This courthouse give your children to crack head and people who have bad recoder.The judge my daughter had..Just had a bad problem with us.Talking to us any type of way.Saying things like we was fake and more.Just being straight up rude.To me and my daughter.And everybody around us.My daughter lost her kids to crack heads.The baby daddy flaunt a lot of drug test.My daughter always past her drug test.We have not seem our babies for months now.Because he wanted us to pay him to see our babies.or give him drugs.He see the was not happen.So now we can't see them at all.And like i said it been months.We are so sad.The judge was Rosa figarola.Im going to keep writing reviews so the world can see.They support to help familys..Not tear them apart.Please help us get our babies home.Please please .

The system here is unfair for men. My rights to care for my son when mother's not around was taken away from me. also, talking to his doctor and a lot more... for no reason. After judge denies a stay away order placed by mother, 20 days later the order was in place. How did that happened? After providing the court with facts and proof that the mother is not with the child and the mother admitting to it, the court still took the right from me to care for him. I guess the court finds mothers new boyfriend fit to care for my son. Yes ! some people have told me I need a lawyer but I can't afford it right now. I have proof and a lot more information about my case. Its more buzzard than what it sounds like.

The judge I had was judge Barakat my case ended yesterday my daughter was removed from her father due too lack of attention among other things I gave her too him because I fell on hard times only too find out she got removed from him eventually I did everything they ask me too do my attorney was awesome but the judge was very favorable of the father put me dwn as a mother I cried yesterday but I am strong the entire case was not right I did not get the same treatment as the father when my daughter was the one removed from him not me it is very hurtful I could not even express my concerns in court I was told too keep quiet I miss my daughter so much this system is sad

The judicial system is broken, there is NO justice whatsoever! Decisions made by these judges are unfathomable and extremely unfair ESPECIALLY for Fathers that want nothing more but to give their child everything that they can. APPARENTLY for women claiming their safety issue but clearly all their interest is, about money money money. And it seems that the LAW IS BLIND. I stand on everything what children and family does is us as a parent have to do better and I end up in the courthouse everyone else the judge the case workers are just doing their job judge Figueroa she is a nice understanding judge she goes for the right of the children and whoever say judge the Figueroa is a very good judge it's because you're not focusing on doing your part as the mother or the father do your part and you will get your kids back don't blame the judge

The worst place ever. The people here are soo lazy and sorry.The Haitian women that work there are soo damn rude and the Spanish women there ,looks at you like you're from another planet. Please.....Whatever you do. Don't ask for help.The two times that my son was there.The 7th floor window lady stays on the phone and coughs all over the place and never acknowledge you when your standing right at the window waiting for assistance.

Judge Denise Martinez is unfair. She doesn't care about reuniting children back to their biological family. She definitely doesn't need to be a family judge. She doesn't have a heart. I miss my 7 year old boy so much and I have done everything the courts have told me to do and the judge still has not given my son back.

Rude and slow. Besides no parking. Everyone take there time with your situation. Theirs a no bottle policy in the building but they have opened coffee cups and water bottles behind the counter. Alot of cops standing around but nobody to ask of you need help. One of the Worst places for kids.
