Salesman thought a patrol was a pathfinder, then proceeded to tell me the tyres on the car I was buying were expensive even though they were cheap Chinese unbranded. Nagged the salesman for 3 days to send an invoice ended up having to ring the invermay office and a helpful lady sent it through in 10 minutes. Got my young family up at 5am for the drive from George town to Hobart agreed to meet at 9am when the dealership opens, messages me half way there to say he won't be there til 9.30 what a headache

Great experience, was very helpful and transparent. There was a miss communication with finance but Dave was awesome, very professional and kept following things up for me, they was understaffed at the time and still helped out a lot. Highly recommend them as they are very helpful and professional.

Great experience purchasing a fantastic car this week. David was a great salesman and responsive to my enquiries (plus i got a great deal) David and Laura made the paperwork effortless when I came to collect the vehicle. 5 star.
While being a new location and only a few staff members, the customer service has been exellent. Buying used cars has never been so quick and easy, I am very happy with my purchase and the staff's profesionalism.
Clint was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I originally came in to look at a different car, but it wasn't quite what I wanted. He suggested something else in my price range and it was a perfect fit.
