2 staff standing next to each other, I proceed to ask about the sizing and availability of a pair of sandal, one of them looked me in the eyes and took a pair of sandals flipped it over. She turned around and continued unboxing the boxes. I thought she was searching in that box for the pair of sandals i was asking for. I waited patiently, no answering, she just walked away and continued doing her thing, no answer, as if I was transparent. The other employee saw all this happening, and proceeds to walk away after having eye contact with me. The customer service here is rude and unwelcoming. Very dissapointed. Will never come back here.

I went in there to get my dad a pair of crocs for his birthday, like he wanted. When I went to the cash to pay, the cashier was on the phone the whole time, didn’t say a word to me except when she mouthed “thank you” as I grabbed the bag. Customer service should be improved. UPDATE: I called this location last week to ask/confirm that if I order an item online- If i'd be able to return it in store if I need to.. Amanda was the person who picked up and simply answered "Uh Huh". So I asked to repeat as I thought I misunderstood. and again "Uh Huh". I've worked customer service my whole life and I definitely don't think this is okay.

Update 2022: My second visit to this store as I bought 2 pairs of crocs online. One was the wrong size and the other one was just not comfortable. They refunded me for both pairs of crocs with my online order number. ……… Previous review: My feet are 12 inches long so that means I take a size 14 crocs. They have not one pair of size 14 in the entire store! Crocs carries sizes way bigger than 14 so why don’t they carry it? The sales lady didn’t even tell me she can order me a pair! The store was very messy and the service was not pleasant or welcoming at all.

The staff are great, and super friendly but I was disappointed with the store selection which was mostly crocs and one type of summer sandal in a bunch of boring colors. The Croc online store has much more selection and much lower prices. In hindsight, I should have bought two sizes of the same shoe online and returned one! At the store, I ended up paying $79 (full price) for a pair of sandals on the return rack at the back of the store. Meanwhile, I was returning a very similar platform sandal that cost $40 online.

L'atmosphère est convivial et le personnel bien qu'affairé est disponible et efficient. Les prix sont raisonnables. Le stationnement est parfois difficile mais la rue piétonne qui le borde nous relax en se sentant pas bousculé par le va et vient des automobiles. Il y a des îlots de chaises Adirondack a proximité. Bref une belle expérience de magasinage.

Location is in the Byward market so not so easy to get to and find parking...I lucked out the day I went and only had to park a couple streets away. It's great if your a tourist staying downtown in the area but not so great if you're a local. The store has a good selection of product but because it's not a big store they are limited in what they have in stock. You might be best to call them first to check to see if they have what you're looking for before you venture out.

This blond girl with a receding hairline was glaring at us with her Beaty eyes, i would give 0 stars if I could, they did not let me friend buy her crocs cause she was dealing with difficulties, they were rude and insistent that she got an e transfer from her mommy, they spat on her and demanded she stayed in the store until someone could finish the transaction, she was flabbergasted by their behaviour and lack of ability to work a cash register

Visited the store to return an online order that didn't fit. The sales people working were really welcoming and friendly. We had no issues with the return and were able to find a pair that fit. I'll definitely stop by again as my family and I love Crocs ! Parking can be a bit tricky so I'd advise just parking at the mall and walking to the market. The market has free parking on Sunday but we had to drive around to find a spot !

The lady who helped me find some Crocs was amazing, however, the cashier was very rude. I was waiting to pay, I was the only one in line, she proceeded to drink water and chat with a co-worker before even serving me. Never once said hello, which I find is very improper. Then proceeded to make me bag my own items that I had bought. First and only time going to the store and wont be back. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Great assortment of Crocs, from flip flops to water-wear, sneakers to clogs, strappy sandles to slippers and the traditional holey Crocs. Variety of add-ons available for their holey shoes (my sister bought a pair of children's crocs for her son and was able to get a little truck, shovel and skidsteer to clip on them). Love their line of work-friendly clogs without the holes, with a handful of styles and colors.

The stuff is not helpful at all! I ask him if there is size 23, he said no and all available are on the wall. But so saw him helping other customers and offered he will go to check downstairs to see if there is size. And I asked him again, he repeated the same to me. And I pointed there is size 23 which hungs higher on the wall. Worst experience

Stay away buying online stuff from crocs. I once ordered a sandal online by using my credit card and after that they have made couple of more charges without me buying anything on my card. It took me 2 months and number of customer service calls to get my refund back. They replied to me that their customer database was hacked recently.

Have been to this location a few times and the team are great. Yesterday there were 3 team members working while we were there, and all of them checked in on us and made sure we knew about special promotions. They were all kind and super helpful. This location also has a great sale section, yay hot deals!

Really disapointed that they did not update their opening hours on google (how hard it must be...) Do not go on a thursday between 6 and 7pm because they close at 6... Arrived here and saw a printed sheet showing their hours. Two people were still working in the store nobody came to explain... …

Employees seem bored to be there, definitely feel like they aren't all that vested in their jobs. Horrible selection - I've been in a few times, and they never have my size or color selection.. Even telling me a certain style is discontinued, despite it being offered for months later on their website

worst customer service because there isn't any. Called, was on hold for over an hour only to be told the service I was looking for was only online. Called my local store, listened to the menu, and did as I was told to speak to a rep, then the line cut off as if they don't have a phone.

Store hours on google and on their website say that they’re open, I went there yesterday and they were closed. I tried calling them above 10 times, no answer. At least show an update of how are you guys operating e.g. curbside pick up, closed, in store shopping, etc.

The Customer service in store is great but Crocs customer care line was horrible trying to deal with a warranty issue and it is still not resolved months later. I will no longer be purchasing Croc products especially considering how expensive they were.

A boutique store in a tourist area. It is a Crocs store so expect those prices, but the staff was friendly and helpful. They always seem to have "deals" on jibbitz, but you still spend a lot (which it part of life these days).

Busy almost every weekend! The staff manages the crowd and chaos well. I was able to get a great pair of purple Crocs with jibbitz. The staff was kind enough to let me know about a great deal on jibbitz so I grabbed a bunch!

All of the staff were just standing at the register gossiping and on their phones. Saw many customers walk in and not a single one was greeted or asked for help, including myself. Service here is lacking heavily.

Employees are very nice and dealt with my return pretty easily. Sadly the store doesnt have that much choices (at the difference of crocs online) but you can buy online and return in store without any problems

Lots of selection in lots of colors! Prices are a bit better online but not having to pay shipping makes up for it. Good sizing selections as well, I didn't see a single item that wasn't in my size.

What a fantastic team! I was in the store twice in as many days and was highly impressed by the excellent customer service, pleasant attitudes, and general keenness to help.

Not a lot of stock, and the staff were so busy chatting amongst themselves that I felt like I was intruding when I needed a size that was high up out of reach.

Honestly I had so much fun here, my inner child was thrilled to be looking through Jibbitz again. I think I need to go back soon and buy some autumn crocs

The slippers I bought online did not fit. I was able to return very quickly here. The staff who took care of my order was very polite and very helpful.
