"I went to this office earlier today around 11am -12 noon on July 8, 2022"
"I called the court and they told me that I had to bring the doc to the courthouse east and according to a lady it can't be done in this office and I asked her? So can I talk to someone who knows where I can do this? And with tremendous despotism I told myself here, isn't it, period? I want to talk to someone who is in front of the apartment and he told me there is no one !!!! People like that shouldn't be working with the public"
"I had to pay off a citation and i'm honestly glad I did because the clerk who took care of me was very nice and professional"
"Well organized, fast process, people working there are just kind, available, and supporting"
"It is 1 pm and there are only 3 workers recording and there are 14 desks"
I went to this office earlier today around 11am -12 noon on July 8, 2022. A woman by the name of Ms. or Mrs. T. Arnold, I don't remember what her first name was, I thought it was Tanisha. Anyhow, after dealing with her today as I was handing her some documents to be collected, as she was in the middle of collecting those documents from me, I had asked her a question. Along with asking her the question and the fact that she wasn't being clear with me beforehand on which documents she wanted me to pass over to her beneath the closed window small opened space at the counter, she became frustrated with me for a misunderstanding on which documents to hand over to her. She had the audacity to say to me to the effect of: "you cannot do anything right" with a rude attitude. She obviously does not care that what she said was offensive & demeaning, & of course she has not taken any responsibility for her rude unprofessional behavior. This individual clearly needs to be reprimanded & or be brought to the office by management to have a talk with her about this occurrence. She needs to be educated in knowing how to have moral principles & the ability to maintain a professional work ethic at all times. I'm an individual with a disability and she made me felt discriminated against, perhaps she needs to be informed about The Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA)

I had to pay off a citation and i'm honestly glad I did because the clerk who took care of me was very nice and professional. It was very empty at 12pm Friday, I was in and out within less than 20 minutes.
