Went to court when they had no appointments left. Still they were compassionate and empathetic enough to give us the intervention order after we submitted some very valid proof and strong evidences. We did wait for 7 hours but it’s a court not a take away place . People should understand that.

If you end up here, know that you will spend hours waiting around even if your case is scheduled for the morning it will most likely be heard in the afternoon but you will still need to show up in the morning and wait for it. Come prepared and bring a fully charged phone to keep you occupied.

Had to ring up multiple times. Placed on hold for 1/2 an hour before I rang them back as they don't get back to you. Overall a very bad experience and 1 staff member was extremely rude on 2 occasions I got her. I'm sure she put me on hold on purpose and was never going to get me off of hold.

This place is an absolute joke and big time fraud now even a court house. Staff aren't even educated enough. Train your registery some ethic moral they have no idea what the court process is.They are very rude over the phone and even worse

Actual garbage. I've had to go to the children's court 4 times only for it to get adjourned and I have sat for 6 hours each time. I have to go for a fifth time next month. Screw this place.

Was so fun me and my dad decided to hang out there 3 different days. Would highly recommend if you feel like doing something different with the family

Whilst it maybe an efficient Magistrates Court, it is in a very unsafe area. The local police admit to it. Something needs to be done.
