This is in addition to my last review. We unfortunately had another death in our family not even 9 months from the passing of my father. I remembered how kind they were at time so I had my sister sent to them. Once again they were kind helpful and patient with me and my nephew who was in shock. No question seemed dumb and no added pressure to purchase items at that time but when we had time to make an informed decision and choice. Once again thank you for all you did for us to make it a tad more bearable They were wonderful gentle respectful and helpful during this difficult time. My only problem was that it shouldnt have taken 2 weeks to find out I couldnt do a zoom viewing since my father had covid

Crown Memorial made a hard time and event as painless and easy as possible. We had paperwork issues, the kind that always come up with things like this, and they were both excellent guides as well as facilitators. They made us aware of options without any since of being "sold to", and always remaining respectful. When a loved one dies you want the time to be about your grief, and a celebration of the life of the person who passed. You don't want to deal with logistics. Crown Memorial made sure that was exactly what happened.

Crown Memorial was extremely helpful with the funeral arrangements for the unexpected passing of my father, and then again 12 days later with the passing of my mother. They were able to get all of the details for everything together and helped me, deal with the needed arrangements for both of my parents. They were professional and definitely helpful, during a very difficult time. Special thanks go out to Bruce and Tiffany.

My kids dad passed away sooner then we expected, Crown Memorial was there to help us through this whole process, it was easy and fast. They provided me with such excellent customer service and was there to answer all of our questions and concerns. I would never recommend this place to take a loved one. My dad passed away in October of this year and I have called multiple times and can never speak to a manager in regards to why the death certificate has been sitting since October and they have yet to sign it. Losing a loved one is hard enough and then waiting so long with no communication. Would not recommend to anyone .

They were the absolute BEST! I loved Travis and Bruce and I appreciate how professional and prompt they were!!! I felt secure that Bruce understood all I wanted done and needed to be handled.... Travis was so personable and caring.. I knew that my family and I had chosen the right Funeral Home... Thank you So Very Much!!!!

Wonderful people to work with in setting up a difficult but necessary task. It's hard to explain how much pressure they managed to quietly remove from me as I prepared for my Mother's cremation. My personal thanks to Jim Han, who answered my questions and walked me through the process.

Just like Tigard & Milwakie location... Not "by appointment only"! This location isn't even open. The building looks abandoned! Several of their locations aren't actually open or even there. False advertising. If I used them there's no telling where my loved one would end up.

They got my information wrong over the phone and accused me of being dishonest when they sent the paperwork to the wrong address. They also scratched up the top of my Aunt's urn and pretended nothing has happened. I would not send any of my loved ones to these people.

Crown Memorial provided compassionate care and truly exceptional service to our family. They have a broad range of financial choice, from the most modest (which our family needed desperately) to the most expressive ways to cherish and remember loved ones.

When my mom passed in the middle of the night, we needed to make immediate arrangements. Crown was available to help at all hours. We also had a very limited budget and they met that as well. The staff was courteous and respectful.
