right to your theater seats. Speaking of seats, love the recliners, the movement makes you feel like you are experiencing what you see on the screen.

First time visiting this theater. Had a great experience with pre purchasing tickets and snacks online, walking in scanning qr code and into the theater in a short period of time. Loved the 3D theater and seating. Will definitely be my family's new favorite theater. Options for adult beverages and very clean facilities.

If you want your child to have hearing loss by the time they graduate high school, this is the place to go. Most theaters are a little too loud, but this one is ridiculous. I was using earplugs, and it was still way too loud. I believe it is irresponsible to have the volume so loud during a child's movie.

This is an amazing theater. It’s very clean, and has extremely comfortable seats that recline and heat(!) The staff is accommodating and kind, and the manager Priscilla is an absolute angel. I had some issues with my tickets and she helped me out. Thank you so much Cinemark and I’ll be back next time!

This is such a nice movie theater, even for a new one. Everything is so clean and well taken care of. You pick your seats in advance so you don’t have to look for a spot to sit. Concessions can be ordered in advance on the app too. Service is fast and friendly. Bathrooms and theaters are really tidy.

I was in the bathroom and this staff was checking the other stalls. She was shoving every bathroom stall door, I had my drinks on top of the small bin attached to the bathroom stall wall. It dropped and spilled everywhere. I was hoping to bring the said drinks but it was all over the bathroom floor.

Came for the AARP movies for grown ups. Had never been to this theater before the seats were comfortable. They were wide. They were recliners. They had ample cup holders. I didn't get any food, but the people around me seem to enjoy their popcorn. The movie started promptly. I will come here again

The manager Mrs. P was so helpful and kind. We had an issue with online tickets and she helped us and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this location not only on her superior customer service but also how clean the entire theater was. If I could I would give this and Mrs. P 10 stars!!!

This theater doesn't waste space on the entrance or snack bar area. However when you get into your theater and snuggle into your seat nothing else matters. I haven't had any bad experiences. The parking lot is well lit and spacious.

These theaters are brand new so everything is super clean. The seats are motorized recliners and the arm rests lift up in case you want to sit close! They have Pizza Hut pizza and the awesome coke machines that have everything!

Took grandkids today for lower admission. Seats reclined, and sound was awesome. Kids got a $6.50 popcorn and drink, which is OK but next time, we will get s large popcorn and share a drink.
