I actually think we should have a No star review. The prices in promotional items and other items are not coded right on system. I have purchased goods for over R3000 and had to go through the entire slip to find out that I had been robbed. This is against the consumer act and managers have stated that prices are loaded from head office. Manageris Rhett Smit. There are 100s of people walking in and out of the store which clearly don't check their slips. Looks like slips need to be checked at dischem. Took me more than 45 mins just at the till.

Taking two weeks to deliver online orders is unacceptable for arguably the largest retailer in this sector. Delivering only one quarter of the ordered items, is unacceptable for any company regardless of size. No telephone updates about these delivery failures. No email updates about delivery failures either. I would not recommend doing your online shopping with them.

Calling the westwood branch is a nightmare !!!i can never get thru to the pharmacy and they keep me on hold 15 to 20 min and the staff that answer are rude .All i want to find out is if meds have been delivered and i cant even speak to some one .They used to send an SMS now they dont so im forced to phone and kept on hold for hours .

Have been phoning to find out if you are open. No answer AGAIN! PLEASE WILL YOU POST ON YOUR WEBSITE WHEN YOU ARE CLOSED! I have been 3 times to fetch my meds and you have been shut. I was there at 11.50 yesterday and the centre was not being loadshed, but your door was shut and staff were leaving. This is unacceptable.

Made an appointment over the phone a week in advance for my baby to be vaccinated & when I get there a customer without appointment comes and goes ahead of me, staff then tells the customer to quickly make a booking online! In addition they charge more than what was quoted.

They will fight with you to accept a return of a product within the 30day legal period. Rather get electronics and appliances from takealot than deal with the bunch of clowns at this branch. No wonder they're one of the worst rated dischem branches in the country.

Took my wife to get vaccinated here she had to sign 2 forms at dischem Westwood because they could not find the first one with all my wife's information and 1 day later in the same mall someone uses her info to try and open accounts at identity Westwood.

tried 6 times this morning at Westwood mall to pre-order my script for collection later, 2 tried 8 times and the phone didn't even ring cut a dead tone all 8 times - 3 next script I'm definitely going to clicks - dischem how disappointing.

Went in store asked young black guy who was available to show me 3 items pads/ sanitary towels. He say diskem does not sell pads. Lots of toilet rolls you must use that. Is this how you train your staff spoke to Tulli the supervisor.

Dischem Westwood - staff have no clue were to transfer calls - I asked for Beauty Gen Naked Plus collagen and went through to cosmetics, calls take too long to get answered and then directed incorrectly just frustrating

Some Staff don’t wear their masks properly - especially while packing shelves - It’s dangerous, against store policy and disrespectful and dangerous for customers. Please train your staff!

Terrible attitude from a staff member. Young coloured boy. Asked a simple question and he showed me so much of attitude infront of other customers and staff. Very disappointed.
