Absolutely lovely family business the nicest people very informative about your choices and helpful.dont rush you or try sell you products for own gain..just bought two cute Guinea pigs and all there things great prices sweet little Guinea pigs and a happy child at home now!

Very knowledgeable and good prices travelled over from wales due to lack of supply localy bought the bird we wanted with everything we needed they offered to reserve the bird for the day as we had to travel over next bird i purchase will definitely give them a ring first.

Excellent service very friendly staff had all what I needed nothing to much trouble and reasonable prices and all the animals looked well cared for which is always good sign Would definitely recommend it and would definitely be going there again

Lovely staff who went out of there way to assist me I now have a hand reared budgie who is extremely tame now trying to talk and still loves cuddles also have helped me set up my new tank great advice thankyou will be coming back. GREAT SHOP

It’s the worst service ever that I have ever seen. Staff are impatient and rude. I am sure that I won’t buy anything from that shop from now on. Don’t go there, there are lots of shop in Bristol except from that bad service shop.

Amazing couple who run the shop,,very informed ,,helped me over several weeks get ready for my bird..then helped us pick the right one..I buy all my cat and dog treats from there and my wild bird seed...

Excellent service, very patience answered all our questions were so helpful the hygiene in the shop is excellent such a clean shop and all live stock are well looked after and happy highly recommended.

My favourite place to purchase birds and bird seed. They are always very helpful and welcoming. Certainly the cleanest pet shop in the area.

Went there to pick up a parcel, they were closed early. What a pointless service to offer if you can’t reliably keep to your hours.
