Very personable experience compared to larger pet stores. Food, toys and accessories for dogs, cats birds, rodents and more. Products are from big name brands as well as lesser known ones. The highlight for me was a large pick n mix section

Thai palace is like dogs heaven! They know they will get plenty of treats. All staffs are very lovely and full of knowledge. They do loyalty cards that you can collect points ecerytime you spent in the shop also delivery for local customers.

Very good local pet shop. Got my new hamster from there after not wanting to go back to a certain large chain pet shop after having health problems with hamsters from there. The staff are always friendly and the hamsters seem well looked

Amazingly helpful. Went in earlier to search for webbox dry cat food. They all helped and in the end showed me where to buy it online which was outstanding as no one really stocks it anymore. Would recommend and use again.

Me and my dog, Ben love it here. Lovely staff. Always happy to spoil my dog who can, as we found out a few years ago find his own way there if left to escape. Don't use if you're just looking for cheap stuff

Small local pet shop, good for feed. They also stock Beco products and have some dog toys. The gentlemen who served me was very friendly and helpful.

Always so friendly and you can tell they love pets when me and the dog pop in to buy some treats. He even gets some free samples most of the time :)
