I just went and had my e bike serviced and was completely blown away by the excellent customer service from Carlos and by the focused, friendly and super knowledgeable bike tech Charles. I spent the morning being fed nonsense from bike shops like Hull Bicycles, Velozophie and an E bike place in Aylmer. Told either they didn’t touch e bikes that weren’t 5000$ and up, or they would repair my bike but would charge an $85 flat fee on top of repair charges because it wasn’t purchased at the store. So I went online and found Ebikes Plus. Not only did he call me back quickly but he had me go in and had my bike serviced on the spot. The tech Charles knew exactly what he was doing after I explained the issues. Quick efficient and friendly, he explained what he was doing and why. A short time later I had everything tuned and repaired for a very good price and was on my way! This morning was a nightmarish experience but Carlos and Charles made sure I experienced dream service. This is now the only bike shop I will go to for repairs and purchases. I suggest you don’t waste any time with other “snobby” and “price gouging” shops. This is the spot. Thanks guys

I just want someone to fix my scooter. I’m literally begging to throw money at these guys in exchange for fixing my scooter!! But can I get them to even return a phone call? Fat chance! I called a week ago and spoke to an employee, gave my name, phone number, and details of my request. I was told they would call me back the next day to discuss logistics for picking up my non-functioning scooter to fix it. Three days later, no one has returned my call. I called back and spoke to the owner. I gave my name, phone number, and details of my request. I was AGAIN told they would call me back the next day to discuss making an appointment to pick up my scooter for repairs. It’s now two days later and no phone call. Terrible way to run a business. I’m actively trying to give them money and I can’t even get these jokers to call me back.

The worst business ever now before he was Great with his customers and now I don’t know maybe he was he’s lost interest in the business but ! I just asked a few questions so I can get parts off him for a bike that needs parts had no interest and wasn’t willing to help and was just unprofessional and rude sad to say that this business has gone down the crapper ! I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody because of the poor service and lack of professionalism and Willingness not to help ! All he’s looking for is the easy money and just sales of new bikes very sad !

I live in Montreal and came down to this place after two months of research online for the cheapest and best quality electric bike. I am happy I did my research because not only did the Toronto branch treat me well and answered all questions, but Charlie and Carlos were over the top when it came to questions and helping me with my purchase. I bought the BluRev micro as this is my first E-bike and they were happy to answer any questions and Charlie even installed my mirror for me! Awesome store, and an awesome Company altogether!

I recently purchased an e bike at this store. I was very satisfied with the service I received, and their prices were very competitive. I may have paid $100 more than what I found online, but I am happy to support local businesses and I can rest easy knowing that I can call them up when my bike requires servicing. The staff (Carlos and Charlie) were very knowledgeable and friendly. The store is a bit crowded, but they manage to make it work. Would definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking to buy an e bike.

Carlos has truly mastered customer service. Great guy, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Carlos and Charlie destroy the E-Bike competition in the Ottawa area with there accurate assessments on all E-Bike types, they helped me with 2017 emmo zone which I had been overcharged at other places for parts and services. You are getting the best quality parts for best prices I assure you.Do not go anywhere else , all other locations will not give you the great service Carlos and Charlie offer!

Never followed through on bike maintenance required from my warranty. Plus I think the bike was used they sold me as brand new Never returned calls when I had emergencies they had to respond to like repairing flat tires or broken keys. I couldn't replace or repair any parts since manufacturers always refer you to the retailer for any service....but Carlos never responds in time or follows up.

Went in with an offbrand scooter that needed a new innertube. Both Carlos and the other gentleman who did the work on my scooter were awesome. If i have any issues i'll be coming back here for service, they are awesome. They also checked my brakes, did a once over on mine to make sure it was road worthy, and charged me less than the shop rate. Support these guys.

Carlos was great. Worked with me to help fix an issue with spokes on the real wheel of my e-bike. He took the time to contact the manufacturer to try and hunt down some OEM spoke and when that didn't work he and his staff were still able to help me with my problem. All for a reasonable price. Highly recommend based on the level of customer service alone.

Carlos and Charlie were awesome. I brought in my ecoped for some maintenance/ repaired and they knew exactly what to do. Excellent Service received from Ebike Plus, all stuff were friendly and knew what they were doing especially Charles the technician! I bought a second hand E-bike on Kijiji that had battery problems and brought the battery to Charles who was able to fix it in about an hour and a half for an amazing low fee!

I purchased an ebike from Carlos this past April and just hit 1,500 kms - and it’s still a fun ride! I had a problem last week with my pedal and Charles fixed it on the spot. Will bring it back for its annual check-up next April, but so far sales and service have been great.
