I have been shopping at this store for years, discovered Pamela when she had a small shop in the Glebe. I have purchased many, many items over the years. Disegno’s is the only jewellery shop I will go to. Terrific customer service, very trustworthy. I feel that I am getting a quality product every single time. The designs are unique, but classic. The selection of stones used is unlike any other store, absolutely beautiful. I have also had repairs done here for my own jewellery. I will not go anywhere else. Go and see for yourself, but be prepared, something is definitely going to catch your eye!

Pamela's work is exquisite! Many of her creations—and I've bought quite a few—are also flexible in how they can be used, which means you can buy different stones for the same basic earring, for instance. Her online shopping service is also first rate, and she personally checks in to make sure your package has arrived safely. Besides all that, she has an unerring sense of colour, knowing what gems will be the best match for an individual. And she is a walking encyclopedia on the gems themselves! Oh, and did I say very fairly priced? Just a wonderful person and place to shop.

I own 4 beautiful pieces of Jewelry from Disegno, a ring in green gold with a blue gemstone, my donut neckless in tricolour, a pair of earrings in rose gold and of course my u keepers. Last year Pamela repurposed some of my diamonds that I inherited but never wore because the settings were so dated and or damaged. The stacking ring she created is so unique. Each of her pieces are so original and bring me so much joy.
