Service is good, very friendly service. However the store needs a serious clean. Tea cups section is so dusty. And the display boxes are ripped when asked for another one, they didn’t have any in stock. I would have bought it but paying over a $100 for tea set for a gift I want a new box. Come on David Jones pick up the slack a bit

Went into David Jones today at West Lakes, a wonderful lady Maria from the Concierge Desk was absolutely so helpful with my Christmas Decorations from colour choice to style. Was at West lakes shopping centre today. Really nice centre easy to find park, centre had everything and it was very clean and organised. I was impressed because the shops we went David Jones ,Serafinas chemists n more were all well stocked and very neat and clean. Well done West Lakes I will come again

Worst customer service ever!!! Tried to return electrical hair product and this lady with zero knowledge said i can’t. As in the policy said it can be returned. I went to david jones rundle with no trouble they refunded me straight away. This lady need to be trained to read more of david jones policy!!!

2 sales staff talking behind the cashier counter ignoring me looking at some shoes. There was no other customers but they couldn't be bothered to check if I needed some assistance. One took a look at me then continued chatting. And retailers wonder why we rather shop online?

Helpful staff once you have located someone to assist you. Disappointed with the very small range of clothes that is available for plus size women, not like it used to be! The excellent little coffee shop has long gone now. I'm sorry to say I don't shop here much any more.

Today I visited the bra and underwear section and was assisted by Annie. I was incredibly nervous as I have lost about 50 kgs and I did not know what size bra to buy. Annie was extremely helpful and kind. Annie made the whole experience very comfortable for me. 10/10

Went to purchase something from the Jurlique counter and the "lady" in her 60s with mid length brown hair was so rude. Completely and utterly disgusted we walked out. Sorry Jurlique, I love your products but your sales will be low with that "lady" serving.

Always a great clean store full of branded merchandise. They are a top end type of store, but money is all relative, and they serve a unique customer demographic.

Very expensive clothing store. If you are into buying label clothing then this is the place for you. Nice selection of perfume and aftershave.
