Mike came to check out my water heater, he was honest and thorough, gave me quote for repair work as well as replacement. He even looked at my leaky shower and gave me a quick estimate to have it repaired when I have the time! I will definitely be using them for future plumbing work. UPDATE: I informed the company that my insurance opted to pay for a repair, not replacement, I was told that they would check and see what parts needed to be ordered, only to have the technician (absolutely not his fault) show up with an entire water heater. Now I'm stuck waiting an untold number of weeks for parts while I'm without hot water due to a "miscommunication" on their part. Absolutely an unpleasant experience at this point. Mike was still very pleasant throughout, sorry he got stuck lugging a water heater back and forth.

Problem: Refill would not stop and the water shut off value no longer worked, also there was a leak from around one of the connections to the refill valve. Same day service and when an earlier appointment became available I was called and asked if I would like the earlier time. Everything went as I was told from my first call. Gabe arrived and I explained what I thought I needed and he took a look and made one additional recommendation which I took. He gave an estimate and I said that was great (I also received a $50.00 discount, THANKS!). The work was done quickly and he went above my expectations by cleaning the pipe and reaffixing the face plate to the wall on the water outlet to the toilet. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

Dial One and Tech Dan are great to work with. Complete 3-T HVAC system swap install in less than 4 hrs. Recharge other homes units. Very knowledgeable and professional as well as proficient. Experience and expertise coupled with fantastic customer support, prices, and scheduling. We've used several others for plumbing and HVAC, but Dial One is hands down the best around on complete install or just a maintenance service call. We won't use anyone else because of Dial One overall experience with our family. Being in Duncanville we appreciate the close office locations for services same day and usually within a couple hours. When we moved into our new home there was an improper pipe fitting which was the cause of a bad odor. Once they replaced it and adjusted the garbage disposal all drained properly. I was asked to sign up for the maintenance plan which I’m pleased I did. Since signing up two uniformed and professional workers, Gabriel and Kerlin came in, on different occasions, to evaluate our HVAC and our plumbing system. Both gave detailed info along with pictures during their visit and provided answers to my questions of concern. One verified a concern that our inspector pointed out prior to us purchasing the home. Very satisfied with the service I received today. I had water backing up in both bowls of my sink and leaking pipes.under the sink. Jonathan arrived ready to get started. Was professional while working and in responding to my questions. He Installed a new kitchen sink and faucet then reconnected all the pipes for the sink, garbage disposal and dishwasher as well as a sewer line clean out. Daniel was very professional & friendly. He not only took the time to explain why my system needed to be replaced, he also looked at the efficiency of my existing ductwork. He gave recommendations that would increase the efficiency & the life of a new system. After giving a quote, he worked with me to negotiate a price closer to what I could afford, which is extremely helpful since, as a teacher, cost is an issue. He was very communicative throughout the entire process and was also involved on the day of install. Daniel did an excellent job, both representing his company and making me feel comfortable with my decisions. I highly recommend Dial One!

When your AC goes out on a 100+ degree day, Dan is who you want. He was pleasant on the phone, listened as I tried to explain best I could and gave me an idea of what to expect based on that information. He was patient and I had time to think and decide. My stress over the AC being out continued to lower once he arrived. He took time to explain the issue with the AC and possible solutions, without a rush and I was able to process and understand the information. Dan was able to complete the repair and had my air back on in an efficient amount of time. Dan is very knowledgeable, kind, and pleasant to work with.

We had a “water hammering” issue in our pipes and they sent their plumber, Joseph, to come out and diagnose the problem. He was on time and followed all co-vid protocols, even though those mandates were lifted. Joseph was very thorough and meticulous to try to figure out the issue. His recommendation was detailed and communicated clearly on his procedure and process to determine the recommendation. We were very happy with his professionalism and candor about the issue and resolution. We would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs, especially Joseph.

I needed a fix of my air conditioner problem. The company sent joe very promptly and he proved that I had a major problem and offered several solutions. I decided a full system change was best. He arranged the work for the next day. The crew was amazing especially considering the heat both in the house and outside! Joe came back to check the result and showed us how to operate the thermostat. I am pleased with the promptness, professional manner, and courtesy of joe and the company. (They were not very flexible on financing however.)

My first time meeting Dan was memorable. He’s very professional, energetic and a wealth of knowledge. Dial One Johnson is fortunate to have him. I was having an issue with a knocking noise in the main vent in the hallway. Dan diagnosed that the computer board was going out which was impacting the blower motor. He gave me several options for a resolution and most importantly he was working on my behalf to get me the best price possible with his manager. I’ve been with Dial One for many years and I trust the service they provide.

DIAL One Johnson plumbing and heating air conditioner repair man Jose Ramos did an excellent job! I'm extremely proud of what he did for us today and the knowledge that he brought to the table in forming us of the other problems! He did a great job! Now if they can beat or match the Eco Waters $1,500 Whole Home water purification install at our home then we will go with them on that on that also! We already have the purifier we just need it installed and hooked up to our home and an water spicket for hard water!

James is honest and professional. He found where the crack on the drain pipe of my tub and had it repaired quick. He does clean quality work and has an eye for detail. I had another plumbing company come out before Dial One and I was told it would cost over $4600 to repair it. James said the job would only cost $304. Called for a non-emergency gas stovetop installation. They converted for propane use and installed. James W. was my technician and did a good and fast job. Update - we moved into our home and the stovetop was burning too brightly. James W came back out and installed the correct orifices and the stove works perfectly! Called Monday afternoon and came out Wednesday morning. These guys are professional, quick, and responsive! Will be my go to company!

We had a difficult problem to diagnose and Dan kept at with tech help from Josh until they figured out a solution. They were booked for the day but put me on the wait-list in case of a cancellation. I received a call a few hours later that a tech was available and he arrived on time. I was very pleased with Emmett's service. He called after a morning cancellation, which meant I was able to meet with him much earlier than originally scheduled. He was extremely courteous throughout the visit and he explained everything to me as he was working. He didn't have good news for me but he did tell me what my options were, along with providing estimates for each option.
