The absolute worst Enterprise location-constantly understaffed, average hold time of 20+ minutes on the phone, there’s always one staff member that’s doing anything but helping the people waiting (I’m guessing that’s the manager) demolish the entire place and start over because it needs a better parking lot and a second entrance/exit.

I was very satisfied with the customer service and level of care throughout my encounter. I would recommend Enterprise rentals to anyone who are seeking because they take the worry out of the process which enables the customer to create new memories. Thank you for being customer focused.
