Bought VIP tickets for the first & last time. Now, understanding we are in a depression….. the torn worn out chairs are understandable . However the website shows & explains the experience much different than our actual experience. Our waiter came to take our order..I had asked him after ordering drinks and dinner We would like more drinks and perhaps popcorn. He stated popcorn is at the bar, that after he takes the food & drink order we would have to go down to the restaurant to get anything else on our own afterwards . And .. he clearly stated if you want popcorn you have to go down to the bar to get it yourself. THEY DO NOT STATE THAT ON THE WEBSITE. . There are no tables to put all the food and drinks they want you to order all at once .. except on the floor!!! THERE REALLY IS NO SERVICE. Not VIP in any way!!! It was upsetting right from the start!! I do not recommend VIP . I have so much more to say honestly… I’ll stop now.. expect to be extremely disappointed. Zero Stars!!

The cinema is conveniently located at the Marine and Cambie SkyTrain. It’s on the second level of the Marine Gateway Mall. It’s got an arcade game area and a great selection of food and drinks at the concession stand. The entrance way to the VIP theatre is a nice restaurant, bar, and lounge and brings you for the right VIP movie-going experience. I enjoyed the drink at the lounge and the awesome views from the bar. The mini-museum is remarkable. It has a compilation of photos of blockbuster movies. The theatre is great, has good sound quality and a huge screen. The seats are comfortable, spacious and have a pull-out tray. I loved the seat-ordering service. Food and drinks are served as we watch the movie. Amazing customer service inside the cinema. VIP is an awesome experience, worth the admission fee. A classy place to have fun with a date or meet up with friends. The ambiance is wonderful.

My experience at Cineplex was overall quite positive. The only downside I encountered was the need to pay for parking, as the theater is situated inside the mall. While this was a bit inconvenient, it didn't overshadow the otherwise enjoyable visit. In terms of accessibility, the theater was conveniently located within the mall premises, making it easy to access. The cleanliness of the facility was impressive, and I noticed that the staff made efforts to keep the area tidy. The visual and sound equipment quality was excellent, enhancing my movie-watching experience. The visuals were crisp and the sound was immersive, allowing me to fully enjoy the film. The staff at the theater were friendly and helpful, which added to the overall welcoming atmosphere.

Its right on the Canada Line route this location . Its biggish in size . Comfy seats that are recliners . Its got wheelchair accessible seats here . Its located second level of the marine gateway mall there is a elevator and stairs to get to the theater . Its got a arcade game area .its got a vip restaurant and lounge . Its got a big concession stand . The line ups are not to bad here . Its not has crowded as some other theaters . It has nice washrooms here . Its nice and clean here . Staff are friendly.

Today i went at cineplex Marine Gateway VIP with my friend. We both are movie lovers but today we had a very bad experience. There was a little mouse that goes in my friend’s jean and we rushed to take that out and all our experience was terrible at that moment. What if it bite and scratch him and he got infection? We visit cinema to relax ourselves not to have this kind of experience. Now it’s difficult for us to visit (( VIP )) again. We pay and got membership not for this experience.

It's good. VIP is worth the extra money, but: 1) this location doesn't have recliners; and 2) in-seat ordering is great, but last time I ordered popcorn *without* butter and it arrived buttered, and because it arrived while the movie was starting I either had to miss the opening or stop eating what I find a stomach churning mess. Not a great experience, but other experiences are good.

VIP boxes were great and exclusive. Fairly and clean since it was fairly new. You get what you pay for. The plaza is convenient with restaurant bars and liquor store and markets. Easy access for public transportation and sky train as a convenient location. Easy to find parking except it’s impark pay parking. However you get 1.5 of free parking when you shop at T&T.

VIP is the best experience to watch a movie Good drinks and delicious burgers. The entrance way to the place sets you up for the right VIP movie going experience e the drinks are very nice. The staff is quite good. It’s overall one of the cleanest theatres around. Good washrooms. Good enough meal selection

I watched the FNAF movie here today, and it's a pretty good theater. Has a large concession stand, a nice arcade, but it's a little small overall. The ticket booths are not even visible from the entrance which confused me, but everything else is good. Theaters themselves are sanitary and look brand new.

Loved the experience because the crew members were very helpful and attentative. The lobby is filled with some great games.
