Been seeing this place for a while and been telling myself I really wanted to stop by and try out their coffee and any other items they had available. The cashier didn’t really care to acknowledge the fact I was a first time customer despite me mentioning it to her. They are over priced for what I got. A simple small Carmel macchiato with a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Total was nearly $11.00. That’s extreme being that they are located in a very awkward part of the street. Your better off continuing your journey down fall creek rd as I should have done. This place food was nasty!! Waste of time and money and customer service was dry. The drink is okay but my sandwhich mysterious went from being bacon like I order to this rubbery sausage patty. So instead of bacon egg and cheese like I order and pay for I got rubbery sausage. Sandwhich was smashed as if somebody put all their body weight down on the bun when they were making it. You can see finger indentations. Also the fact that they use aluminum foil on bread type items. Anybody with common sense in the food industry knows foil traps heat and moisture. So thanks Command Coffee for my poor first time customer service experience. I was not expect such a poor experience. The 1 star is generosity. I could have spent my $ 11 around the corner at the Cleo Bodega and got better quality food! FYI you do have competitors if you didn’t know. The drive thru arrangement is horrible and very limited on space. The entire facility is sitting on a corner lot that is almost nearly impossible to get too. Never again!

Command Coffee is a favorite spot for my cousin and I. The staff are all extremely kind and helpful. I can really appreciate their wide range of flavors that you won’t find at a Starbucks. The environment feels relaxed and quiet. It’s a great place to study or get some work done.

Honestly, after today I won’t be back. I always get the same order each time I come. The cashier asked if I wanted it iced or hot, I said hot. She gave me iced and told me what she thought I said, not a problem but you could see the attitude. Then when it was made correct she just handed it out the window as if it were a problem. So not only did I tip when I initially paid. I took $10 in and put it in the tip jar and let them know I WILL NEVER come back! Personally, I am kind, I always tip, and I always smile because you should leave everyone and everything better than you found it. But if your smile leave your face from a simple mistake or you act like you’re frustrated, just know that is the last time I’ll frequent the business. Not to mention I live a block away so it’s been convenient but I’ll drive out of my way from now on.

Command Coffee checks all the boxes. You want a really yummy drink? Great - they have so many drinks and all of them are prepared to your liking. You want a place to study/work/have a meeting? Perfect - it's cozy with spots to set up whatever kind of atmosphere you need. The baristas are the absolute nicest and are there for drink recommendations, a friendly chat, or removing a stray ladybug from your study space because you are scared of them. I just happened to drop by one day and have been coming back regularly ever since and I've noticed that most of the other patrons here are also regulars - there's a reason why!

My favorite coffee shop! My friend found them when we were visiting for DCI finals. We went back a few times while there. Went out of our way to go back during recent road trip. Their coffee is consistently amazing. Food is delicious. Vegan burrito was so good and the coffee cake is amazing. Took my young kids this time and they loved the options for them. Wish they had a coffee shop like this where I live.

Cute, homey and convenient! I asked for a recommendation and they provided me with their own personal favorite, the seasonal drinks and the most popular at the time. They also advised me of the milk alternatives -which I could’ve seen if I would have been paying attention- and whipped it up in about three minutes. Will be coming back and recommend you do the same. Oh, and the coffee wasn’t scalding hot!! First time I’ve been able to drink a brew nearly immediately! Yeah, you’ve got me hooked.

So if you’re looking for a coffee shop that is consistent in their quality of drinks, food and service, this is the place to be. I started coming here on a whim just trying to find a new place for coffee, but now it’s become my favorite place in town. I’ve tried a lot of their seasonal flavors (which are always unique, but DELICIOUS) as well as other beverages from the cold brew to their teas! my all time favorite will always be the Iced honey lavender macchiato with oat milk. Not only is the quality amazing, but the vibes and energy that the team has is unmatched. If you haven’t tried command, you definitely should!!!

This place is lovely! Right in the middle of the neighborhood and a perfect location close to multiple universities. Staff are ALWAYS nice and willing to go out of the way to make you happy. Always clean, including the restrooms. Chai Tea, smoothies, coffees, and sandwiches are all delicious. Great wifi and always a great place to sit and relax or get some work done.

What a great local coffee spot! We had a displaced gaming session that moved over to Command after a quick phone call, and they were so lovely and accommodating! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, staff was just so cordial, the only real complaint I had was that I had a difficult time with my walker, but it was a fairly busy Sunday morning, and there was a holiday tree in what would normally be a walkway. The location, though, cannot be beat...right at the corner of College and Fall Creek! And there's a drive-thru!

This was our first time at Command Coffee and if we lived in Indy, this would be our new coffee spot for sure! Everyone is super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their fall seasonal flavor coffees are on point. We also purchased whole bean coffee that we cannot wait to try. If you are looking for a welcoming, all exclusive, comfortable, minimalist place, this is it!

I visit this coffee shop almost every time I get out of class and I one of my favs is there summer seasonal strawberry rose latte, I believe it is called. I've had the vegan chicken sandwich and the vegan coffee cake and they are amazing! I never expected this coffee shop to have vegan lunch and pastries but they do! The next time I visit I'm going to try the Buddha bowl. If you ever get a chance, visit!!! You won't regret it!

I’m not in the area too often, but I love trying local coffee joints whenever I see them! I was a barista for two years myself, so I really appreciate the seasonal menu! It really gives coffee shops a unique flair when they offer drinks you might not find elsewhere. Loved my mixed berry macchiato, and I really love seeing the owner personally respond to reviews rather than the copy and paste responses that other businesses sometimes give. I’ll definitely be back to check out some fall drinks soon!

I love a coffee place that serves a quality cup of black coffee, so Command has become one of my favorites. The light roast is definitely worthwhile, and their cold brew is delicious. They also longer hours and a drive through, which was a life-saver on my way in for night shifts. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. They often brighten my morning, and I’ve seen many of them be kind to even remarkably rude customers.

I've driven by this shop tons of times and today finally had time to stop in. The ladies working were cool and friendly. They have some interesting flavored lattes that I really want to come back and try like rose! So cool. I liked the vibe of the shop. Coffee was good. Didn't try any food. I will be back more often.

I was in town for work and found this to be a very cozy coffee shop to get some work done. Ate a tasty vegan breakfast burrito and drank a delicious iced mocha (I drank it too fast before getting a pic oops)! Fantastic music playlist and an incredibly friendly staff! Would recommend!

Delicious coffee daily sourced from Honduras. Loved the drive through option! I had the Irish mocha. Recommend! Loved the clip board and the sticker pole at drive thru exit. Friendly lady on the speaker too. Will be going back soon!!

Nitro Cold Brew just isn't good I'm fairly certain it isn't even nitrogen. We were given half full drinks, total waste.
