Today I went to the police station to appply for a police check. I waited few minutes in the lobby but no one was there even I said "Hello" few times. So I called the phone line and informed that I'm waiting to get the papers done. They asked me to wait and in 5 minutes a Constable came. He went through all my documents and unfortunately I forgot to take a copy of both sides of my drivers licence (I only took the front). I was devastated when he mentioned that it has to be both sides because then I have to go to officework and come back. And I had few appointments waiting and I would be late for everything. To my surprise the constable said he will take a copy for me and saved my day. I didn't expect such a kindness after reading do many negative reviews about the station. So I quickly looked at his name thinking I should mention this kindness. Constable Andrews, thank you so much for your kindness today. I really appreciate it because I was so helpless that time. I just want to say, still there are good police officers who do their job perfectly. I'm glad my experience was a positive one, Keep up the good job..cheers Kind recommendation : please fix a bell in the lobby so we can let know that we are waiting. Most of the negative reviews are for longer wait time without any acknowledgement.

A few years ago there was an attempted robbery, to which I was home at the time. I called the police, they came rather quickly, said they will be coming back to bring the sniffer dog and take down the robber's face details to track him down.. never happened nor even followed me back for anything. A few weeks ago I called for a noise complaint as my neighbours were having a party DURING stage 3 lockdown, they referred me to a COVID-19 hotline. I called Cranbourne police station again saying they told me they can't take the job as they don't do enforcement. The guy I was on the phone to, took down a "job number" to which was NEVER dealt with or again, followed up. USELESS.

They will issue warrants against you with incomplete and incorrect information. They will deny to listen to your explanations. They will not bother to do their investigation of facts but will chase vulnerable. May be easy way to close a case. And they will not care about your life or your loved ones life endangered with “flase allegations stress”. That is Cranbourne’s Police Officers. Thanks for that one officer working today for sorting out and finding original criminal when my partner was close enough to take his life due to false allegations.

Absolute disgrace to the police force, waited patiently for almost 25 mins at the counter but no one acknowledged and able to hear them sitting behind in the office and having a laugh. Not interested in assisting the community and reading from others experience this is not a once off but a common occurrence at this station! Have been to other stations before to get documents witnessed but this is by far the worst!

A big thumbs up to VicPol for the sarcastic ways they handle some complaints. IE. when you complain about not being able to reverse up your driveway due to the neighbors parking in the street. So what does VicPol do ?. Sends an Einstein in a divisional van around who just drives up the drive way no problem. Safer to drive out than reverse out since we live near a school.

Reception is terrible! I waited for over 15mins for someone to even look at. No emergency button if its life threatening. If you shot or stabbed of anything important good luck. Ive been here a couple of times for getting I.D. and paper work and waited ages. Most police are helpful but trying to see one you'll be waiting …

My friend was robbed and these guys didn't show up at the sence of the crime until a week has pass, and that's also after she rang up again for the second time. Then they said "well nothing much we can do since all the evidence might be gone". Well next time if someone reports a crime, put down the donut and investigate.

Have been twice for signing of forms, luckily nothing else. This police station is great, as a JP is present from 1pm - 6pm just to sign forms, which is very helpful. Times above are correct at time of entry - 30/08/2017. However parking is very limited. There is angle parking on Sladen St. More parking on Codrington St.

I am grateful for the assistance, support and help that I received from Constable Platt and Constable Valentine regarding a serious stalking and breach of privacy matter. Even when they were at their busiest and inundated with cases, they dedicated time and effort in helping me. Thank-you so much for everything.

Can hear a lot of chit chat at the back but no one come out to serve, what are we tax payer paying these lazy p... . Come on some accountability needed to be set here, who is the supervisor of this branch do something about the poor performance and poor review of your branch, it so obvious

Can hear lot of chat at the back , but no one is there in the front. Surprisingly, this is a police station. The police officer served one person out of all 5 people , who were waiting for 1 hour, and went back even asking me or others why are you here Is this a joke

Thank you to the young constable this morning who took my sister’s case. We felt safe, respected, and felt as though our story was taken seriously. Thank you for your support and advice. We appreciate the work you do.

Just went get a few certificate witnessed for work purpose. The lady officer said they cannot sign it if it’s more than 5 documents. I think whole bunch of you are very busy making our community safe.!

This is such a shame when almost 10 people sit the reception desk for an hour but no one appears on the reception to ask what are we doing there? Do we need any help? This is very poor service.

Just phoned for a general enquiry about the rules and laws regarding the new lockdown due to Covid-19. The officer I spoke to was very helpful, polite and easy to talk to. Overall 11/10.

There were 3 members on deck and to the female officer you were very helpful over the phone well done. Maybe you can teach the Mornington police station some phone manners

Would give zero stars if I could. After my experience with them and how my paperwork and case has been handled, I would never come forward about DV again.

Bit of wait but that was understandable because we weren’t in an urgent situation. The Sharon, Rochelle and Michelle were lovely and very helpful.

For the discerning coffee connoisseur. Coffee was good quality stuff with beans freshly roasted and ground on site.

Had an appointment with an officer for 12pm. Got there had to wait over an hour to find out the officer wasn't in

Two officers handled my client's case professionally, and they have been patient, informative and thoughtful.

Have been waiting over 30 minutes and can hear people laughing inside but don't bother to come out.

I have called the station many times, to chase up a stolen item, they even don’t pick the phone
