If you look for a doctor who can help you relieve your symptoms, please read this review first. I had a visit yesterday and I am really shocked... Dr. Eric Chen spent less than 5min to check me and did not give me any treatment and prescription to help me even I am in a very sick situation. It's an urgent care visit but this Dr. did not give me any treatment and prescription even I told him I am really fatigue constantly and can not sleep due to congestion. He checked my breath and had no much comment. I told him I doubt that there might be some liver issue due to my condition and he said he could put a blood work to check, then he prepared to walk away. I immediately asked how to stop my runny nose to help me fall asleep. He told me I could use Diphenhydramine. I told him I have taken it every night but not helpful. He said just double it.... Then left..... He did not check how much mg per dose I used then directly told me to double it.... I believe there is a limit amount to use per dose. It's... unbelievable. I am not sure if Dr. Eric Chen is different in other situation, but I have a very bad experience with him. Eventually I have to have a video visit to my doctor in my country to understand what happened to me and get proper medications to help me relieve the symptoms of illness to fall asleep. Anyway, I did not get any help in this visit and the blood work is also by my request. I am really not sure if it a common situation in urgent care and to Dr. Eric Chen or just that I had a bad luck this time. Unfortunately it's a one star experience.
