Where the legal system hands out ivo’s like it’s candy ! Men seem to get the short end of the stick here in the Wild West. When a woman accuses a man , the man has to jump through all manor of obstacles ……. You can participate in the legal system as long as you have $500/hr to pay a lawyer! Good luck if you’re earning $45/hr and A Mortgage you will see justice only when you win tatts lotto or sell the home you live in if you’re lucky enough! And the judge has the hoostpa to ask why haven’t you perused the case! Like everyone can earn $500/hr to pay lawyers! The system is rigged and Most Definitely against protecting families but is more inclined to separate families.

I apply financial hardship for someone that did not had job because car impound even it allow in the laws of court to aplly financial hardship for someone else, then being said im the one who apply for it. Car got towed because drive by someone i did not know, disqualified but holding a physical license. The one who do the crime did not pay anything. Should be laws protect innocent people? Now im still waiting the letter that still write wrong and the car still in impound. Mybe media and news like to hear about this. Please email and call me. Still waiting for reply until now. Still need to pay. Not free. Thanks for the one who commit thr crime.

Main Magistrates Court in the South-East of the city of Melbourne, handling a large number of matters in a day. Walking distance from the station. Fairly well organised with different counters handling different types of cases. General guidance is good. Large sitting area, with some alcoves for private discussions. Altogether about 7 or 8 court rooms within the oremises. Upper floor area handling Intervention Orders and Domestic violence issues is less spacious and a bit crowded. A safe area for females is available to avoid facing or sitting together with the opposing party. Toilets are reasonable and two vending machines are available.

worst customer service ever. got the rudest person to talk to. whoeever it was at 10.13am i truly hope i will never have the chance to talk to her ever again. kept talking over me (more like shouting), at one point she even said I need to let her finish her sentence. funny how she was the one talking over me and I had the questions but ok..ended up with zero help. A bit more respect towards people can go a long way, I hope your personality improves because that was just horrible the way you talked to me, you do not get to talk to me or anyone this way! Do better, be better lady!

Worst customer service for a Government System. Someone by the name Daniella answered call for a traffic matter. Forget about wanting to help, i was hung up on several times to the point when I asked the persons name she just.. i cant..sorry i cant and hung up again. What point does it take for an authority to take control and really see the way this place is being run. Seriously though. If the girls on the phone cant be bothered to do their job, which they are getting paid for from my Tax money , let them go find a job elsewhere!!

Been here a couple times to get Intervention Orders across, the entire Staff at the Intervention Order Counter are very helpful and take their time to listen , they know what they are doing especially Dan and Michael. To the known and unknown female faces too, you are doing a fantastic job. Keep it up and i think you are all fantastic in your own special unique ways. Thanks

I am extremely disappointed by the level of service provided by the staff. The staff provided incorrect information to the plaintiff resulting in a no show. If I gave the same level of service to my clients I would be without a job. There is no apology given. System lacks accountability and transparency. Victorian courts at its best!

Received text message saying that the check in time is 9.30am. I arrived the court on time but they let me waited until 4pm. This is very stressful and suffering. I hope the system can be designed better because this is just wasting everyone’s time. Slightly improvement on the system can save everyone hours and hours

SNR COURT REGISTRA MARK MCCUTCHAN ALLOWS THE COURT STAFF TO BREAK THE LAW AND WHEN I BOUGHT THIS ISSUE TO HIM HE WASNT INTERESTED IN DEALING WITH IT. THE WHOLE COURT (BANK) IS A FRAUD. CHALLENGE THE JUDGES JURISDICTION AND GET HIM TO SHOW YOU HIS OATH OF OFFICE. WHAT A JOKE THIS COURT IS !!!!!!!!

Poor instructions for 1st timers. Waiting in queues and missed my appointment. I will know better for next time. But how often will I have to go to these things? Hopefully never again. Lesson learned: When making the appointment, ask for clearer instructions.

IVO staff are appalling. Rude, even aggressive. That said the system works, and works well. Judges are sympathetic understanding and experienced in the process. Just avoid at all expenses the IVO staff upstairs.

Eveytime I have a hearing I get there st 9:30am because that's when they want to see me but I'm here till 3pm not professional at all
