If I could rate this company it would be a negative one million!!! We ordered a couch from them almost five years ago. When our original couch was delivered, the fabric we had chosen was stained black throughout the couch. Yet they chose to deliver it with destroyed material! After fighting with them for weeks, they finally agreed to pick up the damaged couch and we picked new fabric. Fast forward to 2021. One of my cushions, the fabric wore right through to the filling. I called the store and was told to locate my receipt and to send pictures of the damaged cushion as well as the couch. Upon doing this I had mentioned I could not locate my receipt. I was then told to bring the cushion in. I DO NOT live in the area, and took the drive down with the cushion as instructed. While I was there I was told the same thing, I need my receipt as it has the fabric. I left my contact information and they were to get back to me within 2-3 business days. I was also told that they may not even have the fabric in stock! Over one week goes by……. I email the store. Wait another two business days. Finally I call today. And speak with whom I believe is the manager, Ali? Shady shady man. He tells me they cannot locate my receipt and I need to find it. Obviously I’m not speaking ENGLISH here. I informed them three different times that I DONT HAVE IT!!! That’s why I was told to come into the store. Needless to say, they gave me the runaround for over two weeks! No one bothered to call or email us back. They have zero customer service! Apparently by law you need to have receipts on file for five years. It has not yet reached the five year mark and they should be able to look up my receipt and have this cushion replaced. They have no interest what so ever in repairing their products. So buyer beware…….. warranty is for one year! DO NOT LOOSE YOUR RECEIPT OR YOU WILL BE SCREWED!! But you’re screwed either way because they may no longer have the fabric. I think this place needs to be audited as they cannot provide receipts for tax purposes. As well the owner does not wear a mask in his store!!! Save yourself the aggravation, disappointment and lack of customer service from this sh*t hole. As a result , I bought a couch that didn’t even get five years of life!!!!!! And I’m forced to get a whole brand new one, as they’re so ignorant they won’t even try to replace the cushion for me!

I ordered 2 pc sofa set with pillows. The sofa set came with a totally different color. I had ordered purple and i got greenish-grey! To get the original order it would take them another 4-5 weeks, so we decided to keep this as it was not so bad and we asked for a discount. But the pillows were not matching so we wanted to exchange this. We ordered new ones and I specifically mentioned cylinder shape (i didnt want another mistake!) and made sure it was written on the order receipt. Instead of one week they took 3 wks and when we went to pick the newly ordered pillows they were square shaped! Now they say 3 days for the cylinder pillows to come but its been a week and it's not ready yet! Very unprofessional! Only the materials in the shop are good but when you order be ready to go thru all the hassles for months! And no proper response from the shop people. When the shop gets the order from the factory, why don't they check if everything is correct before delivering to the customer!? Customers ordered and trust the shopkeeper and not the factory. We are dealing with cozy living furniture (unfortunately) and not the factory, so it's likely i will blame the shop!

Absolutely pathetic! So it happened that when we visited the store they didn’t consider us serious buyers so never checked on us. I liked a particular sofa and when the rep EL realized that I was interested he started being nice to us. After ordering when I went their for the second time the other rep wasn’t even interested to show me around and from distant pointed out at particular chairs I was interested in and just told me the cost. Upon delivery we got a call that we need to visit the store and pay balance amount to get delivery at home. Next is that we held certain amount just in case if the product is damaged, they only unloaded the sofa from the truck when we paid. That too, they didn’t include the sofa pillows which we were promised. Still waiting for them to deliver it. Pathetic service, pathetic place to shop. I felt that they were racist. Absolutely no business with them next time. The store should be shunned and closed. One star because the products are good. But you can find cheaper options from other store where you get good customer service and respect

Worst experience I ever had in my life, damage product and damages to home. Called and texted so many times no reply. Mr. Saeed Iqbal please do the right thing and fix the problem. The matter was reported to Consumer affairs. Mr. Iqbal replied and said he promise to call me back for an appointment to resolve the issue but he lied and never did, again no respect for people or the Government. What a Terrible experience. You lied to all of us and I am sorry for other innocent victims out there. Remember too if he ask you to pay cash and get a better price DONT,REFUSE because you will not have a paper trail. NO Heart. BE CAREFUL PEOPLE.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The man that was working there was downright disrespectful, pretentious, and obnoxious. I get that maybe your products might be better quality than some other furniture stores but if you want to sell your product, stay humble lol. Don’t ever disrespect customers and judge people that walk into your store because you won’t be selling anything. I highly recommend that anyone looking for furniture look somewhere else because this store isn’t worth your time. I will never look at this store again, this place deserves 0 stars…I wish Google allowed me to do that.

Very bad customer service. Ordered a 2 piece sectional and was promised delivery for Jan 2nd and did not receive the sectional till Jan 5th. They promised they would call me after the 2nd to verify delivery on both the 3rd and 4th but I was the one who had to call at the end of the day to get an update. They also do not price match. Found the same sectional (same model number) from another location and when I called to see if they would price match, I was told in a very rude manner that it was not possible that the sectional I bought could not be any lower in price. Would not recommend this location.

Excellent staff and service. Mr. Saeed is an honest business man, which are far an few. I’ve never had an issue and I’m not sure where all these negative reviews stem from. Maybe it is because he is a brutally honest seller and folks can’t handle it. This is a great place to buy well made furniture. Mr. Saeed is the type of person to make his way to your house if there is ever an issue with your furniture and repair it, or replace it. I’ve even seen him personally assemble and delivering the furniture when there was a need. Really goes out of his way. I’m a happy customer !

There was a blonde lady salesperson there who did not even acknowledged us when we walked in. She was looking at everything we touch like we are kids and that we are going to break things. We were looking for a dining set that day, but this lady and another gentlemen did not even bother to lift a finger to assist us. They were very unprofessional and uncaring to customers. Very judgemental. Worst furniture store I have ever been. Very poor customer service.

Just left with my husband. Terrible place. Blonde saleslady seemed rather standoffish and unwelcoming. Huge turn off. She must have thought we were just a bunch of kids. However, we were actually in to look for a sectional for a house we just bought. Sales 101: never underestimate or prejudge the people who come through the door. We feel it. It will just annoy us and we will take our business elsewhere. Cozy furniture, stuffy staff. No thanks, never again.

Worst experience, we bought bedroom set worth of 7000 dollars and chest of drawers delivered was faulty, they sent us replacement three times but all three had problems with drawers and alignment. Al was trying to help us but in the end he also says it’s the same with all their chest of drawers at showroom. Shan said that if the replacement are not good we can discuss but now no commitment. I hope they will call us to replace or refund money.

Very Poor customer service, they do not keep their commitment. I DO NOT recommend this place, better to go to big box stores where they care more about returning customers, very disappointed in the couches we bought and I ll be sure to tell as many people as I can Not to go there and have the same experience I did, extremely unsatisfactory product and customer service.

Italian-made furniture at awesome prices. On-time, no-issues delivery which was great. Seems informal, but they honoured every single part of the deal that was verbally agreed on. I asked to deal with the owner or a manager in order to speak with the people who care. I would certainly come back to this place, but ask for a manager to talk to.

I liked one of the sofaset but decided not to buy after Interaction with arrogant and rude sales lady. They got good collection but poor service as you need better service after your purchase too if something wrong happens with the product.

I love this place. I got a sofa from here 2 years ago after 4 months of searching for the right one. This store is one of the best in GTA. I have been to multiple furniture stores. This store has a variety of furniture that caters to a very modern and contemporary look. It has beautiful rugs and accent chairs to complement the sofas.

if there is a negative rating i am so going to rate them as a negative stars. very rude and very unprofessional they treat you so bad and if you tell them i found this somewhere else cheaper they would laugh at you in a very rude way and say these are not original and you do not know anything never recommend this place

Very bad customer service. Lied to us. Delivered the wrong furniture and told us that we are the one lying. After the customer convincing the staff that they finally delivered the right item. Staff has a lot of attitude, blonde saleswoman has a lot of attitude and likes to argue a lot. She only messes up orders.

Ordered a sectional sofa and I just received it today. Mr saeed made the process very easy and helped us find the right cloth as it was custom made. He is a very kind person and professional. I am very happy with the product and service and I 100% recommend this furniture store.

Bought a dining table chair set 3 years ago the leg broke and they said discontinued and can not help .. do whatever with the broken chair leg .. reticula’s just keep show full furniture on showroom but don’t back the quality .. would not buy again from them ever

Waste of time. These people lie so much it's disgusting. We had a similar problem with agreeing to a price then they never quoted us that price all of a sudden. STAY AWAY so this can get shut down! We can't have a business like this wasting people's time.

Horrible service. I went in and the clerk not only disregarded my needs, but also told me to get rid of my current furniture set up just to accommodate a piece she suggested (and I did not like). Very rude and seemingly racist. Don't bother going.

Go visit Shawn & Al at Cozy Living! We purchased a custom Canadian made sofa, bench, throw pillows, and recliner accent chairs. They have excellent customer service and a wide range of products.
