Unreasonable and loss of common sense. Encourage people doing wrong things and punishing people doing right things. After this ridiculous experience I have made decision to move out of Australia. Our court is for 3 years now, wasted a lot of time from my work, still didn’t even get to hearing. Person who sueing me is just joking - blaming that I “ call from unknown number at unknown time”, no records or evidence. Hearings few times a year, each time - you must cancel 1 or 2 full days off business and work. Judges different each time, most didn’t even approximately aware what the case is about and have no access to files. Clerks lost documents 3 times already completely, and each time also. Judges ask to email during hearing again. It’s a tool for harassment, with law protecting people doing wrong things. Australia government philosophy in general. I’m a high income earner with international recognition and I just realised after this no common sense and unreasonable court experience that I’mwasting my time here. Australia is designed on punishing people like me and encourage these unemaployed, joking people doing wrong thing. That’s how system works. Not investing my time and my career here any further. I started to apply internationally to countries who have better conditions for high level professionals to develop and next month already flying overseas. Sad that Australia turned this way with loss of common sense, being unreasonable, ridiculous and punishing people doing right things on so many level. This court is a farce, to what extend they are unreasonable and made me realise that they are just a symptom of bigger disease here. It’s time to move to the country where I will be given opportunity to live my life and not being abused and harassed for years without any evidence if I haven’t done anything wrong.

Full witness of the corruption in the family area they ain't listening to what people say and are trying hit their quarters they pick and choose who they will mess over . Only takes afew people to speak up. to be treated like I was evil is disrespectful to women and men that have lost their lifes to family violence "Edit courts can't take full blame as they only read what the police say but 60% of ivo's are over exaggerated and starting to look like a script to movie and not what took place" Abusing the fact they can apply for one and usein that to hit a % they need to make and that's where the disrespect is to people who lost their lifes to violence

Had to give 1 star prefer not to give any. Thanks to payed glorified government employees not doing their job , my son near got arrested . As he was not sent a court date in any form when he was to attend. Thank goodness police were understanding that him missing court case , was court’s failure to communicate with him, no fault of his own. It is only a minor case but could have been much worse . Let this be a warning to others. NO EXCUSE FOR STAFF TO STUFF SOMETHING LIKE A COURT DATE UP, YOU ARE DEALING WITH PEOPLES LIVES. STOP HAVING SO MANY COFFEE BREAKS AND DO WHAT YOUR SUPPOSED TO DO.

I have been hung up on in the cue 3 times and each time calling them I have been pushed back to 30th place in the cue to wait. I don’t have time for this and I need my questions answered as everyone else does too. Get a better phone line as a business like this should not be so poorly managed. Not everyone can afford to take time out of their working day to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes plus to get a few questions answered on the phone just because I got hung up on. This is ridiculous. Very very poor.

I have text messages from Zach Wilson which indicate collusion between his mother, Lee Hiang Wilson and himself to knowingly misrepresent facts in obtaining an Intervention Order against Zach’s girlfriend’s father when Zach was dating her. We also have evidence there was an attempted extortion attempt by Lee Hiang Wilson against Zach Wilson’s girlfriend’s family. It seems HIGHLY unlikely to me that the Ringwood Magistrate’s Court didn’t know about these very serious matters.

My lawyer & I have been wait for the document over month. All this time My family are suffering due to the court make unreason order. My bank account was in native, by the court order take money out without any notice. That’s make a record in my credit file and affect all my finance Application. The case about argument with finiance institution did things without notice. I don’t know how court let that institution keep doing like this. And keep people suffering……….

What joke. No order here. Came at 9:30, name called between 4 & 4:30. My case took less than 5 minutes. First session went from 9:30 to 1pm. Then break till 2pm. They said they will open another court to speed things up. Then a lawyer walks in with a pile of folders. Name after name was called out, but those people were not present. This went on for a while. I mean do the people that are physically present first, so they can go.

Horrible experience I had here. Judge who had no idea of the case, documents that were sent in prior weren't even looked at and above all the Judge was very inpatient and passed an unfair judgement. Common you're dealing with people's lives and Future. Get your job done thoroughly as this can have detrimental effects on us. Go through the case file prior to the hearing date so you have an idea of the case and evidence presented.

I have a matter to herd on the 26th of September the coordinator office told me that the court was closed but it isn't now I've cancelled my legal help and now that coordinators office is telling me that the court is open and I have to appear to have the case adjurned, in other words they want me to appear with out leagal help. This matter is about perjury comitted by Victoria Police

Absolute disgrace at the front entrance, my mother who can’t manage on her own booked an appointment for herself and because I hadn’t booked I wasn’t allowed in when I too had to sign documents. Very high and mighty attitude for some people who work minimum wage behind a desk when there’s more important things going on than whether or not my names on a sticky note on their clipboard.

These guys wouldn't recognise the truth, facts or supported evidence if it smacked them in the face. Presumably they are too busy fondling junior staffers in the back of taxis's and uber's to care. And if the rumours are true, on the balance of probabilities they should all submit to weekly, mandatory piss test to clean up the enterprise a little.

Come with a lawyer not from ringwood the whole family side is corporate they will hold a court worker back take your partner behind close doors and if you dint agree with the police or take there lawyer offer they'll make you stay there all day so they get a reaction that you leave and they get there own way..

  • Yvonne Zhang

Had the worst VCAT member dealing my case today, kept rolling his eyes at me, very impatient and couldn’t let me finish my talking. Had really nasty attitude towards my evidence. There is no need to be like that to us, we just simply presenting a case and doing our job.

  • Joel Roberts

Terrible service. I was waiting for over 2 hours on the floor (there is a lack of seats) with a sore back then told we have to wait longer again. The staff really need to organise their days better as it hinders everyone else's day dramatically.

  • Corinne Pascal

Wow, so incredible to meet such fantastic polite and genuine prosecutors. It makes such a difference when they try to understand the situation and work with you. Extremely thoughtful and helpful. #policeprosecutors #victoriapolice

  • joy b

very bad service, the women that pick up my phone is absolutely bad manner. She hung up the dial when I asked her about enquirers. Very very rude! We will report this to media company.

  • Karl Tangoodo

had extremely bad experience, the women handling my case is absolutely biased. i can pull out her name easily but do you think it will help in any sense? NO. THEY DON"T CARE

  • Theodore Katz

The Ringwood Magistrates court was actively assisting Lee Hiang Wilson and Zachary Wilson when they were trying to blackmail the father of a girl Zachary Wilson was dating!

  • holly bedyn

So rude on the phone. I enquired about an application and I was met with immediate hostility. Been a 4 year application, I still haven’t received anything.

  • Lorraine Wright

Laura's dealings with me today could not have been more efficient, thorough or professional. I am very happy with the service I have been given.

  • Hayden O'Riley

Give this place half a star. They have running water so you can have a drink while you wait an entire day for your tiny case to be adjourned.

  • Richmond Tigers

It's amazing to spend a day here watching the legal system work. Whether it's people committing petty crimes, traffic offences and the like.

  • James Schulz

Had a great day here with the family. Get in early to beat the crowds and maybe bring a packed lunch. Only downside was no dogs allowed

  • Ashlee Tribuzi

Did not enjoy the waiting time... BUT the long wait was all worth the while to have my matter heard by probly the best judge there!

  • Brendan Wilding

Could have better signage as to where to go inside. The system ran pretty efficiently and only half an hour behind schedule.

  • Kevin Rogers

I only wanted to put 1/2 a star but it wouldn't let me . If you ever get summond to go there , Move it as quick as.

  • Chris Halcrow

Bullying, patronising and condescending people who get a kick out of looking down on others. Awful experience

  • Sean Rachow

Only giving one star as 0 stars is no option. Service by the woman on the phones was absolutely disgraceful

  • Yohan Sonmacok

Nice building I guess gives it 2 stars but try and contact them and see how far you get. Useless bunch.

  • Krystal Lee

Told us to wait to sign some papers but it took them almost 2hrs to have them prepared? why?

  • Pamela Whitelaw
