Sales rep was completely rude. Directed all communication to me and never even greeted my partner, even though potential purchase of vehicle was for her. Said he would call me about offers on my car, no more than 15 minutes after we left the yard with an offer. Never heard back. Wasn't impressed with lack of customer service skills. Don't think he even introduced himself, if he did it was rushed and I'm not sure what his name was... Very disappointing considering I have gone through this company in the past to purchase a car and that was a great experience.
