Poor service looks like a pig stye complain about servicing Proline xustomers but take OLGS money to service their customers with grief and make then wait till you serve others?Cannot make coffee rite, your spoon in water stirs dozens of beverages very unsanitary God forbid You put sugar water in a diabetis coffee Try cleaning your dispencers out once and a while. Your ignorant and racist manner in which you delt with a payimg customer today is unacceptable.Yesterday I heard you talking to a customer about how we do things different you sure do.If the average Canadian shop owner treated people like you treat caucasin ones .They would could be labeld racist. Don't shop here. I used to shop here a lot until tonight when I noticed they overcharged me AND shortchanged me. They overcharge customers for their donuts of all things, charging a 20% markup over the advertised price in their store by calling all donuts "specialty" donuts. I notice now they did this a few days ago after checking a receipt I hadn't thrown out yet. Not the 1st time I've been shortchanged by their staff either. It's not enough to go back and complain, but it's also not worth the time and effort to count my change and check receipts for small purchases every time I go there. I'll just go somewhere else instead where I don't have to play games to do business...like the donut shop two blocks away or the gas station across the street.

I wish i could rate this station with 0 stars, its awful, Im surprised it is not closed already. Awful station, awful customer service, extremely long lines. I tried to complete the transaction with gift cards, the machine did not work, instead of offering a solution i got " Ya giftcards are not good, are you trying to scam us" Gift card had plenty of money on them. No offer of solution, just a rude arrogant answer back saying it doesn't work. Train your staff to learn how speak properly to paying customer. Stay away from this dump. Take your money elsewhere

Staff under trained. Attendant could not distinguish between Carrot Muffin or Blueberry Muffin. Female attendant angry in the morning and only willing to service clients when ready. No costumer service skills whatsoever. Unprofessional and actually suggested to the client get their coffee somewhere else. Truly unbelievable. Further to discussing this issue with Management , their take was quite similar. Not the kind of business that deserves the name or the support. Horrible service in need of a attitude adjustment. ( BIG TIME )

Horrible service! Horrible! Paid pre pay but cashier made a mistake with the fuel grade so I had to go back to see what's going on. He said he will refund the money back to the card and redo, BUT refund was not showing up on my card (mobile report), so I stuck around until refund went through but it never did until the next day! I will never go here as they have no costumer service skills. HORRIBLE!

It's a gas station. They have gas. You pump. Pay. Good job. Or pay at machine. Pump. Good job. Go home. Don't need to be a billionaire to go here but it'll help. Machines work to a degree (at least the one I was at). Was very cold and one of them was making me angry cause it kept doing that click thing like my tank was full even I know it wasn't.

yet another service station open as essential service not offering essential services. people working on the road need washroom facilities available... not to mention the ability to wash our hands. way to.go esso and this specific owner for helping to flatten the curve and provide essential services.

I’m not one to leave a bad review but I politely asked the gentleman working at the Tim Hortons to exchange my small coffee that I purchased about five minutes earlier at a different location for a fresh one because it didn’t taste right and he refused to do so .

Over charged my debit card more than three times arrogant manager racist towards white people go back to IR country if u can't respect the people who have been here all their lives...... Hate this place watch ur purchase record here.....

Car wash is awful. My car was covered in soap at the end of the wash and the dryer barely dried my car, so the soap just froze to my car. My car is dirtier than before the wash, so I have to go to another car wash to clean it again...

Car wash is always broken. Paid for a premium wash and it had no soap but left car covered with wax. They can't even fix the large sign showing the price. Avoid if looking for a car wash.

Nasty! One guy in particular was very rude and refused to assist me because he was going on his 10min break. Mind you, this happened at 12pm when there was no one else in sight.

Typically I wouldn't review a gas station however good service should be rewarded. Fast and friendly everytime I've gone in in the last 15 years. Hard to beat that. Enough said.

Esso extra points and fuel savings card add up to reasonable incentives and loyalty rewards. This station is well equipped with several pumps and a car wash on site.

Can you please put the windshield wash stations back by the pump (with squeggees) and have the broken branches and twigs picked up in the drive up to the car wash.

Competitive prices, and I was able to get in and out quickly. I do all of my transactions at the pump, so I cannot comment on the service inside the ESSO station.

Great place for late-night snacks. Bathroom not the cleanest. Don't go too late or you'll have to pay for everything through a little tiny window.

No touchless wash. Paid $20 for the premium wash, and my car was still dirty. No prewash soap used. NOT recommended!

Paid for deluxe car wash. Got something less. Manager didn't care. They just lost a 20 year customer.

Car wash dryer did not dry the car. I spent 20 minutes drying the car after I paid almost 15$.
