Incredibly rude lady who runs this business!! Avoid!! Dropped off my dry cleaning on a wednesday and was told it would be ready on friday as they post the dry cleaning elsewhere to get it dry cleaned. Was given a token slip to collect items . Sent my mother to pick up the items with a note which clearly said dry cleaning with the token number. The lady who I believe is the owner and always found near the till couldn't find it. So I was called and I repeated the details on the note I had sent. She then had a fit on the phone saying the lady who's come in to collect the items said washing. I told her to look at the note provided it says dry cleaning. She then started screaming and shouting at my mum saying she wasted her time and should have said it was dry cleaning-she literally threw the dry cleaning at my mum. My mum left this place shocked and very upset at this lady's disgusting behaviour who also happens to be the owner of this business. Would recommend everyone to avoid this place as no one deserves to be spoken to like that. In future I will stick to Harpers who have comparable prices and have always provided a professional service and don't post your clothes off elsewhere to get it dry cleaned. Or even Johnsons across the road which are worth paying the extra pounds for.

Very poor experience. Been getting shirts ironed here for many years and whilst staff are very pleasant, and clearly very busy, their boss leaves a lot to be desired. Having noticed small tears appearing in over five shirts, all in the same place and always present after their ironing, I raised with staff there. They said they would need to speak to boss so I left four examples with them and waited for response. The next day I was told that the boss was on holiday in Spain and would speak to me when back. That was over four weeks ago. No update, further acknowledgement or even apology. The boss clearly doesn’t care and will continue to rinse clients (no pun intended) and staff for as many holidays as possible. I will be taking my money elsewhere and asking for my £30 shirts back. I wouldn’t take the risk if I were you. May update: still no apology and no shirts returned.

Very popular, lots of regular users. Staff polite and helpful (they know their regulars needs and are very patient with the ones who need extra support/understanding). I find new places and experiences quite worrying and the staff here have always been welcoming, friendly and helpful. They always manage to get a machine available for you and are more than happy to help new users (especially if your home appliances are out of action!!).

Have had good service there before. But, went this morning, supposed to be open at 8.30a.m - no one there. Came back just after 9 - still no one there. No sign indicating they wouldn't be opening at 8.30 as advertised. Gave up and had to find somewhere else to go.

Went to Dollies launderette today, the lady working there was very helpful and lovely. She helped me work the machines, fold my washing and even helped me carry my laundry to my car ! What great service. Will definitely use this launderette again.

Only a short walk to get there.... The staff are wonderful and the equipment is the best you can find.... It's very clean and well maintained... And it's busy.... So that proves my point really.... …

Best place in Birmingham to do your laundry at. They have plenty of washing machines and dryers, very reasonably priced and the staff are polite and accommodating. Highly recommend!

1st visit was for a super king quilt to be service washed. Impressed with friendly staff & quickness & dryness on return of quilt. How they stuffed it in the blue bag amazed me.

Took in a matress topper and was quoted £23 went to collect it and was asked for £33.60. Heard of inflation but thats ridiculous in 24 hours .

Spotlessly clean laundrette. Washing washed an dried to perfection. I can't fault this laundrette. Staff amazing and friendly.

My tumble dryer has broken so I took 6 loads of washing to be dried. Fantastic service would highly recommend and good value
