"Excellent city centre car park"
"Thankfully I live locally"
"I used this car park for a recent performance at the Hippodrome"
"Easy to get to from Bristol Road in the car and once parked up, just a short walk (via a lift and stairs) to the city centre shops"
"Stuck here for hours! No information given, and it was really annoying, causing me to be late to something"
Excellent city centre car park. Very near to everything. Very good access. The parking bays are very generous, so if you have a larger vehicle, such as a 4x4 or a people carrier , parking is easy. Also plenty of room for door opening. It is also bright and clean, with lots of security cameras everywhere. Highly recommended .
Thankfully I live locally. Queue to exit not moved barely in 15 minutes, got from 3rd floor to second and then stopped , poor flow on surrounding streets. The bad reviews are true. Decided to get taxi home instead and leave car overnight, less hassle. Would never park here again during any time with risk of busy roads.
I used this car park for a recent performance at the Hippodrome. It's ideally located and for only £3 after 5pm is excellent value for money. It's clean well lit and well maintained. The spaces are large and the roadway isn't obscured by pillars. Will definitely use again of I'm in area. Just beware it closes midnight.
Easy to get to from Bristol Road in the car and once parked up, just a short walk (via a lift and stairs) to the city centre shops. Although anyone could access the car park, it seemed fairly safe (nice and light etc). One star knocked off because the price (£12 for approx 7 hours) seemed a bit steep.
Stuck here for hours! No information given, and it was really annoying, causing me to be late to something. The facilities are okay, but the constant delays in cars are so annoying! Never try to leave here when it gets busy outside, as you will get stuck in your car.
Good car park with plenty of spare spaces on the upper floors (I went straight up to level 3). Generous size spaces so don't need to cram into a tiny space. Clean lifts. No issues at all with ticket machine. Just a couple mins walk to the shops. Would park here again
The location is very convenient as it is near the Bullring , Grand Central restaurants within Hurst street. It is also just above the indoor market. There’s plenty of spaces and it has a lift which makes it accessible. However it is a little bit on the pricier side.
Do not use this car park at busy times, such as when the Hippodrome kicks out. Spent nearly 40minutes queueing to get out and then ticket demanded more money at the exit. Bloody cheek. There was one exit barrier close which added to the queue. Never park here again.
Handy car park in the city centre of Birmingham very close to everything you could need including New Street train station which is a 3 minute walk. Secure car park with plenty of security cameras watched 24hrs a day. Easy to use machines and ample parking space.
As carparks go it's fairly clean and tidy, nice central location and nice and close to the bullring for shopping. It's above the market so entrance does smell a lot but nothing you can do above a fish market. Lifts always working and stairs
I use this car park alot, it's ideal for me to park there for work reasons. I would give 5 stars But yesterday part of the paving slab had broken off and as I was driving to the ticket barrier to enter car park the broken paving slab could
DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT PARK HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!! Choose elsewhere to park. If you do park here, especially if you have children, expect to wait at least 3 hours when you wish to depart. There are no signals on the main road at
Absolutely awful experience. I returned to the car park 20 minutes before the 6 hour parking was up and was unable to pay within the 20 minutes due to there only being a maximum of 4 paystations servicing 1200 parking spaces. This cost me
I parked in edgbaston street car park today, it was a nightmare, I arrived the car park 25 mins in advance to avoid line up for payment, the staff told me all the machines got problems and need to pay at the exit, then I need to queued up
Nice and centrally located, tons of parking spaces available on many floors, open til 00:00 which is nice if you’re out for dinner, however the only negative I can think of is that the hand sanitiser dispensers are always empty and never
I am sat in a coffee shop nearby because the carpark is completely gridlocked, there's no point me trying to leave. People have been waiting over 2 hours to get out! It's about 6pm on a Saturday. Staff in the carpark aren't doing a lot
Travelling around Birmingham City centre is a beautiful and amazing place, so many great spots to relax and chill, but whilst doing so you come across some amazing art work, dotted all around the city, I took the at the back of the
I am stuck in car park for last 2hr39min and moved only a floor - it still will take about a couple of more hours to get out of this car park. I am not coming back to park here ever again!!!! Wish I could give negative stars !!!
Big car park plenty of space. However, bad smell due to indoor market underneath and a bit overpriced. Lack of pay machine, some of them were out of service but not been fixed after few weeks.
Three machines not working, floors 1-3, found one side machine on first floor that worked. Place smells of piss everywhere and the prices are bad. Find another car park, this is neglected.
DON'T PARK HERE AT WEEKENDS! We parked here on Saturday and returned to our car at 5pm after an afternoon of shopping. We arrived at the car park to complete chaos and gridlock. The car
Easy to drive up... plenty of parking spaces 4 floors to park on. Lifts available. Wheelchair accessible. Stairway available if you want to have a little exercise .
Never again 2h 45 min stuck in the car park 3rd floor yesterday What a joke this car park is... the pay machines out of order as well
Centrally located between Bull Ring, Chinese Quarter, Indoor Market, and Grand Central at almost lowest tariffs in the city centre.
Great parking near the bullring. I parked for 9 hours and was amazed how reasonably priced it is. Will definitely use again.
It is a convenient place to park then car and shopping around in the city centre.
When I go to the city centre, I always park there.
The payment machine didn't work for all the floors
Reasonable price and great for bullring parking
