Our family recently suffered the loss of a loved one. We called no fewer than 11 cremation services companies, and NOT ONE answered their phone. And some even said they had 24hr phone attendants, but we could never get through. We stumbled upon Omega, called them and connected with Toni White-Vorst, and have had such a blessed experience that we have to believe a path was cleared so that we ended up with the company and employee that was the best for our family. Toni in particular has gone above and beyond what we ever could have hoped for. Toni anticipates our needs, reaches out to us to check in on how we’re doing and to offer updates, and she even provided us with a letter that could serve to assist an immediate family member with requirements to access bereavement leave from their job until a death certificate arrived. My husband passed away suddenly a little over a month ago. When I began my search for the right cremation services, I didn't need to look any further than Omega. Kathy and her team were warm, empathetic, nurturing and helped me tackle all the legal, medical, and logistical complexities that come with losing a spouse suddenly. My dad passed away on Thursday and Omega had everything handled within a day and we had his remains by the following Wednesday. My sister was very upset by the loss and the owner was very attentive to her needs. He even took the time to allow her to see our dad one last time before cremation. He didn't pressure us to buy an urn through him and called and kept us updated throughout. His disposition is very professional and I found that helpful when making difficult decisions. He answered all questions honestly and politely. Highly recommend!

Our father passed away, and at a time when you are grieving things can easily become overwhelming. My sister found Omega, and I am so glad she did. Toni was amazing and everything went very smooth. I've mostly had an understanding that the funeral industry is very exploitative of the grief people experience when a loved one passes away. While that in many ways is true, I can't speak enough to how surprised I was with the positive experience I had here. Easiest and most stress free portion of my mom's passing was using Omega for her cremation. The staff was patience and extremely kind. They made us feel seen and noticed- going to extra lengths to remember our names, talk about the deceased with respect, and and treated us with compassion. 10/10 would recommend.

The funeral home dealt in dignity which is the job they are paid to do( as I would hope any funeral home would do). However, the military Honor side was less than sub par. I was disappointed and mortified at the lack of honor my veteran received in their care.
